I have no hesitation with recommending Shenandoah Senior Living. We placed my mother in Memory Care in early November 2022 where she resided for 7 weeks until passing away. We found all management and staff to be professionals who like what they do while doing it very well. A very refreshing and positive change fr the Winchester facility where our mother previously resided. Shenandoah’s staff are career elder care workers rather than temp agency employees. Trust me, this makes a huge difference in the care residents receive. And management knows what they are doing - another positive contribution to care provided. This facility is smaller than many and does not have the feel or challenges of larger “corporate” facilities. Care is prioritized over profitability. I highly recommend you give Shenandoah Sr Living a look.

I visited SSL in Front Royal in April of 2022. I was looking for a senior care facility to care for my ageing wife with a homely feeling and I found it at SSL. It was a very clean place that I would be delighted to have my wife become a resident. In my unscheduled visit, I was greeted at the door and quickly escorted to Manager Ms. Theresa Taplin's Office, where I was briefed, met several courteous staff, and shown the facility. In my tour, I viewed numerous well cared for residents socializing in clean, orderly common rooms and in the dining area. Staffing was numerous throughout the facility and I will feel very comfortable for my wife to become a resident at the SSL.

I have had the pleasure of entertaining at Shenandoah Senior Living with my karaoke business. During my two times performing there, I had the opportunity to visit with both residents and staff during breaks in the songs. Staff truly cares for the residents and the residents know it!! I had a great time with these wonderful residents and I am looking forward to being there again on March 17th. Shenandoah Senior Living is a loving atmosphere for your loved ones.

Im so lucky to have found Shenandoah Senior Living. My mom was living with us for awhile and due to health issues it was suggested to me 24 hour care. My heart was broke. I started looking and I found the perfect place. I am in awe how Shenandoah Senior Living has got my Mom up and about.
