We have had our mother at Spring Arbor for 2 years. During this time, they have been very helpful at adjusting her care based on her declining health. Only reason for 5 star review is that I can't give 10 star. We were concerned about the cost, but the people have been amazing. Each and everyone has shown their heart when taking care of Mom and in their hearts that want the best for her.

Spring Arbor was the third AL Facility we tried with Mom. The others just didn't feel right. But we quickly determined that Spring Arbor was just what we needed. From the beginning they were just like family. Every staff member stops by to chat with her and it's clear that they all love what they do - what a difference that makes! We've had a long road with Mom and ultimately needed to move her to Memory care- a decision I truly struggled with. But they helped me understand why it made sense for her and she has thrived ever since! The way I saw the staff band together to help her feel comfortable and ease her transition eased my mind as well. My heart is at peace knowing that mom is in the care of people who love what they do and truly feel like family.

My parents were so reluctant to consider Assisted Living, but I knew it was no longer safe nor desirable for them to continue living independently. The Spring Arbor staff has gone above and beyond to help me and my parents make the difficult transition into Assisted Living/Memory Care. I have so much more peace of mind knowing that they're safe and well cared-for and that I can drop in at any time of the day to visit and feel welcome. By far, Spring Arbor has the best Management and Care Team and the residents are treated like family. There are many activities offered everyday. Mom enjoys exercising to music, visits from therapy pets, and acting silly with her care team.

Can't say enough positive about Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg. My Dad chose Spring Arbor to be his new home 3 months ago. He moved from his home in S.C. into a lovely apartment that fits his every need. The staff- all of them, from Administration to nurse and med-techs to housekeeping, dining room and laundry staff have all helped ease the transition of moving late in life. My Dad recently said, "I am happy and content." Those words say it all.

We are super pleased with Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg. We visited on a Saturday by that Thursday we signed the lease and Friday my Dad and his wife were moved in. The Staff have been amazing to work with. When I go visit my Dad and his wife I feel like I have known them a lot longer than 6 months. They are very well taken care of. I was able to go on vacation without worrying about their care. Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg hands down the best community in the area. One of many activities, a car show in the parking lot was a great day to enjoy the sun. Recommend 100%

My mother has been at Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg for nearly 3 years. She is 98 years old & is doing so well she was taken off hospice! Spring Arbor has helped to lessen the trauma of my mother requiring an ALF after a stroke & inability to be independent in her home & worsening dementia. I love the beauty & cheerfulness of Spring Arbor & stellar staff & activities! My Mom has flourished at Spring Arbor. I enjoy visiting & talking to residents & bringing my dog Astrid. She’s a hit!

In particular I wanna shout out Megan Morris her patient care and willingness to help was remarkable and very nice to see so early in the morning. You could see if she genuinely cared about her patience.

My Mother has been at Spring Arbor of Fredericksburg for the past year and a half. The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make each resident comfortable and feel loved. Pats on the back, friendly greetings by name and serving special dietary requests are the norm. Each resident is treated professionally with respect and sensitivity. This is the perfect place for Mom.

I don't have any family using the facility, but during the big snow storm in JAN 2022, I called them to check on my elderly mother, who lives nearby. Nadine and John went above and beyond and trekked across the snow to check on my Mom, who was without power for going on 3 days. If they can show that kind of concern and commitment to their local community from a stranger calling them from the other side of the country, I can only imagine that their commitment to their residents is outstanding! I cannot express my thanks enough for Nadine and John for checking on my mother!

Very nice facility. My mother and I looked at it as an option for her moving to Fredericksburg VA. She however was not ready for assisted living and bought a house in the addition next door. NO, the houses are not associated with the assisted living facility.
