A word of warning about power back rehabilitation that serves Harmony…….watch very closely the dates and longevity of their services. I was blindsided by a bill from them that I received on january17th for about $700 for rehab for my mother. I was not aware that her blue cross portion of service had been exceeded and apparently their billing department is so sorry that my bill was from August thru October and I just got it in January!!! If they billed in a timely manner this would not have happened as I would have ended the therapy since she really hasn’t progressed from it. Oh, and I can expect another bill for November thru Dec. 13 when they discharged her but never informed me about. Maybe I’ll see that bill by the end of 2024. Seriously in need of improvement in my opinion. Beware!

Okay, kind of shocked. My review is filtered for the facility to review for 24 hours prior to posting. To my surprised I noticed there are NO negative reviews posted for this facility nor are the review current within this calendar year. What is being hidden?

I like being here. I'm happy, not lonely anymore, and have met many very nice people. I've joined in some activities and look forward to more. I have enjoyed my meals and want to mention Immaculate who works in dinning. She is very hard working and pleasant. I would also like to mention Heather at the Concierge desk. She is a delight to speak with, helpful, and is always upbeat.

Harmony at Falls Run is an excellent place to work. The staff and Residents are amazing. I am greeted with smiles throughout my day. I've never felt so at home, at work! The apartments are huge, the food is delicious, the nursing staff are very attentive, and the activities are thoughtful and fun. In everything they do, you can see the staff and Residents truly care for one another.

The Harmony is a delightful place to call home. Clean, attractive, safe, and fun. The staff are all friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. Activities are plentiful and engaging, and cover a wide range of interests. The food and dining services can use a little help, and I understand that the pandemic and related personnel shortages have impacted The Harmony in this area. It is the only part of life at the Harmony that needs some improvement. I am very happy here at The Harmony.

My sister and brother-in-law live at Harmony. Recently they moved from Independent Living to Assisted Living. This move was unexpected and needed to be completed in a very short time period! I dont know if this is a normal situation for Harmony but certainly not for our family. Staff went into super mode and took care of everything…found an available apartment, a mover who moved the furniture from independent to assisted care the very next day…placing the furniture… even hanging pictures so the new place looked almost exactly the same as the old. They worked tirelessly with hospital doctors getting all the necessary paperwork completed and by the grace of God everything was ready for my sister to go to her new home when she was discharged from the hospital. All this while keeping our family calm and in the loop. The nursing staff is remarkable having patience and showing care for all residents. All the staff is friendly and pleasant and have made my sister and brother-in-law feel right at home. They are very happy there and our family knows they are safe!!

This place is amazing from the time you pull up in driveway. First you walk into a very clean, fabulous modern design Lobby which is very inviting. The Front desk staff greets you with a warm smile and Hello. There are residents smiling and greeting you. The dining room is fabulous and even more.

Both my mom and dad live at The Crossings, one in assisted living and one in independent living. Mom and dad are REALLY pleased and happy living there. Nothing compares to living, being at home. When the time comes when a move is necessary, no better place in the Fredericksburg area than at The Crossings.

Not sure what Mr. Ortega is referring to, but my mom had been a resident at The Crossings both as an independent resident and most recently as an assisted living resident. My family has been very pleased with the care she has received. It is a safe environment and all departments have communicated with family members at one time or another. We have been extremely pleased.
