This was a great option for my Mom when she required more assistance after living independently for about 5 years at Branchlands (same campus). She lived at Linden House for almost 2 additional years before a recent move to be close to us, her children. She happily made this her home and developed many friendships with other residents and staff over the years. She enjoyed playing cards, games, puzzles, wine socials, gardening and lots of other activities. It's a secure and social environment with lots of local neighborhood restaurants, shopping and activities. As Mom's healthcare needs increased she was able to utilize the many services (nursing, therapies, pharmacy, laundry, etc.). The care was very professional and personalized to meet her needs. The staff is wonderful, the apartments/building beautiful and grounds clean and inviting. Thank you to all the Branchlands and Linden House staff!

My wishes for my dad came true when we found a home for him in assisted living at Linden House. Every aspect of the environment is beautiful—from the elegant dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden down to the fine details in trim and lighting that make you feel like you're on holiday in the loveliest hotel while also being part of a cozy neighborhood. The residents are as kind, warm, and welcoming as the staff, and the in-house healthcare team is stellar. Jennifer Perry from Benchmark Senior Solutions helped me to find Linden House for my dad, and I'm deeply grateful that he is part of such a loving and joyful community.

This place has brought life back to my mom and for that I am so appreciative. She now lives life with a purpose and consistently tells me how happy she is living at Linden House. The staff has helped her improve her personal challenges through physical therapy and memory tools. They also do a great job of including her in daily events which are fun and appropriate. Her apartment as well as the common areas are just lovely and the staff is friendly, quick to respond to concerns and truly caring. Highly recommend!

When my mother lived at Linden House, one of the workers at the facility stole all of her jewelry, including her wedding rings. We knew which worker it was, as our mother saw her coming out of her bedroom, but because she denied it, she was never held responsible. It was a heartbreaking experience, and we were very happy to move our mother out of there.

NURSING CARE AND RESPONSE TIME VERY GOOD. HOUSEKEEPING STAFF RESPONSE TIME VERY GOOD. RESTAURANT SERVICE AND FOOD ON POSITIVE TRACK. MAINTENANCE SERVICE VERY GOOD. PERSONNEL, OVERALL, COMPETENT, VERY PLEASANT AND NICE TO DEAL WITH. WHEN THERE ARE PROBLEMS, THERE IS RESONABLE RESPONSE TIME AND CORRECTIVE ACTION.

Neglectful home where the care plan is not followed. Medication was not administered, incontinent person left with out depends on for many nights. I installed a security camera and could see no one was helpful my mom in the evening. She left after two weeks of neglect. Security cameras are a must.

We moved my father into this facility in June 2021. We moved him out in Jan. 2022 because this place was so mismanaged. In the time he was there they have had 3 executive directors. Phone calls are not returned, emails are not answered, and appointments are not kept. The meals went from decent meals on china with silver, to cafeteria quality an paper plates and plastic utensils. The kitchen staff walked out at one point. Any time we asked about the lack of assistance my dad was getting we were told " We are short staffed" This is a beautiful facility. Lovely furnishings, pretty art work, nice views. But PLEASE look beyond all that and do your homework. Ask about the history of the management. Ask about the staffing ratio. Ask about the level of care residents get - bathing, getting in and out of bed, dressing - things my father paid for but didn't always get. Ashley at the front desk was always pleasant and helpful. Some of the nursing assistance were kind to my father. But there were way more negatives than positives at this place. I would not recommend Linden House.

The Linden House is by far the best of the best. Ive been very pleased with the direct care staff and the nurses at Linden House and the outstanding care that is provided to the residents. Not only are the rooms spacious, and the views were great, but the neighborhood living in the Memory Care is absolutely amazing. Each resident has their own apartment, but still has the family like atmosphere with the neighborhood living and shared dining room table. The activities staff is exceptional, and the residents are always engaged and participating in purposeful activities. Thank you Linden House for raising the bar!

Theres a unique homey quality about this memory care facility – the way the rooms open up on a welcoming living room, shared dining table, and the safe kitchens where residents are not restricted to visit. The rooms and bathrooms are stylish, and the views are pleasing. The activities are actually fun for the residents and Ive seen many a family member join. I appreciate how the staff cares deeply for the residents just as they are, but also seeks to understand their pasts and what makes them tick.

I am thrilled to say how impressive the care team is here at Linden House at Branchlands. The staff is knowledgeable and kind and always so welcoming. Walking through the halls gives a nice warm feeling of home and the laughter and smiles that permeate the air relay a joy that is exactly what one would seek in an assisted living setting. The activities are limitless and adaptable to all tastes in addition to the fine dining experience. I am so thankful to have found a place that champions living life to the fullest!

The Linden House has saved my moms life. And I am not kidding. She has gained weight and cognitive clarity while in their care, in addition to recovering from a broken hip to the point she does not need a walker.They follow her Geriatricians directions to deliver meals (she was forgetting to eat and did not want to go to the Restaurant every meal) and kindly support her desire for independence while keeping a good eye out for her well-being.

Linden House Assisted Living is a top of the line community. When designing the building, you can tell they had the best interest of the residents in mind. Along with the building, Linden House has the best quality employees to care for the residents. The amenities are great and the activity trips are SO FUN to the coolest places like the Botanical Gardens and the National Air and Space Museum!

My aunt Ruth, age 94, has been at Linden House assisted living for 8 months. She is not always ambulatory, she is incontinent, but cognitive function is good. Every time I have visited her, she has been chipper and upbeat. She is clean, neatly dressed and is never odiferous, all of which were great efforts while she was at home. She can do none of this for herself. She complains that she must always get dressed, always bathe and always attend meals and physical therapy, all of which I construe to be good things. I have read that this facility is pricy, but I dont think so. She needs a lot of assistance. I would recommend Linden House to anyone who needs full time around-the-clock assistance. Before whe was a resident, I used the respite care to give myself a break here and there. I would recommend this service to any caregiver who needs a breather now and then.
