I am the Home Care Specialist in Charlottesxtille and I used Care Advantage services for my mom. Therefore, I can provide a two fold review. As an employee I can say that my Charlottesville team is the very very best. My scheduler April is a miracle worker every day and my Senior Administrator Dasheia is amazing. Id be remiss if I didnt mention my dedicated recruiter Asia and my new nurse Theresa they round out operations beautifully. Im supremely grateful to have such a wonderful operations team holding me up. In a people to people business like ours it takes teams like this that make us the best in the business.On the care side I couldnt have been more pleased. My mom had Alzheimers making her life more and more difficult as the disease progressed but the Care Advantage caregivers stepped up to the challenge at every turn. A few days before my mom passed away April 1, 2020. Her last caregiver sent a message to my scheduler that she shared with me. Here is that text.To you from my work phone.This message was sent to my scheduler this morning from the Care Advantage caregiver that was with mom from noon to 8 PM 3-30- 2020Going into work, I had no idea what to expect tonight, being my first time with her. I did my job and what I was supposed to do... but leaving was the hardest thing I could have done, I wanted to stay and hold her hand and let her feel comfort and love. I wanted her to know someone was there for her who cared.When I tell you this, I mean it !! These nurses who came in where JUST THAT ! They spoke with her, and was doing ALL they could to help in ANY way possible. I felt some relief, but my heart still aches for this client and her family. Good job tonight ladies who helped me while I was even there today, and jumped right in while I was leaving! You are the true meaning of LOVE Getting this kind of one on one attentive attention for someone you love is as good as it gets. I love my Care Advantage family.
