I've been a caregiver with commonwise for a little over a year now. I would definitely recommend working here if you are looking for this type of work. The staff is really wonderful and helpful in finding you available shifts and in helping you if you have any questions or concerns with a client. They are always there for their caregivers and have a positive and friendly atmosphere.

My husband had a massive stroke three years ago. After interviewing various caregiver organizations my daughter and I agreed Commonwise was the obvious choice. It was the right decision - they have caring and responsive staff members who have proved themselves again and again. We have had more or less the same four since we first signed up and, besides being very qualified and kind, they were extremely pleasant to have around. Commonwise enabled me to keep my husband at home until the end. For that I will be eternally grateful.

Commonwise has been helping me care for my 92-year-old mother for several years now, and Im a huge fan. Communication is great--theyre always available and responsive to any concerns I have. They make every effort to match caregivers to my moms personality and needs. Care is competent, kind, and 100% reliable. I chose them in part because they train their staff well and pay them fair wages, and it shows in the high quality of care. The thoroughness of their COVID-prevention measures is typical of how they operate. No corners cut. Im convinced they offer the best home care out there. Highly recommended!

Its been a couple of weeks since Ive joined the team and Im loving it so far! The caregivers are given plenty of resources to provide the best care, including an organized and responsive administrative team, a detailed care plan for each client, and additional trainings. Scheduling is flexible, with the possibility of choosing shifts that work with your schedule. I recommend working at Commonwise for anyone looking to gain experience providing home care!

Commonwise took on the care of my father soon after my mother died. We had two part time caregivers, Ellie and Jennifer, and both of them were incredibly kind, gentle, and patient. He was in deep grief but they managed to lift his spirits. They understood and appreciated his unconventional sense of humor. They were both incredibly devoted yet managed to be completely professional at the same time. Neither of them ever missed a day or arrived late. We had no doubt that they enjoyed the work and found it meaningful. I cant speak to all the caregivers in the employ of this company but if they have even half the heart of these two women, your loved ones will be in good hands.

The Care Team are experts in meeting the needs of their clients and are always willing to provide them the very best personalized service. I worked for Commonwealth Care Group (CCG) as a caregiver while I finished nursing school. I cannot say enough good things about them or the clients they support. I always felt supported in my work by the CCG team and the lines of communication were always open. Even during overnight hours if I felt something needed to be drawn to the attention of the administrative team, someone was always available to support me. Along with the administrative team, all the caregivers I worked with were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to the clients. The compensation provided by CCG was more than fair, with higher pay rates than most if not all of their competitors. I loved working for them so much, I referred 4-5 friends to CCG who also began employment with them.

Commonwealth Care Group cared for my father during the final weeks of his life. He was a very extraverted man and the company, conversation, and laughter they provided was instrumental in making his last weeks enjoyable. Additionally, they cared for his physical needs, helped him with daily tasks, and kept him clean and safe. We grew to love the men and women who cared for him. They were sensitive to our grief and the changes all of us were experiencing.
