Having had the chance to open this community in January 2019, and remain as an employee of Phoenix Senior Living, The Retreat at Berryville has shown to be a high quality community! The community has associates who dedicate their passion to the care of our residents. The management team has remained steady during the past 3.5 years. The challenges of COVID were certainly a factor of the past 2 years, but at not point did they waiver in their care, ensuring that EVERYONE was taken care of. The company has and continues to support it communities and individual associates promoting internal growth. Thank you for the privilege of being able to call this community home for so many years!

I have been with the retreat at Berryville for 3 going on 4 years now. I can’t say enough how much I love working here. We take pride in what we do. I look forward to being here for a long time. I love being a part of a great team, and helping serve our seniors with the best care possible.

Placing a family member during the pandemic hasnt been easy however the staff has always helped with questions and making sure things have been the best possible for our love one. What we have seen its a lovely place hope to be involved much more once restrictions open up. The staff helped making the transition easy and working and giving her time to adjust and she is really starting to adjust to home.

Aesthetically it doesnt look or feel like a home. My pa whos in memory care refers to it as a hotel. They algo above and beyond hospitality for him, making the transition from several states away an easy one. I cant say enough nice things about the staff or the facilities.

The Retreat in Berryville is a great Assisted Living facility. Not only is it beautiful inside but the staff is just amazing. 3 months ago our sister in law was transferred there from another Assisted Living facility. Now she is well taken care of. The staff communicate with us constantly. The doctor visits weekly and as needed. There are lots of activities..outings..The dining room is very nice, inviting..The food is good with different choices. There is also a cute Bistro that residents and visitors can go in at any time to grab a cup of coffee, tea, juices. sandwiches, sweets. There is always a little movie theater with a popcorn machine. The rooms are a good size and configurated nicely. Definitively 5 stars facility.!
