My dear friend C****** recently moved to Twin Oaks Memory Care in South Salt Lake, and I am so relieved and thrilled with how she is being cared for! Every time I visit, I am greeted by the most lovely residents! C****** has gone on day trips into the mountains, they even celebrated her 82nd birthday this month with cupcakes and ice cream. C***** was able to keep her cat, N*****, with her when she moved to Twin Oaks, she was able to keep many of her favorite belongings from home, she has a very tidy room, a large, private bathroom, laundry/cleaning service, she's invited to join daily activities with other residents - coloring, singing, puzzles, movies, etc. I know she is safe, she has made new friends, and there's even a courtyard for her to go outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. A big shout out to Matt Cielo, Executive Director, Stacey Helms, Activities Director, and Susie, Front Desk - all have been so helpful, inclusive, caring - and most especially, Susie, who has gone above and beyond, making sure C****** has everything she needs, with enthusiasm and the warmest heart!! Thank you so much for your kindness and taking such good care of my friend!!! You are truly a blessing!!!

When my mother's health and mental state declined, I made the difficult decision to move her into Twin Oaks. During my visit in August 2024, I spent four days and nights with her at Twin Oaks and was extremely impressed. I left with complete peace of mind, knowing that my mother is receiving the care, compassion, and dignity she needs as she faces health challenges.

While I can't speak of the care provided in Assisted Living, our experience with Memory Care at Twin Oaks was very stressful and disappointing. After realizing my father wasn't receiving even the most basic services such as oral hygiene, assistance in clothing changes, and regular safety checks, I continued to try and make it work. When a resident latched onto my father and was given free range to his room for multiple hours at a time daily and for months, I still tried to make it work. I went into his room more than once after hours, only to find him asleep on the floor, without a pillow or a blanket, while she lay sleeping in his bed. My father was in a regular state of stress. In all fairness, upper management did attempt to address the problem, but when the problem persisted, even grew in intensity, I was told by the care coordinator that there was nothing staff could do to help protect my father's privacy, and therefore his mental health. Never mind the most basic services continued to go ignored. He needed their help. I needed their help. When you move your loved one into memory care, it is with hope that it is the last time they will have to relocate; it is with the understanding that your loved will be provided the assistance they need and pay for; it is with the hope that their privacy and dignity will be honored and protected. In the end, we had to spend the thousands of dollars to relocate my father. He was unsafe He was neglected, and he was left on his own until the next meal. All the residents are. My father is doing much better now in his new location, and we couldn't be happier. Please reconsider before moving your loved one to Memory Care at Twin Oaks. They deserve better.

Twin oaks is an amazing facility that cares about its residents very deeply. They have been an absolute god send! The owners, are very attentive and always there to help. Their staff is wonderful and friendly! We feel very blessed to have our mother there!!!

What a fantastic place. I moved my father here from his home in Iowa. He was one of the first residents to move in and it quickly became home. The staff by far is the best and he was loved and cared for by all. I would highly recommend checking here first when looking for a home for your family member.

I have been a CNA/Med Tech for 19 years. Worked in many facilities. But I would like to share with you what a wonderful community Twin Oaks Assisted living is. I have been employed here for 1 year an 1 month. The residents are so loving and wonderful. My RCC on the Assisted living side. Is amazing. Easy to talk to. And management an the owners take pride in this building and its residents. The community an my fellow employees we all come together to make are residents feel at home. And show them love an respect.

My mother is new resident at Twin Oakes, she has been in several assisted living facilities but we have found that Twin Oakes is the most cleanest, warmest, caring facility that she has been in. This is a privately owned facility, not run by a corporation has been open a little over a year, everything is brand new! Twin Oakes has excellent staff members who go the extra mile to make sure your loved one is in good hands and well taken care of. They provide transportation, do activities they even have a beauty salon. If you are looking for a GREAT facility for your loved one, do yourself a favor, please schedule a tour today with Twin Oakes to see their rooms and facility, its beautiful and comparable in price with all the others, believe me I know. My mother is very happy there and this gives me peace knowing how happy she is.

My mom moved into Twin Oaks Assisted living in September of 2022. She fell in love with her apartment within the first week of living there. I was amazed by how beautiful the space is. It is welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. The dining room is beautiful and inviting. My mom has made many friends and loves eating in the dining room . She needs a gluten free diet, which is provided to her by the chef. She has told me on many occasions that she loves the food. The staff are all very knowledgeable and caring. There are tons of great activities! They have been there for my mom when she hasn't felt good and have helped her when she has concerns. The owners are there daily and work along with everyone else. I also LOVE the diversity of the staff! The best thing about Twin Oaks, is that as the child of an elderly person, I have so much less stress knowing that she is so well cared for and that she loves living there!

This is a brand-new, home-like, and clean building that has so much to offer! The staff that work here are incredible and care so much about the work they do. They are as welcoming as they come! The owners of this community are very involved. They put their time and attention toward the residents, staff members, and work hard to find solutions to problems that may arise. If you haven't stopped by for a tour, I strongly recommend you doing so in order to see what I am talking about firsthand.

Visited this senior living community, and was blown away. It is locally owned, really truly locally owned, and you can tell there is pride in the workmanship and beauty in the building. Such a lovely place to call home.

What an amazing community! It's brand new, but you can tell they have experience in caring for seniors. There are so many details that have been taken into consideration to create a bright, pleasant environment for living and care. The place looks amazing, and I recommend anyone considering assisted living request a tour with Hope. She was kind, considerate, and answered all of our questions.
