My mother lives there it's a cute place but I'm disappointed of them not giving her housekeeping once a week server at meals has attitude when residents asked for something and is on her phone all the time. My mom is happy there I just wish there was more attention on the things the residents pay for and should be getting

This place is not what it seems.There is no pride in the work place.These employees get an attitude whenever l ask them to do something.I told the manager the unprofessional things l’ve seen them do.Making videos in the work place, bring there kids on the job.l can ask one to do something and she will tell the other one to do it.It’s been said that they clean the rooms once a week.l’ve been here one month and 2weeks and that has not happen. This is someone who is on the inside that see’s what goes on when there Manger are not here. This place could have great potentials if you had people that care about working I’ve never seen anything like this in my entire life.

As a physical therapist who visits many assisted living communities, I have been very impressed with Rosewood. They are welcoming and solicitous. I appreciate the smaller setting which allows residents to get to know each other and develop caring relationships. They are welcoming to outside Healthcare agencies and clinicians and have a wonderful in house medical provider. I would highly recommend them.

I had the absolute privilege of working at Rosewood for two years. the home-like atmosphere is wonderful, the residents and staff are very close and care for one another, and the management team prioritizes the residents care. This is my 3rd year as a Resident Care Supervisor @ Grandvilla of Pinellas Park and 8 years as a nurse working in ALF's. I choose to drive a long distance to work at this ALF. The area where I live has a reputation for having nice ALFs but I can honestly say that it's "Better at The Grandvilla of Pinellas Park"! The staff are very caring and loving to all the residents. The families work WITH the staff to make each resident's experience successful. The managers support all the residents and staff. The Grandvilla of Pinellas Park slogan is "Looks like home, feels like family". Many ALF's have cute slogans too. Grandvilla of Pinellas Park truly looks like home and feels like family. If you are searching for excellence, search no more!

By far one of the best assisted living communities around. Ive visited quite a few in the area, Rosewood has a lot of things that their competitors lack; its small which means the residents can get more individualized and focused care, its homelike which can make the transition between home and assisted living that much easier. The residents always greet me with a kind and happy smile which speaks volumes as they are the ones who truly matter. Jessica, the administrator, is passionate and dedicated to giving great care to the residents and works to do what is in the residents best interest. I would highly recommend checking it out if youre looking for a home for your loved one!

I have been to a lot of assisted living facilities in the Salt Lake area and this is among the best! There is an industry catch phrase Home-like that is thrown around constantly, but at Rosewood, you truly feel it. The Commons is a wonderful place for your loved one to live. The level of respect from Executive Director, Business Manager, Nurse, Bus Driver, Med Tech, Activities Director, and everyone else that i have come in contact with that works there, is incredible. They are humble and kind, and go above and beyond to make sure the residents are nurtured and well cared for. It has an atmosphere that feels like home, where everyone treats you like family. They offer individual and personalized care to enrich the resident's mind, body and spirit. They also go above and beyond to make sure the families of the residents are well cared for as well. If you are looking for a place to put a loved one so that you can feel comfortable and confident THE COMMONS AT DALLAS RANCH is the place. Alberto is the ED who is professional, curious and an excellent communicator. He always gets right back to me and makes every effort to accommodate my questions or Mother-In-Law's needs. It is clean, organized, spacious with a professional and loving staff. The rooms are light and airy, the food is healthy and nutritious. They also offer a menu that is available for residents to order from outside of the scheduled meals. They will even deliver meals to your room if needed. They offer Bingo, on-site shopping, movie nights and have a private room to reserve for private gatherings. If there is an activity that is not currently being offered that a resident would like to do or have available on site, they will make every effort to make it happen. There is also a salon so residents can have their hair and nails done right there. They offer all levels of assisted living as well as a separate and secure memory care wing. I feel so comfortable knowing my Mother-In-Law is safe and secure with thoughtful and caring individuals to help her anytime she needs it. We looked at many places before deciding on The Commons at Dallas Ranch. We are so glad a room opened up for her, because they rarely have openings. I highly recommend The Commons.
