The warm feeling of this facility starts right at the door. From reception to maintenance, every worker here care and treat each resident like their own family members. Very clean, bright, and spacious. Incredible activities and family events are offered. I’ve had great experiences each time I am there.

~ The food is not the way that they would have you believe ~ Overall the place is clean and from what I understand the staff are kind to the residents. That said, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of food that is served. When visiting recently I was shocked to hear from the group I shared lunch with that fried food was served for every meal, and if you don’t like friend whatever then there’s a hamburger you can have instead. These ladies get excited when they get chicken salad every now and then and get fruit or frozen veggies on special occasions. The information on their website is incredibly misleading and does not represent the food that is available.

I love visiting family here and everybody is super nice and helpful, clean and tidy place. However the food is not healthy. Pork ribs, Salisbury steak and chicken nuggets and fries, doesn't seem nutritionally sound. I hope they can get a better menu for the residents soon.

Love! Love! Crescent Senior living and memory care. We had to move our mom after 3 months from another assistant living place. So we know bad. Crescent's staff from the front office to the bingo caller are all top notch. So sweet and patience. 5

Yes Nate did an awesome job at going over all the important details of how the senior living center could absolutely be the best place for my mother, and was very professional and caring at the same time which is rare..he is definitely a tremendous asset to the company..also answered all of our questions, put us at ease.

Crescent Senior Living has a top notch Memory Care Unit. They have a great staff who clearly understands the challenges of people with memory loss. They work very closely with the residents and their families to be a leader in the area of memory care and how it affects everyone. It was a pleasure to meet the staff here and to see that they clearly understand the importance of what they do and how they do it.

The facility is very nice, clean and inviting. They do an excellent job including families. At the beginning of each month they hold a themed dinner and a birthday bash luncheon monthly. At Halloween, they held a wonderful party with games, treats, prizes, and a cake walk. All grandchildren and great grandchildren were invited. In the summer, they hold a big luau outside with fabulous authentic Hawaiian food and excellent entertainment.

I would like to thank and highly recommend Crescent Memory Care for the excellent care they gave to my 95 year old Mom. She had a short term stay at the facility and was treated like family. The staff is extremely kind and caring. Caring for a dementia parent is very difficult and knowing there is a safe and caring facility available for respite care is very comforting. Crescent Senior Living was a wonderful place a for Mom. She was in memory care. The staff was just great. Susie was so attentive and she always had a smile on her face at all times and really made everyone feel welcome. The care from all the staff was excellent!!

I moved my mother to the memory care unit, I am just sad that I did not do it earlier. The facilities are great, but so is the staff. The staff is specially trained to handle memory care patients. They have a court yard, where patients can actually go out side. Other facilities TELL you that they can go out, but they cannot. They have a game room, a post office, and bistro where you can get an ice cream cone any time of the day. The staff was very caring. The administration and staff went over and above, and exceeded my expectations at every level. My mother could no longer use a phone, and I used a camera to communicate with her and check on her constantly.

My parents moved in on Monday and they already love it! The entire staff is so kind and amazing. They have done everything to make this an easy move for all of us, from welcoming signs, basket of their favorite goodies to setting up T.V.'s etc. the day they moved in. WE LOVE IT HERE! My parents have now lived her 7 months and the amazing care continues. We love Crescent Senior Living! It's been almost three years since my parents moved in. My dad passed away 1 year ago and my mom just passed. Our family was so touched by how sweet and loving they were at their passing's. We will miss our Crescent family!

My wife’s great-grandfather moved in and it was a great experience. The staff is personable and they have great amenities. Lots of fun activities and the residents have plenty of space to socialize with each other. The apartments are a good size and very accessible. So far they are doing a great job helping grandpa feel at home away from home!

Crescent is a beautiful place. The staff members are so friendly and helpful. My mom lived there for the past 1 1/2 years and they treated her like family. 2020 was a hard time for her, especially since we couldn’t come help her at night. The staff stepped right up and did the things we couldn’t do anymore. The peace of mind was immeasurable. I recommend Crescent Senior Living to all my friends looking for a place for their parents to live.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful facility. Both my parents currently reside here. Of all the many facilities I toured and checked out for two people I love dearly, knowing they would be coming to live at whatever facility I chose for them from another state sight unseen, I was beyond impressed with Crescent. I cannot say enough about the staff, the administrators, the food, but most especially the CNA’s that care for my parent’s day to day needs. They are caring and go above and beyond to meet my parent’s needs. And I’ve seen administrative staff helping and lovingly care for residents even though they could call someone else assist. They are hands on in a genuine and personal way. I’m thankful and most grateful for this lovely place they call home now. My parents are in good hands here and I would recommend Crescent Senior Living as a wonderful home for any senior aged loved one in your life.

It’s a must see! Crescent Senior Living is beautiful! They have an amazing team. Carolee is amazing! They go above & beyond for their Residents. Their amenities include a game room & theater room for the entire family to enjoy. They even thought about the kiddos! All the grandkids will be begging to visit grandma/grandpa. There was no stone left unturned during the construction of this community.

In a stressful time of trying to find an assisted living center for our mother, the staff at Crescent Senior Living was amazing. They not only helped us through the process but their concern for the well being of mom was evident. They bent over backwards to help us move her into the center, and the care hasn't stopped. Everyone from the director to the chef, nursing staff and maintenance people are genuinely kind. The place itself is immaculate and has amenities we haven't seen in other facilities.
