This place has gone down hill since I worked there. I hear things from former employees that the HR and her daughter think they run the place. Wages are low. Nurse is not all the greatest. ED has been suspended for what ever reason. Not a good to work. I would not put my parents there for lots of reason. Maybe clean but there is more to a place than cleanliness. Staff come and go there.

We were very fortunate to get our mom into Summit. They treat the people with such respect and dignity. They give many opportunities for recreation and great things for the residents to do to stay busy and keep occupied. The staff is fantastic and they are there to help when needed. Krystal is absolutely fantastic and a great asset to the company. I would recommend this assisted living center completely. It's a great place for your loved one !

My 86 year old mom lived here for a little over a year. Summit is very clean and my mom enjoyed living there. I talked with several other residents and they were happy as well. The staff is kind, caring and go out of their way to help. They know each resident and call them by name. Scott the head nurse and Crystal were extremely kind and helpful! Thank you, all for making my mom’s stay so pleasant!

We were lucky to find Summit Senior Living 9 months ago for our 96 yr old father. The staff at Summit is amazing. They are so friendly and ready to help whenever needed. My father constantly tells me how nice everyone is. He was recently put on hospice and the care given from the hospice team is wonderful, especially Scott. He is always available when dad needs any help. Scott has answered all our questions and helped us to feel comfortable during dad's stay. Summit has a range of activities for the residents and the staff is always encouraging dad to get involved. I highly recommend Summit for anyone who needs a safe, comfortable, clean place for their loved one.

It’s such a difficult thing to care for people but Summit did a great job for my sister. They communicated well and took good care of her. They went above and beyond and felt that she was part of their family. They did a good job in dealing with a very difficult situation.

Where do I even begin? I was searching for a place with a caring office staff, employees, clean rooms, good food, security, room options, and transition to memory care, good location, a manager who knows and cares about the residents, take time to know them, fun activities, offer church services, and the smiles on faces of residents. Well, I found it at The Summit Senior Living. I took my mom there and just registered my mother-in-law. She was not doing well health wise but within a month, with managed medicine, therapy, three good meals a day she looked like a completely different person. Scott, the nurse, has been very sweet and caring. I recently drove my mother-in-law all over looking at the highest reviewed assisted living locations in the valley. We looked at Summit first and then spent the next two days touring other places. A decision was made, and I quote my mother-in-law, "I choose Summit, it is cozy, warm and welcoming. They will know me by name and not just a number or $, they really care, you just feel it." The young man at the main desk was always upbeat and smiling when we walked in, he made such an impression on us. Amy and Crystal, you loved my mom’s right off the bat. Kalae, I’ve not met anyone like you, you are a unique manager, you are not fake, you see what you get, a really kindhearted person. P.S. A bonus is walking distance to a drug store and food. My mother with dementia lives here, and has lived here for a little over a year in their memory care, and theyre wonderful. Theres been quite a bit of management change recently, but I still feel they all are so caring and respectful of their residents here. I am very happy to have my mom here.

My siblings and I searched for months and across three states for a community that would welcome my parents and brother. I toured over 10 local places and was most impressed by the happy residents and staff here. So many places seemed nice but the residents looked miserable. Summit Senior Livings residents are friendly happy and that is in large part due to the staff. The wonderful crew in the dining hall welcome my family by name and with cheerful voices which is vital to my bothers happiness. The care staff is kind and gentle when helping with my mothers needs. The front office and sales staff always say hi when they see me and ask after my parents and sibling. They have gone above and beyond all expectations of care. If you are looking for a place for you or a loved one, I would recommend Summit Senior Living 100%

Weve been here 18 months now, and we like it a lot. The food is good. Almost everyone is patient, kind, and respectful. The location is good for us as well, and I hear other residents say how they like the friendliness here.

My parents like Summit Senior Living. I like it as well. Their room is usually pretty clean. I've eaten there and it's pretty good food. They have musical groups and craft activities. The staff is very friendly, very kind, and caring. They have a library, a living room area with a fireplace and a TV, a game room, and a few other common areas upstairs.

Our family was so excited to find Summit Senior Living for our parents. They had lived in two other senior living communities but now they needed advanced care. From the moment we moved Mom and Dad into Summit, we felt assured that they would receive the advanced care they needed. Summit always involved us in their care plans. We were notified if there were any issues that needed our attention, any time day or night. This brought us, their family, a lot of peace.From the first day to the last, Mom and Dad loved it there. Everyone on staff, no matter what service they provided for them, cared for our parents compassionately, patiently and with love and respect. We will always love and be grateful to those at Summit who cared for our parents.

I found this place for my after having tried a couple other options. The place is nice and new and doesn't smell funny. The staff are very friendly and when we take her out for the day and come back they always tell her they are glad to see her and glad she is back. One suggestion would be to list the activities for the month on the website so I can encourage her to participate. She doesn't have a good memory and can't remember them on her own. I would also suggest that the staff encourage the residents to participate as well.

My mother-in-law lives in the Memory Unit. She was reluctant to move in but has become at home there. The food is better than most places but the thing I love about it is the CNA's and nurses know my mother-in-law and go out of their way to include and invite her to activities. They look for activities she would enjoy and even have taken her alone to the cemetery to visit her husband's grave. The staff have been wonderful and my mother-in-law is comfortable, secure, and well cared for.

My sister moved into the Summit Senior Living after her husband passed away. She was not excited but didn't want to be alone. The workers and the people living there have been such a blessing. She says she is glad she came and doesn't want to go home. I love visiting her and hope to maybe move in some day.

Summit Senior Living was very immaculate and gives very good service. My parents are very pleased with it, plus the pricing is right. They have a lot of amenities, and daily activities, plus activities outside. They enjoy it and are very content. They're both in one apartment which is like a studio apartment.

Im doing a review based on phone call to verify apt. Front desk said they didnt have sales representatives schedule so they would have to call me back on Monday. Every other place Ive called, there has been no problem. I can understand why representatives want to make their own apts, but this is crazy. Recommend that this policy change.
