Came in for Father’s Day lunch to see my grandpa and I can’t believe how good the food was. I’ve never had prime rib that tender in my life!! The servers Sefa and McKenna are in a league of their own, literally knocked our socks off with their personalities and the good humor they brought to the dining room. I know my grandpa is in good hands with them, I can’t wait to come back!

Legacy is a wonderful community. The whole move in process from the tour to the day we moved in our loved one was amazing. The residents have so many fun things to do and the food is tasty. Best of all is the kind and caring staff. They really work hard to ensure that the residents are cared for. I feel safe knowing my son is in good hands.

I came here to visit my grandma and omg the building was so beautiful and the lunch was delicious! The servers were so polite, especially McKenna. She was a highlight of the afternoon. Servers definitely make or break an establishment, and these servers were absolutely spectacular. There was a server named Sarah who also exceeded my expectations. She cares a lot for the residents, especially my grandma! Everyone there truly gave a fine dining quality service. I can’t wait to come back!

Move in went smoothly. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. It has been good for me to interact with some of the residents and I hope to get to know more of the residents as time goes by. All in all, with a few minor exceptions. I am pleased with my decision to move into Legacy. I hope this satisfaction continues on into the future.

I researched a lot of facilities for a family member with dimentia that I take care of and Legacy stood out to me because of how beautiful, clean, bright, and how nice the staff was. I loved the open feel to the memory care and all the activities they do with the residents. The food seems really good with lots of variety. I wanted somewhere safe where my family member would be treated with respect and dignity. I have been very happy with Legacy!

My grandma lived at Legacy for the last year of her life. She started on the Assisted Living side and eventually was moved to memory care. The care and compassion that was provided to her from each and every individual at Legacy was phenomenal. Each person truly loved my grandma and treated her with a tenderness and love that we will be grateful for always. The staff at Legacy became part of our family!! They were thorough and attentive not only to my grandma’s needs, but our family as a whole. If you are in need of additional care for your loved one, I would highly recommend Legacy Village in Provo.

Legacy is a wonderful and welcoming community for everyone that lives and works there. The residents are extremely friendly and love to get to know all of their neighbors and the staff goes out of their way to get to know everyone. The building well maintained thanks to an experienced, competent and caring maintenance team. The leadership team in the building also goes above and beyond to ensure that residents needs are met. Sarah, Ricardo, Max, and all the other employees at Legacy are committed to making Legacy one of the best places to live.

I've lived here for 3 years and I love it. The whole staff is wonderful, especially Sarah Carr the Marketing Director. I worked with Sarah when I initially moved in and immediately felt at home. I have a fantastic apartment that makes me feel comfortable and friends who I love seeing in the community. Legacy Village is a great place!

For starters, I work in the health care industry! I work all over Utah County and moving my sweetest, funniest, sometimes flirty, best smile Grandma into Legacy Village was the best decision! She was so well taken care of, called by name by everyone (she was SO impressed by this and never stopped talking about it). She made friends and was busy-busy with all the fun events and activities. She loved the food! The Legacy staff and administration gave such incredible care and were so amazing to work with! 10 out of 10 Recommend!!

Superb facility. Great support teams. Parents very happy there. Great community of people. Mom has made wonderful memories and friendships. If there was one thing to improve it would be greater consistency in improving the food . That said my mom is a phenomenal cook and it's hard to leave really great food behind. Oh and the church service is incredibly good with the service of local people.
June 2025
I have lived at Legacy of Provo for 9 1/2 years and I absolutely love it here. Sarah, along with the rest of the leadership team, is great. The CNAs and other employees are really friendly and caring and many residents have become like family to me. Also we have a great activity chairman who provides many wonderful activities to keep us all from getting bored. This is just a great place for us old folks to live when we are in need of assisted living.

Been caring for my mom for 5 years in memory care. Grateful for the staff!! Especially Chellayne and Haylee!!!

My wife has been in Legacy Assisted Living for four months recovering from a broken femur. Legacy had been recommended to us. We have been very pleased with our experience. The service has been first class and we are also grateful to Jane and McKenna and their team for making our dining experience so enjoyable.

Legacy is such a wonderful place. They take such good care of everyone, and all of the staff are so kind and caring. Chellayne has made such good friends with my grandma and makes sure that she knows she's loved and cared for.
April 2025
Legacy Village is a high quality assisted living facility. I'm a nurse and am very picky of where my mom would reside. The building is always clean and the staff are all very nice and considerate to the residents. The food is great as well! They also have several activities for the residents to join in on. I would highly recommend this facility. Mom would always say that it was such a fancy place.

Dining staff is friendly and patient . They are so helpful. They clearly explain options. And are quick to respond. ‘

I did quite a bit of vetting’ assistant living places in Utah County when my it was time for my mom to move. The minute I walked in Legacy, I was in love with the place. The staff were all so wonderful, mom loved them all. They always took such good care of her! Our family definitely recommend Legacy for your loved ones! Coral Terry family

Legacy Village of Provo is definitely the place... not only for my dad and his wife, but for our whole family (both sides of the family)! We have all been impressed with attention to detail of every member of the staff! We can tell that they love their jobs, and that makes it easy for us to love them! The environment feels more like a resort or "cruise ship" than it does an assisted living facility. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Legacy Village of Provo!
March 2025
I shared a few meals with my dad this week and was appalled. The people were very kind to my father however, the vegetables were canned meat seemed very processed or artificial.. our elderly loved ones deserve to have healthy food. It wouldn't take much effort to make things healthier. The advertised tropical fruit salad was mushy canned fruit cocktail. The cheese in the sandwich was processed craft sliced cheese food. It was not melted and they said the bread was whole grain but it was not. It's just very sad to think that's all they get to eat. Very little love goes into what they serve at meal time. The surroundings are beautiful. They just need to improve the food.
March 2025
The people caring for our parents are kind and helpful. It's a beautiful place. However, the food is atrocious! Very unhealthy. If they could just add fresh vegetables and higher quality food in general. They use artificial and processed meat products. They use craft singles in sandwiches. The fruit is mostly canned as well as the vegetables. For the amount of money that it cost to live here. We just expected healthier food choices for our parents. I hope they will work on improving it.
August 2024
This place looks nice from the outside but it is very poorly managed. My mom often misses meals and the food is usually pretty terrible. The weekends are completely understaffed and I always find her room a complete mess. Piles of plates not cleared, old food and very rarely is she checked in on. Having brought this to the attention of the Director many times, nothing ever improves because he doesn’t care about fixing anything. He will just give you a list of excuses every time and your loved one will suffer. Sometimes it’s ok but overall a dismal experience for my mother.
May 2024
I will never forget the kindness and help the people at Legacy Village gave me and my dad. I needed a quick short term place for hospice and they didn't hesitate to help me get it figured out.
May 2024
Best retirement place on town!

I have a mobile medical practice and see patients in Legacy Village. They have great staff, great communication with me as a provider and it's a great environment for the residents.
January 2024
When my parents made the difficult decision to move from their beautiful home to an assisted living facility, we researched and visited several in the Salt Lake and Utah Valleys. Walking into Legacy Village was a uniquely special experience for all of us. It is a beautiful facility; clean, nice smelling, beautifully decorated, wide hallways, and all of the amenities we would have hoped for. It has a beautiful dining room, movie theater, hair salon, regular activities, LDS church services on site, nail technicians that come weekly, among many other comforting conveniences. My parents chose a two bedroom apartment that is spacious and built for easy access with walker and/or wheelchair use. As beautiful as the physical surroundings are and as much as we appreciate the many comforts, we most appreciate the people. The staff at Legacy Village is excellent. The members of the administrative and healthcare teams are friendly, knowledgable, compassionate, and responsive to our concerns. The CNAs, med techs and other staff members are kind, well-trained, and interested in my parents and their needs. As a family we are grateful to have the team at Legacy Village of Provo assisting us as we navigate this challenging time of our parents' lives. Most importantly, mom and dad now live in an apartment in an excellent facility where they can feel safe, comfortable, and know that help, if needed, is a button push away. We highly recommend Legacy Village of Provo to those facing the unwelcome challenges of aging and health changes and those that love and support them.
January 2024
It’s great place in theory There has been no one was at the front desk every time I’ve come and over the past few times I’ve come to see my grandparents three people have come to me looking for help. One of which had called the front desk 7 times asking for help. The people here are great when they are there. My grandma cannot walk and the reason they moved here is so my grandpa wouldn’t have to help her out of bed but he still has to because no one comes to help her. My family has had to take turns coming to help her. They treat the folks here like children that will be just fine on their own and it breaks my heart. I hope this changes. But I am not hating or getting angry on any of the staff I’m only mad at the system and whoever is in charge of this place. Thank you to those who have been there to help.

My mother-in-law just passed Oct 4, 2023. She came to Legacy Village of Provo in Memory care April of 2019. Legacy village has been her home for 4 1/2 years. My wife and I cannot express our gratitude in strong enough terms. The Care from the CNA's Med Tech's and Administration was the best it could have been. We visited twice weekly for that time. We observed not only great care but a loving environment. My mother-in-law never complained, she loved the people who cared for her. She loved the Food, activities, and her association with the other residents. I would recommend this care facility without reservation or hesitation. This is the best place to put a loved one in Utah Valley. They even hand fed my mom, when she could not feed herself. I wish you luck with your loved ones. Jack and Michele Ferguson

The admin staff and nursing staff are so friendly and kind. They love the residents and took sweet care of our mom. They were her friends and it was nice to hear them call her by name and attend to her needs or just chat with her when she needed it. The facility is clean and beautiful. Thank you Legacy!

My mom has been living at Legacy for almost a year. I asked her recently for her thoughts about Legacy. A few months ago she fell and was thankful that within moments of pushing her help button (given to each resident to wear) she had help. This helped her feel secure. She likes the food and loves playing Bingo. These were some other thoughts she had: -Friendly staff-everyone knows your name -Easy to make friends -Fun daily activities -Field Trips, even if you are the only one on the bus -Clean -Fun holiday and seasonal decor One suggestion to make the facility more home-like: -clean the grounds, there are lots of weeds My siblings and I try to visit our mom regularly, and we appreciate that we also feel welcome. We enjoy sitting in the lounge area where there is room to play card games and chat. The pool table is also fun for us.

Moving my sister-in-law with early-onset Alzheimer’s over 800 miles from Oregon into Legacy Village in Provo, has turned out better than I ever imagined. She was often nervous, and struggled to remember and function prior to this move. After 6-months at Legacy Village, I have yet to see her be upset or anxious even once. The staff and other residents have made her feel at home, and she is continually thanking me for helping move her here. I am familiar with other care facilities, and must say the services and accommodations at Legacy Village in Provo are excellent; and things have turned out better for us than expected. Wayne Goates

My dad was only there a few weeks and then he passed away. In no way am I blaming this facility for his passing, he was battling parkinson's disease for years. However, I was not happy with his stay overall in the memory unit. Each time we visited him he stated he was sitting down most of the day in a wheelchair in his room. My dad needed to be rotated from his wheelchair to his bed and back throughout the day due to the pain he was experiencing. The staff wasn't doing much for him on this note. In addition, they weren't providing him with his meds at the proper times or as instructed. The med management organization was definitely lacking from a quality facility. The housekeeping staff kept claiming to my mother and sister that my dad was out of clothes and they didn't know where the clothes were being kept. When visiting, my mother and sister would show them all the clothes in his closet and in bins clearly marked with socks, shorts, pants, etc. There were always plenty of clothes available even when staff claimed they couldn't find any. The day before my dad passed my sister went to see him and he was wearing clothes that weren't his. They mixed up the clothes and gave my dad someone else's clothes. In addition to that, when we packed his room after his passing we couldn't find multiple bed sheets and clothing items my mother provided to them when my dad was moved in the facility. I'm not sure how you lose that many items, but obviously whoever is in charge of that is not organized at all. I can't say anything for the rest of the facility, just the memory care unit. However, from our short experience in that unit, we do not recommend this place to take care of anyone needing extra help.

My mother was only in the Legacy for a few months before she passed but they staff was very helpful and kind. I had a lot of questions as I was shopping around and Sarah Carr was very helpful. Great place.
August 2020
My mother has been at Legacy Village of Provo for almost 2 years. She has had a fantastic experience there. The staff are super helpful and caring and go the extra mile to make my mother feel at home and accepted. I appreciate the vibe at Legacy, the management is young and energetic and that transfers over to all the other workers. In the almost two years, I’ve yet to run into a grumpy person, which is saying a lot. The staff is also very patient with me and my many questions. 🙂 They do their best to keep me informed and plan many fun activities for the residents. Legacy also plans lots of activities to get the families to come and spend time with the residents. I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend Legacy to any of my friends who are looking for a place for their aging parent.
July 2020
My Grandfather lived at this community for the last 5 or so years until he passed this last week. The staff were so great and made him feel welcome and cared for. I would highly recommend this location for your loved ones!

November 2019
Before we helped my mom move into Legacy Village, we worried about her eventually having to live by herself. One night after she spent the evening with our family, we took her back to Legacy, went to walk her back in and she turned and said "Don't worry about me, I'm safe here!" It made my day, we knew Legacy was the right decision!
November 2019
The food is the best!
November 2019
Legacy has been so great for the ones I love! Great staff and amazing management
November 2019
Our family visited several assisted living facilities before Dad chose Legacy. The past 2 months have proven to our family that this was a great choice! The staff goes above and beyond to help the residents feel at home, part of the Legacy family, and still useful!
November 2019
Wonderful care for my parents. The staff is so caring and loving. As mom passed away the tenderness and respect for her and the family was clearly evident. Dad is still there and thriving. He is participating in the many activities available. Our family loves to be actively engaged with his care and we are welcomed all the time.
November 2019
My Dad and Mom moved to Legacy three years ago, and we feel they're very well cared-for there. The facility is clean, bright, smells good, and is cheerful and welcoming. Activities are provided every day and in great variety. Both my mom and dad have dementia, and when Dad was standing between Mom and the care she needed, Jared, the manager, was a great help in getting that resolved. Caring for aging parents is challenging at best, but we've been very happy with the help Legacy has provided!
November 2019
My mother has been at Legacy of Provo since it has opened. She has loved it there! The administration and staff at Legacy have treated her very well. Jared, the Executive Director is always upbeat and cheerful, and treats everybody with respect. Whenever we have a concern, it is always taken care of quickly. The facility is beautiful and well cared for. I can't think of a better place that I would rather have my mom!
November 2019
Kindness, cleanliness, and personalized care...those were the three things that were most important to us in choosing the best place for Mom. We found all three and a whole lot more. She looks forward to the meals, enjoys the puzzle room and loves that every worker at Legacy knows her name!
October 2019
I go into many facilities in the valley in my line of work. Legacy village of Provo is by far the best assisted living facility in the valley! The staff gives excellent care and they are very organized and well trained in delivering the care needed by the people in the facility. Each staff member makes the residents feel special and taken care of. This facility has the ability to adapt and care for the many different and unique needs that seniors may have. Great facility!
May 2019
My father is currently at Legacy Village and they are definitely the premiere senior living in Utah County. With the wonderful amenities, coupled with their amazing care, my father is very satisfied and happy. He wouldn't want to be anywhere else! The chefs are also very talented and the staff is all so friendly. Highly recommend Legacy if you are looking for a loved one!

When we first walked into Legacy Village of Provo looking for a place for my parents the word I I would say I felt is PEACE!! A few days later , Our 2nd time when we came to see it with a few more family and my parents that same peace was felt again!! It answered all the questions and concerns we had when asking questions and about their needs. Our parents have really loved it there. *Their social life has increased immensely , *I see my mom getting manicures, *joining the book club and reading that book to my dad everyday, *making awesome fun crafts *enjoying the LDS branch that they can participate with and the Monthly RS craft she can do with them also *the rooms we can reserve, yes we have had a big family birthday party for my dad and a big family Christmas Eve Party too . *We love the monthly Family activity that we have participated in , Trick or Treat halloween party , Pie Night, donuts and hot chocolate gathering with a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus, we love that they want to include the extended family to ensure visits and communication. *I also do hair so it was really important to me that I could use the salon there on days when available to be able to keep my parents looking good!! *We love the food, *the big shower and bathroom, * the swinging door in and out of the bathroom for ease with walkers etc. *the front porch area by their own entrance of every apartment that you can decorate and make it your own and it makes it so welcoming!! *The staff seems knows everyone by name and it sure makes it feel like home. *I have already told my kids I want to live there. *Our family love to visit and enjoy the many activities they have all the time!! *It’s been fun to see the grandkids want to go visit and have a meal with them in the dining room . * It is a very welcoming place !! It has been so awesome to know my parents are being taken care of and are safe !! We truly feel blessed to have found such an amazing home for them as they age and circumstances have changed in their health etc. I Love the words we were told on our first visit there ,it goes something like this .... We want them to get the help they need so they can be independent longer. You will love this place like we do!! Brenda and Chris Dye
December 2017
When me and my sister came to look for an assisted living place for our parents we knew this was it!! After going a second time with other family and our parents ,and enjoying their food there too , we again knew this was the right fit !! Our parents have now been there 2 months and it has been amazing !! They love their new place!! They love the food and we love to go eat with them and so do the grandkids! We have reserved one of the 5 reservable rooms for my dads birthday party and for our families Christmas Eve party. It was so nice!! We have also enjoyed going to the monthly Family Nights they offer for everyone. What a great thing to involve the family to enjoy every month!! I love also getting to see and say hello to lots of the people who live there. My parents are enjoying that too and it has been fun to see their social life and activity life pick up for my parents as well. The crafts, manicures, book clubs and the optional LDS church meetings they get to participate with there has been awesome!! I love it is all optional. I also love I can go do their hair in their salon for them, since I do hair. I love that the pendants around their necks for safety and when they need help are part of the package and not extra every month. I also love that we have peace of mind knowing that they are safe and taken care by great staff and at beautiful place which feels so comfortable and at home every time you enter the front doors!! As their age it brings so much peace of mind to know that Legacy answered all of our concerns and fears we had as they are ageing and things have gotten harder!! Their new place here is so nice and comfortable to be in, pretty spacious for their needs. The front porch area by their front door is a favorite, along with the bathroom door that swings on a single side for ease with walkers and scooters and the big shower too!! The staff is so friendly and always good to help and knows everybody which these are all things that helped win us over to have them live there!! . Something we feel like they deserve as they age and certain things get harder . It is a win win situation !! NO REGRETS AT ALL!! YOU WILL LOVE IT!! Brenda

My folks needed a high level of care and the staff at Legacy Village of Provo were wonderful. Not only did they care for their physical needs, but the people at Legacy cared for their emotional well being. My siblings and I were kept abreast of the activities going on at Legacy and were invited often for activities that included the whole family. We occasionally joined Mom and Dad in the Legacy Village dining room for a meal and were welcomed warmly. Many of the employees at Legacy now feel like family. Legacy Village of Provo does a great job of combining classiness, efficiency, and a feeling of home.

From the minute we visited Legacy Village of Provo we knew this was the place for our parents, and they love it there. Each member of the staff has been friendly and outgoing. The care has been top notch. And the the food is amazing, especially the cookies they occasionally leave on the front receptionist area. The LDS branch and activities have really been a blessing for my parents who hadn't been able to interact with people outside of their home for a long time. Thanks Legacy!

My in laws moved here 8 months ago and it has been wonderful. They settled in very quickly and are pleased with the services they provide. We have had personal attention for their needs from day one. Mom needed home health to administer her insulin which sometimes takes months to find a provider. Shawna worked her magic and got it started right away. Legacy administers all their meds. they have taken the time to call doctors, the nurse practitioner, and consult with the pharmacy company to make sure they have everything they need. Everyone is so kind to them, the facility is very clean, and they have always gone out of their ways to make sure all of our needs are taken care of. I've been impressed with the CNA's that even know them by name. Also the residents seem so kind to each other. We couldn't do this without them.

When it was time to look for Assisted Living for my mother we visited many local facilities. We just couldn't find a place that Mom really liked, but the minute we walked in the front door at Legacy Village Mom said, "This is it, I just love this place." That was in June of 2016. Mom has loved her new home ever since she moved in, and I love the care and concern they all have for her. They have wonderful activities to help keep her happy and the whole environment is a comfort to me, knowing she is cared for so lovingly. I recommend Legacy Village to any of my friends who have aging parents. We just love the place and all the people there.

About 2 years ago I brought my mom from Nevada to Legacy Village of Provo. We arrived late in the evening but the entire staff was there to greet us and help get my mom moved in. Over the years we have come to be personal friends with all the staff and many of the CNAs who are so kind and caring. Everyone is eager to help and always concerned with how my mom is doing. Our experience has been that Legacy Provo listens to their residents and their families and excels in their service!

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Legacy Village of Provo for almost 2 years now and has been so happy with the staff, CNAs and the facility! Everyone is eager to help her and is genuinely concerned with her well being and happiness. Our entire family feels like we are personal friends with everyone at Legacy Provo! They do a wonderful job!

I work in home health and hospice. We have had many patients on our services who live at Legacy Villages Provo. Our patients have been well cared for by their compassionate and attentive staff. A personal family friend also lives here and she enjoys the social aspects of the community and the activities. The building is clean, and the food is amazing. I know the administration very well, and they are wonderful, honest, and caring people. I have no hesitation referring families to Legacy Villages of Provo.

I took a tour of this assisted living community and noticed how clean and well-kept it is. The staff was very friendly and it looked as though all the residents I met were extremely pleased with this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for senior living!

Wonderful Words cannot fully express the wonder if Legacy Village. The staff is amazing at every level, the accommodations are exceptional, the programming was far beyond what was ever expected, and the gift of acceptance, care, respect and appreciation they offered our 93 year old mother made the last two years of her life an experience she found profoundly be nurturing and we, her children, will never forget. Thank you.

My mother has been at the facility since December 2015. If your parent needs help with their medications, please do not consider this place. Change is difficult for mom, if it wasn't we would have moved her. I have a list of items that I will be glad to share, if you want to contact me directly. Currently, my mother has a fungal rash (second eruption) caused by lack of proper drying after her showers. They have her medication but will not administer it because the prescription is not worded correctly. (even over the counter medications need a prescription) They will not call the Dr for clarification and I had to discover her rash while cleaning her up on a day out last week. Until I can get the doctor to re-prescribe (and they approve of the wording), she will have to suffer. They, however, were willing to renew a prescription for hydrocodone for nearly a year because it had the words "as needed." The prescription was intended for 2 weeks following a specific incident and they were administering it to her any time she complained of an ache or pain. I noticed she was not as coherent on some days and was actually a fall risk. It was then that I made inquiries (not easy) and found out she was being administered the Hydrocodone. Her doctor had to write a "desist" order to make them stop. She has been forgotten in her room during meals and even been left sitting on her couch all night with her button across the room until we appeared at their door at 4:00 am at her urgent request. There are some wonderful people here and there are some less than wonderful people. Please feel free to contact me directly.

Such a beautiful facility with top notch people to take good care of my dad! He loves the food and always speaks highly of the staff. The excursions and events are fun & have helped dad make friends. We love everything about Legacy Village!
May 2016
My mother was a resident at Legacy Village of Provo for only one month before she passed away. She was a resident in a memory care Cottage and seemed to enjoy the people. The employees were always willing to play a game with her when their schedules permitted and that was always a favorite activity for Mom. I so appreciate their care for my mother during the last week that she lived there. She had broken her hip (although the x-rays didn't show it!), and they were so extra careful whenever they needed to move her. I also appreciated the support from the management team: they helped me with financial issues, pharmaceutical issues, wheelchair repair, etc. They have my gratitude for the care they gave my mother and the friendship and support they gave to me. They become friends in that short amount of time, and I am glad they came into our lives.
