When considering where to bring my dad, I was so impressed with Jamestown, specifically Shauna. She has years of experience, and sincerely understands the whole picture when it comes to senior residents, their families, medical care, and everything Jamestown has to offer. She spent time learning about our needs and concerns, and brainstorming with us about how to best meet those needs. It was evident that she sincerely wanted what was best for my dad - whether we ended up at Jamestown or somewhere else. I like Jamestown’s personalized care levels, so residents can sign up for specific services and get the exact care they want and need - even in small details. I’ve eaten Thanksgiving and other meals at Jamestown, and been impressed with the delicious food, kind residents, friendly staff, and true contentment of my family members and their friends who live at Jamestown.

5 star rating 100% I have been in healthcare industry for nearly 10 years and in that time, The Courtyard at Jamestown has maintained their 5 star quality . Their entire staff in my opinion are 5 star.... From the DON Davey, to Marcie and Shauna, all the way to to top with MaryAnn. I highly recommend that any family needing to place their loved one, consider Jamestown. (Ive had the opportunity to eat the food there as well, and generally speaking in this industry, food is the number one complaint in most facilites....except here!) The food is excellent!

Jamestown is a class act . This facility has great staff from top to bottom. The staff is so involved in all the residents lives and truely care about each and everyone . They have done such a great job through this pandemic time . They have done so much to entertain and show their love to the residents . The staff has done everything from musical entertainment, staff parades , family parades , holiday videos and special birthday celebrations to mention a few . I have been so impressed also with the cleanliness and maintenance of the building itself when i have visited, in the past .Great place to spend your GOLDEN YEARS !!

Where is the 10 star button?!! Courtyard at Jamestown has been literally and figuratively lifesaving for my parents and our family. I cannot thank Marianne and staff enough for the safe and welcoming home they provide for my parents. A recent crisis absolutely cemented for our family that Mom and Dad are in the best of hands. For peace of mind I wholeheartedly recommend visiting (and choosing!) Courtyard to understand the wonderful services they can provide for your aging loved one.

Ive always thought Jamestown was the best, but after seeing how everything has been handled during Covid Im convinced they have the best team in the world, and the best residents too! The staff care so much about the residents and will do whatever it takes to make them happy. The food and activities are above and beyond anything youll find anywhere else. This is where I want to live when I get older.

Wonderful community filled with amazing staff that truly care for seniors. Daily activities which keeps the residents physically active, mentally stimulating, and spirituality satisfied. The food service is custom designed which varies from comfort foods to more complex gourmet dishes.

My mother lived here for nearly 3 ½ years. She loved the other residents, the attentive staff, the large variety of activities and events, enjoyed many delicious meals, being able to attend church (and get her hair done) on the premises, feeding and watching the ducks, seeing deer, and all of the people who made her life more comfortable and enjoyable. Our family was pleased with the level of care and quality of life she received while living at Jamestown and would highly recommend the Courtyard at Jamestown to anyone looking for assisted living.

Based on the view of it, it's amazing. I've only been there for performances, not lived there or had a loved one there. The food looks amazing though. The grounds are beautiful. I've even seen deer there a few times, munching on the shrubbery. The staff sees friendly. Inside the building is as beautiful as the outside.

This place is amazing. I feel like the resident's are on a 5 star cruise with all the activities, fine dining, wonderful staff they have. The dining room is like eating at Grand America with linen tablecloths and napkins. pretty table decorations. What a wonderful place to live out their last years.

I am a hospice nurse in the community and have had great experiences at Jamestown. I am especially impressed with their Enhanced Care. I feel that patients there are very well watched over and receive top-of-the-line care. I have found that communication for patients/families/professionals there is streamlined because of well-trained med techs and Tammy, the Enhanced Care Coordinator. My favorite part of the Enhanced Care is I feel it really allows residents to keep a lot of dignity at a time in life when that can be a challenge. The activities they have there are entertaining and stimulating, but preserve dignity and personal pride. I always see residents smiling when I am there.

Courtyard at Jamestown is such an incredible place. The feeling there is magical. My mom is so happy. Happier than I have seen her in years. The staff is above amazing. They all seem so happy and they do such an incredible job. The food is the best. As good or better than any restaurant. Activities are plentiful, meaningful, well-planned and outstanding. Seems like they cater to their residents requests. If you're looking for awesome assisted living, look no further. You have found it.

My wife and I have been at the Courtyard at Jamestown for about 8 months now and really enjoy it.. We have traveled to all 7 continents in the world and done a lot of cruises . Staying at Courtyard reminds us of cruising every day.The meals are outstanding and the entertainment is varied at uplifting. The staff is outstanding so thought full and uplifting, The facilities are spacious and well kept. The grand kids totally enjoy the large ponds filled with ducks and ducklings.
