I myself have been here a year now and have just renewed for 18 months, I wouldn't live anywhere . Stop management here , Michelle and Anita are extraordinary and are on top of things 100% of the time the people that live here have become like family and are not only friendly but watch out for each other

Amazing maintenance on a holiday weekend. Woke up to no hot water and within a couple of hours Jayden came to our rescue. Management and maintenance are the best we've ever had.

Anita, Michelle and the rest of the Grovecrest Villas team are awesome! Responsive, efficient and friendly are just a few words to describe them. Inside and out the building and grounds are immaculate. The pool hasn't opened yet, but the pool area looks like it's going to be great. The dog park is so nice. There's even a gazebo with chairs providing shade while your furkid does their business and has a few minutes off leash. I've only been here a few weeks, but I can't say enough nice things about the carrying team and the property.

This place is awesome! It's got a movie theater pool table pool and jacuzzi and the garage dog park and the list goes on, I'd recommend grovecrest Village to be your home just like I did, thanks.

We have just moved in and leasing agents Michelle and Anita have been so helpful with all our move in needs. We love the amenities here at Grovecrest and the residents we are meeting here are so friendly! We love the kitchen and our spacious apartment for our needs. Our view of Timpanogas mountain and the common well-kept grounds from our balcony is a plus!‘

Grovecrest Villas is the perfect retirement place to live. Any repairs get done in a timely manor, the managers are friendly, respectful and quick to meet our needs. The neighbors are friendly and eager to help when needed. The apartment is beautiful, the activities are fun. I would not want to live anywhere else!

Overall, having been here just under two months so far, we are exceptionally pleased. Our 2BR & 2 bath apartment is nicely laid out, the building is very quiet (almost no noise from adjoining or upstairs residents - not enough to be bothersome at all), and the facility is very nicely kept. Management staff are sincerely friendly and easy to deal with, and very responsive when an issue has come up or question needs to be answered. And the additional options in the building for resident use are excellent and nicely varied. They've made it easy to make the transition. Despite downsizing from a well over 1800 square foot home to a 1024 square foot apartment, we are adjusting nicely, and have no need to investigate other residence options. We highly recommend Grovecrest Villas, and could not be happier. At this point we expect to remain here for the remainder of our lives!

Grovecrest Villas is like BYU for seniors! Everybody is friendly. We have FHE, study groups, humanitarian Tuesdays, Friday night movies, free manicures and pedicures every other week and a wonderful office staff. I love it.

I Love living At the villas! Family home evening on Monday, humanitarian Group on Tuesday lots of activities, potluck and I could even go to a movie in the villas theater on Friday if I want or to the five dollar Tuesday at water gardens with the group if I want. Amber is so friendly and helpful. My daughters have come over and helped me move in which I am so grateful. It has been difficult going from a three bedroom two bath to a one bedroom one bath but we're getting there! I am in an awesome ward and stake! The people are so friendly. I love it here. It's good to be in a place where we can ask others names continually, read a book for the hundredth time and it's all brand new -and people get it! When I asked Management to turn down the hot water temperature they did and it is just perfect. Thank you!

I have lived in the Villas for four weeks and find it to be a perfect place for a 78-yearold widower. The place is very well managed and very quiet.

I moved here sight unseen after sensing a trust for leasing agent Anita, and photos of the place. I was not disappointed, as the place is posh. The residents are nice, the grounds and building are immaculate. Manager Michelle is right on top of the place, and responsive to any concerns. Close to bike trail, hiking, and stores. I feel blessed to have found the place. See you when you get here.

My mom lived here and when she passed away my family and I had to work with the management to get her stuff out and account closed. They were very helpful and caring. My mom had enjoyed living there a lot and I am very grateful to them for maintaining a nice place.

The Villas are amazing! The units are beautiful and the building and grounds are kept tidy and clean. The management meets all my needs in a timely manner-they're efficient, friendly and so easy to work with. There's also tons of friends and fun activities. Grovecrest Villas is a wonderful senior 55+ Active Community. The property has many activities, classes, pool and on-site gym. The property is pet friendly also. Shopping and medical needs are close by for you and your family. There is a van which transports residents to nearby Walmart for convenient shopping needs. I think you should look into this wonderful senior property for a future home.

Looking for an apartment, I had two requirements: must have a bedroom big enough to hold my furniture and must have a cooks’ kitchen. Oh, and must be affordable! After covering the state from Logan to St George, I finally found a place that met my needs and then some! The kitchens are spacious and beautifully appointed, the unit I was lucky enough to get was spacious enough for my large furniture, and the amenities are amazing! Very well kept grounds, clean inside and out, and management who cares! Honestly, this place is simply Wonderful! I am Happy to be here!

I love using the amenities that is provided for us, such as the Library, the Banquet Room for our Buffets and the exercise room. The management is very accommodating and is quick to handle any problems that come up. The front office personal Debbie and Brice are easy to communicate with. I have lived here for over three years. The staff is friendly and responsive to our needs. We are centrally located in the Utah Valley close to hospitals, restaurants, and shopping . We enjoy spectacular views of snow capped mountains and have walking paths on site. I enjoy independent living amongst wonderful caring neighbors.

I love living here. The staff keep this place immaculate and Maintence is always right on any issues. I love all the amenities: pool, year round hot tub ( it really works all year), movie theater, billiards, gym, a kitchen party area and a dog park. It really is the best place I’ve lived! The views are stunning and the grounds are gorgeous. My only complaint it’s that we have a little more freedom to choose how to decorate our porch ( which we pay for). I know they need to have a lot of rules, I guess because of the 55+? But some are really unnecessary. All in all this is a great place to live! I look forward to many more years as a resident of Grovecrest Villas

After living here for more than a year, we are still pleased with the amenities and the care taken to maintain a clean and attractive place to live. But a couple of things have been problematic over the past several months. One has been the trash pickup service. Many, many times we have put out our trash at the designated times, only to have it still sitting outside our door for several hours, and even into the next morning, before it got picked up. This situation has improved recently, whether because the management switched companies or just laid down the law with them, I don’t know. The second issue has been parking. With the construction on the south side of the building, it has been a struggle almost daily to park near the closest entrance to our unit, because construction workers’ own vehicles or actual construction vehicles take up all the spots. Management doesn’t seem to have allowed for this, and it has made us feel like the construction vehicles take precedence over those belonging to the residents.

I am impressed with the manager, Debbie, she is professional, in the way she carries out her Responsibilities with effienciencie. The best characteristic or quality about Debbie, is that she has always been kind and a good listener to me. I have struggled we have health problems the entire time I have lived here. Debbie has a Caring Heart, she has assisted me on many occasions, when I needed help to walk down the hall and get to my house she has taken time to listen to me when I was not feeling good and frightened. However, I am not the only one that she has been kind to many ways. Debbie is conscientious about her work, and is able 2 blend kindness with that she does, she is aware of the people in the building and them all with that same professionalism and approachability. The same characteristics are true of her assistant Tanya. She could be described in way I just shared about Debbie. She takes her job responsibilities seriously, and makes a good impression the very first time people walk into our building inquiring about living here. Tanya is the first person to be greeting the new people. She is friendly and is a wonderful representative of your business.
