This place is the bees knees. I do home health physical therapy and have visited many senior facilities, and this is the only one I would choose for a family member. They are clean, attentive, and helpful.

It was a very hard decision to have my mom leave her home and go live in a senior care facility but Covington has made the transition wonderful. I feel great peace knowing that my mom is taken care of and loved. All the staff show such kindness and love to all the residents. From the moment you walk in to Covington you feel the love. Jeni, at the front desk, welcomes everyone and works so hard to make sure everyone gets questions answered and gets where they need to go. The directors and medical staff are always helping. Everyone jumps in to help when help is needed even if that isn't there assigned responsibility. The food is good with options for the residents. I would recommend Covington to anyone.

I am a resident at Covington and have fully enjoyed living here. They have an excellent program for activities in the building as well as bus rides up the canyon, shopping, to the temple, and parties. It's clean and there is such a great feeling of love and caring here with the staff and the residents.

The apartments are very nice, staff is excellent and there are lots of fun activities for the residents. There is even a hair salon inside the building, all that's needed is to schedule an appointment.

I've had the opportunity to be part of the Covington team since Grand Opening day. The Best residents reside here, staff that's willing to go above and beyond is not uncommon. The residents quickly become family. We are lucky to be part of such a service oriented team.

My parents and my FIL live at Covington and I am very grateful to their staff and the kindness and generosity they have shown to my family. This is a warm inviting atmosphere and despite the challenges we have all faced with Covid they have really tried to do their best to make sure the residents are safe. The staff has been professional and kind in their efforts to serve the residents and their families. I love that my parents get to go on field trips and do extra curricular activities. I love that I feel reassured knowing my loved ones are being well cared for when me and my siblings are not there. Thank you Covington for giving me peace of mind during this new stage of life with my parents.

My mother lived at Covington Senior Living in Orem for almost 8 months during the terrible time of COVID in the world. It was difficult for her, since she couldn't have visitors most of the time, but the wonderful staff members did all they could to help her feel apart of life. Lexie was so kind and understanding as our family bothered her so many times with a million questions. Mother always complimented each person that helped her when she talked with her family. So happy was she when the dining room was opened up again and she could enjoy her meals there, which were delicious! She loved all the snacks available, especially when she asked for ice cream. Upon her passing, we heard from many staff members with condolences and how much they would miss her personality! Thank you all again for the love and support you gave my mother.

I interned at Covington for 4 months and it was so fulfilling! The employees are so caring and welcoming to all. The residents were so cute and fun! I had a great time helping out with activities and tours around the building. Covington has such a great environment and they always have some fun activity going on. I interned for Lexie Call and she was amazing. She cares so much for the residents and made sure that everyone felt welcomed and loved. The residents absolutely adore her and you can tell she loves her job! Overall, I had a great experience and met so many wonderful people along the way.

My dad lived at Covington Senior Living Orem for almost two years. His caregivers became his dear friends during the difficult challenges of the 2020 pandemic. The Covington management was responsive to our concerns and heroic in their effort to meet individual needs. It's a beautiful, happy place to live but it's the employees who made it extraordinary. My mom lived in Covington for more than two years before she recently passed, and I have seen how consistently excellent the care is on both the assisted living and memory care sides of the Orem facility. All I can say is WOW! Their care for my mom never faltered. Even when our mother caught COVID in the height of the outbreak, she was blessed by their care because right then they opened the only "all COVID positive" care facility in Utah County! I was able to go talk to my mom through a picture window every day at the height of the pandemic, even though she was doubly quarantined! I can think of so many touching instances of the caring support the staff gave my mom at Covington, even when they didn't know I was watching, that they are way too many to mention! If you are looking for a place for your loved ones to experience a higher level of care, you have found what you are looking for!

My mother was a resident of Covington Senior Living in Orem for 2.5 years. First in assisted living, and then in the memory care area. Though she recently passed away, my sisters and I will be eternally grateful for the expert care and kindness our mother received as a Covington resident. Mom was always treated with patience, dignity, and respect by the entire staff. The compassion shown there is real. Staff delight in caring for each individual - enjoying everyone's unique talents and personality. The Orem location is managed by Tylyn Weight. An outstanding leader, and truely passionate about elder care. I just can't say enough great things about Covington.

Covington is a BEAUTIFUL facility with such a fun environment. The memory care unit is beautiful, clean, and homey which is perfect for a dementia patient that needs good care. The assisted living has fun social events, activities, and wonderful food! If you're touring through, Lexi the admissions director is the friendliest face and will walk you through every step of the way to ensure you have a positive move! I worked with Covington for almost 2 years as a 3rd party service provider and was super impressed with the care there.

This place and their staff is beyond AMAZING! Lexie bent over backwards for our family when we had to move our dad in. She was a huge help and coordinated everything for us. She and the entire staff was extremely accommodating and understanding of my dad's unique circumstances and did everything to help us feel comfortable and welcome. I would HIGHLY recommend Covington to everyone. I can't truly express my gratitude in words for Lexie.

I am a case worker and therefore work with this building regularly as the majority of my Clients reside here. The staff is so accommodating to work with me during covid-19 restrictions and make sure I talk to my clients monthly! They are always fair and kind to the residents as I've observed from my visits. The Covington has been an awesome place for my mom. The staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate her, and patient as my mom dealt with the disorientation of moving into a care facility. COVID and the resulting quarantine has been tough but the staff and management at Covington have helped us navigate that by being communicative and caring for Mom. I highly recommend them.

I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars!! I worked at Covington for about 6 months and I enjoyed it sooo much! I absolutely love each and every resident and it's a joy to go to work each shift. Staff are very nice and easy to work with and I had an amazing experience working here!! Wouldn't trade it for anything!
