I have read some recent reviews that were not the best for Grove Creek, and although I know that the staff is limited, just like every store, restaurant and other businesses in our country, they are doing the best they can. At least from what I observed, while aiding my folks, the last 2 weeks of December. It is hard to find workers these days and it takes special people to work at an Assisted Living Facility. I guess that they can turn away many, but where would their loved ones send them, if they are unable to care for them, by themselves. There were a few kinks at first, but they are all straightened out now. I pray all residents will receive the care that my folks have and that my Mommy continues to receive. On Dec. 14, 2022, I moved my folks into Grove Creek Assisted Living in Lindon, Utah. Both had recently been in the hospital, then a local Rehab. My Mommy was doing a bit better after rehab, but Dady came to this facility on hospice. On day 4, my Daddy was taken off all of his meds a passed away, 4 days later. My husband and I, were allowed to stay, at the facility, with my Mommy, the entire time. We were fed, at no charge, shown loving care and it made us all feel grateful. EVERYONE at Grove Creek has been amazing, from the administration, nurses, CNA’s, Hospice and even the wonderful staff in the kitchen, who graciously made a wonderful Coleslaw, for my Daddy’s funeral luncheon. The hardest time of my life, was met by caring people, who went out of their way to assist us. Especially, Kelly, Kristy, Melissa, Gabriel and Emme, from Hospice. How thrilled I am, knowing that people we met, only days before my Daddy’s passing, treated us like family. I know this facility is PERFECT for my Mommy. Thank you all, Niki

Removed my mother from there after only 5 weeks for her own safety. This place was a horror story, our hospice provider had never seen anything this bad in their career. They did not report a fall and could not explain why, they gave her wrong medications sending my mother into a fit and then did not answer their phones when either hospice or myself tried to call them. It was so bad that our hospice provider reported this facility to Adult Protective Services in early December 2022. Within 2 days of interviewing people they filed an official complaint with the State of Utah licensing division.

Kelly and Jordan are workers there and so of course they put 5 stars to make it seem like the building is great. Let me tell you the truth: Walking in the building, it was super beautiful and amazing. However, seeing the CNAs sweating answering the call lights while being the only one of the floor was heartbreaking. The Care Coordinator wasn't even helping as she was talking to the front desk lady. Care Coordinator, we need you to be in the floor so that you can see what goes on, not just behind the desk.

Rocky Mountain Grove Creek Assisted Living is a wonderful place. Rocky Mountain provides a “Continuum of Services” to residents who live at Grove Creek. The nursing staff is amazing and always willing to help the residents. I am happy to work in such a great community.

This facility is overconfident and understaffed. The ratio of 1 to 40 feels criminal if not negligent, at the very least. Our family member was not cared for the way that you would think when you walk into this beautiful facility…. The esthetic and the management are completely deceiving in so many ways. If you don’t have the staff- stop filling your facilities… our family members deserve better than that. I’ve never ever reviewed anything - good or bad but this needs to be put out there- if your family member is at a high level of need, this is not the place for them… in my personal humble opinion. I’m happy to give specifics, as we have many.
