In my opinion, Gardens Assisted Living is the #1 Assisted Living here in Utah. We visit my husbands grandfather at this GORGEOUS assisted living. They treat my husbands grandfather like he is theirs. We visit him 5-6 days a week CNAs are always with the residents, whether its playing a game or just drinking a cup of coffee with them. Most beautiful thing I have ever seen.Residents love one another like the old days, we need more of that in this world we live in today. They take food and much more road trips!

My son is living there. His room is clean and he has access to meals 3 times a day. The menu is decent however there are no real alternative choices if when they serve as something like crab salad except for a small sandwich.My complaint is that each resident signs an agreement to follow their policies and procedures. One of those is for everyone to keep their TVs and radios turned down. There is a gentleman who refuses to cooperate and plays his TV at the loudest decibels 24-7. He has headphones to listen to his TV but refuses to do that too.The managers refuse to do anything to enforce their own policy. The staff will occasionally turn it down and he turns it right back up as soon as they leave. My son is kept up most of the day listening to this. He is as o tired by morning that he then sleeps thru breakfast and lunch.He keeps the rules but cannot get anyone to issue a warning or a fine or anything. The other people who lived in this room previously had the same complaint.They have told me that they cant reLly enforce much.I find that attitude extremely frustrating and my son is desperate to get some much needed sleep!

We moved our 92 year old Aunt into the Assisted Living the first of December as she needed socialization and friends and activities during the day. We are so happy to see her thrive in this new experience and environment. We know she is safe, well cared for, enjoys the meals, friends and many fun activities and outings provided by Chancellor Gardens and their care taking team. We have seen such a great improvement in her mood and energy. Looking forward to a Happy New Year sharing all the blessings that have come from this decision to enrich our dear Aunts life and wellbeing!

I have truly enjoyed my experience at Gardens Assisted Living. The indoor trees, ponds and birds are just incredible. The real heart of this community is the staff and how sincerely they care, treating everyone like family. It is one of the most beautiful and caring environments in all of Ogden.
