I was on a waiting list for a year and got totally jacked around. You make too much, you are fine financially...a real jerkathon. [name removed], the property manager, said I was disqualified for false information on my application. She also said it was because my crackhouse previous manager said they would not take me back to rent. I dealt with drugs, homeless and management that didn't care at the previous location. She strung me along saying my credit and references were good. I WAS ON A WAITING LIST FOR OVER A YEAR. I was approved at numerous other places, I just think Betsy Jones was a flake. One time, I was told to stop by, she was not even there. She never answered the phone NUMEROUS TIMES. She was the biggest flake I have dealt with in the property management world. Probably a blessing I didn't move in...but why would anyone hire her?
