The admin drew is AMAZING. I've had issues getting what I need here and drew has done an amazing job making sure I get what I need. She's really great at working with you. Her priority is the residents. She's very kind and understanding and the kind of person she is shows through with the other staff. They are all kind and just want the residents to be happy and safe. I came here a few times before I moved in and Every time I came, at least one aide was sitting with a resident so they had someone to be with. They talk to the residents and sit with them like they are equals. It's very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms are clean and it always smells good. The staff is amazing at not letting what has happened in other rooms affect how they treat you. It's very homey and welcoming. Also, the food is always fresh and hot and is really good. They have a variety of food that they serve. I've been here a month and I don't think I've had the same meal yet.

Quail Meadows is providing outstanding care to our loved one! The well-being of the residents is their top priority! They are organized, prompt, clean, and extremely compassionate! The entire team proactively works together to ensure our loved one is supported and all her needs are met! I've seen the administrator, Drew, come in on holidays to assist the kitchen staff and she even came in our her day off to meet with us and offer support. She leads her team by example! It brings peace to our family knowing we can trust our loved one is in great hands!

I've been to many and I mean many facilities but by far this is the best place I've been . Very clean ! Wonderful staff and well as a lot of activities to help your day even better than it already is !! I highly recommend for anyone who truly wants there loved one to be properly cared for ! Quail Meadow Assisted Living is a wonderful facilty. Whether placing a loved one into assisted living or memory care, the staff here is kind, caring, and compasionate. There are activities for seniors to get involved in, good meals, and the feeling of family. I would like to personally take the opportunity to recognize an outstanding staff member who is so kind and caring, and treats the residents here that he is in contact with on a daily basis as though they are family. Colton has cared for our family member, taking time to talk with them, learn things about them, his compasdion and empathy has meant a lot to our family member, and our family as well. It is heartwarming to see a young man such as Colton treating not only our family member with respect and caring, as well as other residents here at Quail Meadow. When we are unable to visit and spend time with our loved one, we know they are being taken care of like family. We appreciate the staff here at Quail Meadow Assisted Living.

This place is filled with honest and hardworking individuals. They truly care about my mother and her well-being. She loves the food and activities, but most of all how the staff will hang out with her and treat her like their own. If there is ever something that needs to be addressed, management is always available and willing to make changes to care as needed. Highly recommend!

Quail is a wonderful place for seniors! The staff cares so much and are both professional and caring, the manager/coordinator cares so much and does a wonderful job with both staff and residents, and the building is always well maintained and kept in great condition! From the moment I met Drew Richards, you could feel her caring compassion and commitment to her profession. As I've talked with the various employees, their obvious love for their jobs shows from the smiles on their faces. That kind of joy comes from support and development from the management team that can only be passed on to the residents. When posts and pictures of the residents and facility are shared - it shows how much they are respected and cared for by the staff. Quail Medow would be the first place I would want to be if I should ever need an Assisted Living facility.

My mother resided at Quail Meadow for 5 1/2 years—half the time in assisted living and half in memory care. All the staff made sure Mom was cared for and cared about. We loved how comfortable we felt there, and Mom liked how modern and homey it felt. She recently passed away at age 93, and we will miss the friendly staff and residents.

Quail Meadow Assisted Living is a great senior care facility. I am excited to graduate into my golden years knowing that a place like this will be available for me. I'm still a few years away, but Quail Meadow will certainly still be around because of the great care the team puts into both service and ambiance. Being a relatively smaller facility allows the aides to spend more one on one time with the residents. There are plenty of activities hosted by caring people, a reflection of the thoughtful leadership by the resident care coordinator and administrator (Drew). Bring your loved ones here with confidence in a happy and safe environment and then, a few years later, come retire here yourself!

A good friend of my grandmother lives at Quail and she is so very well taken care of despite her being a somewhat difficult person in her age and state they do a remarkable job. Jennifer, Kamryn and Drew are some and Quail Meadows I know personally and they are so kind, loving and caring. They all go above and beyond I most definitely recommend this place!

I love Quail and everyone here. Working here has been so much better than any other facility I've been to. The workers here are always on top of their jobs going above and beyond. Caring for residents is the best part, becoming so close and being able to treat them like family is my favorite part.
