Amazing venue, food, community and people!

After careful consideration of several assisted living facilities, our mother moved in almost two years ago. The staff have been stellar in their care for our mom and their genuine concern for her physical and emotional health. I live across the country from The Ridge Cottonwood, but my two siblings live nearby and visit her every day. In fact, we have video chats almost every evening before dinner. It feels like I am sitting in Mom's living room for our daily visits. The staff could be annoyed by our frequent visits and occasional special requests, but they are welcoming and responsive to all our needs for our mom. This is a lovely home with built-in friends and caregivers who feel like family. They understand how difficult it is for us "kids" to place our trust in them for the care of our beloved mother. Our trust in The Ridge staff has been well earned. We feel blessed to have them on our team to provide the care and concern that our mom so well deserves in her older years. We are grateful.

Great service for assisted living. Good (mostly) food. They make your bed, do your laundry, clean your apartment and do lots of activities and entertainment.

My family member has been at The Ridge Cottonwood Heights for about 9 months now, in memory care. They have the BEST cnas on staff, the most caring and attentive. All the staff has been wonderful, I am informed of any and all issues so quickly. The memory care director responds and listens to any concerns you may have. My family member was in a different facility for a week and it was awful, so glad we found this memory care facility.

It would be impossible to fully express our gratitude to the Ridge. Everyone was so caring and accommodating. The staff is warm and friendly, and the facility is beautiful. Particularly impressive were everyone's kindness their willingness to go the extra mile. Everyone was so proactive toward working things out so that our loved one would be comfortable in terms of her own unique needs. Every member of the staff was kind and attentive. They were such good listeners and so patient. We can't recommend The Ridge highly enough! Thank you so much.

The crew at the Ridge at Cottonwood are second to none!! They have been so kind and professional whenever Ive worked with them. Im a Healthcare worker and I know what a great team looks like. The challenges they have faced with Covid has not slowed them down! If you or a loved one are thinking about moving into the Ridge I would highly recommend it! They will take great care of you!

They are such an amazing community. They truly care for their residents. They always seem to have something fun happening in their building for their residents. They will take great care of your grandma and grandpa, or your parents. Definitely give them a call and talk to them.

The Ridge at Cottonwood has a positive atmosphere, it is very clean and beautiful. The staff are very compassionate to the residents that reside within the community. They take care of their residents as if they were their own family and are a key factor in delivering a friendly environment. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

My parents have been here for almost 2 years. Never a regret. From the front desk to the activities staff (especially!!!) they care about my folks and their physical and emotional well being. They give a damn when folks are having a bad day and always step up to help out. I really feel like they treat my folks like family. (Before you ask, I was over there 6-8 times a week before COVID so I actually see them and their behavior all the time). They try really hard within current restrictions and deliver better than could be expected.

My dad has been residing at The Ridge for exactly one year now. During that time keeping his best interests at heart, he was transferred to memory care. Although it was somewhat painful for myself and family as we kind of saw it as bit of a last stop prior to his final destination, The Ridge Staff were very supportive and caring and did all they could do to support my family and Dad in this transition. I think Dad gave the best testimonial. While visiting him one day he informed me that he thought the market was right to sell This Place. This place being The Ridge.:-) While we were discussing the strategy of putting it on the market 3 different staff members came in and cleaned his room, delivered his lunch, and brought him his meds as prescribed. As the last Staff member was leaving the room, Dad leaned over and whispered to me You know...I got a real racquet going on here. They take pretty damn good care of me. I think Ill just hang on to this place awhile longer. Lucky for the staff they can sleep better knowing there will not be a new owner!! 🙂

Ive worked at The Ridge Cottonwood for the last few years. The expectations and standards at the community is what drives me everyday I work there. I literally get excited on my days off thinking about how I can make the community a better place to live as well as what I can do for the residents that live here. The residents, resident family members, staff, and the beauty of the property make me feel proud to work there. I can truthfully say I love my job and the people I work with. I am very lucky to have that.

We toured several facilities for my Aunt when the doctors told us she couldnt be on her own any longer. The Ridge Cottonwood is the best facility we could have ever found. The staff is very nice and great listeners. They always do their best to be accommodating with her ever changing needs. They are sincere in wanting to give her the best care necessary. The building is so so clean and so welcoming the minute you come through the front door. They are always willing to work with our family to give my Aunt the best care possible for her individual needs. It is very nice to eat in the dining room with her as it is made to feel like we were dining in a nice restaurant. I would recommend The Ridge Cottonwood to anyone wanting to be reassured your loved one is in a great place!

Working in home health and hospice I frequently visit many Assisted living and memory cares in the area. Cottonwood place is at the top of the list. They have an amazing staff who take pride in what they do in caring for the residents. The community is very nice and the residents are always engaged and doing something fun. I would definitely put my loved one in this communtiy.

Staff are all very professional and very attentive to my 94 year old mother. Facility is clean and have so many activities to keep residents busy if they choose. The dining room serves very good homemade food. I strongly recommend to anyone to consider The Ridge Cottonwood.

I love this community. The Memory Care community is amazing. They have activities all day, every day of the week. I have never seen a Memory Care anywhere that provides the amount of activities that The Ridge Cottonwood does. I would not hesitate to place a loved one in this community.

It is my pleasure to write this review for Cottonwood Place Senior Living. Our family looked around at assisted living facilities for several months before we decided on Cottonwood Place. We felt the new facilities and friendly and helpful staff would make this the best home for our Mother. The staff are qualified, caring, and professional. They have been flexible and accommodating to meet the needs of my Mother and our family. Residents are provided with three meals per day and they have refrigerators and microwaves in their rooms. There are lots of activities, entertainment, and outings. Overall, I believe we made a great decision on choosing Cottonwood Place and our family knows my Mother is in a safe place with qualified and caring staff.
