I have worked for Sunrise for 2.5 years and its been so much fun. The residents and staff are like family. Sunrise is big on monthly training and that is extremely important, it sets us apart from other Senior Homes. It”s been a pleasure being a part of Sunrise Senior living I truly love coming to work. Thank you!

I love the home like atmosphere that comes along with Sunrise of Holladay. Not only the building itself but the team. They are quick to respond and will always work together to come up with solutions for any concern or issues that arises. If you are looking for a place to move a loved one in I highly recommend sunrise of Holladay.

Sunrise at Holladay has been the best thing we could have done for my my family member when it became necessary to place them in an assisted living facility. We had previous experience with Sunrise and their excellent staff and care with another family member several years earlier and it was a no-brainer when it was time to help my family member transition from home to Sunrise. Since day 1, the staff has been so welcoming, warm and just excellent in providing care, kindness and the highest level of professionalism one could ask for in handling the ongoing care of a loved one. Some of the specific items that I think make Sunrise stand out from all the other places are as follows: 1. The facilities are kept clean and it is a very warm and inviting place to be and to visit. 2. The staff, from the front desk folks to the care givers to the management team are all exceptional and dedicated to doing the very best they can to make life for their residents the best it can be under the circumstances. 3. There is no lack of things for the residents to do from bus rides, to guest speakers to musical programs etc., they seem to have a lot for the residents to do to keep them engaged and active in meaningful ways. 4. They seem to genuinely care about the people there and there is a lot of the staff that has been there a long time, so they don't seem to have the turnover issues that a lot of other places seem to experience. Although Sunrise is a little more expensive that some other places, The overall value they provide I think outweighs everything else. If you are considering a facility for your loved ones, Sunrise should be right at the top of your list in my opinion.

Sunrise of Holladay has provided outstanding care for my mom. The staff is responsive and wonderfully caring. The communication during this time of COVID has been absolutely incredible. The continual updates gave me such confidence that my mom was safe and receiving the best care possible.

Love this place! Mom was in the memory care unit. After looking at several different facilities we chose Sunrise at Holladay. The rooms were spacious and carpeted compared to some of the shoe boxes we looked at.The memory care unit is on the 4th floor so mom could look outside to see the mountains she loved. I felt there was better security being on the 4th floor.Because of Covid we were only able to visit in the lobby. There is a table and living room where we could visit for 50 minutes. On moms birthday we were able to go up to her room for a visit and cake. The room was clean and smelled good. Her clothes were neatly folded and put in drawers. Most importantly, mom was clean and smelled good. (This was a problem before she moved into Sunrise)The staff was kind and helpful. I received pictures of mom doing activities and crafts. Mom referred to them as her grandchildren. Mom fell a few times and I received a call right away. When mom passed away I was so worried she was alone but Tiffany was with her and that gave me great comfortIt was really a hard decision to put mom into a memory care facility. After mom moved in we didnt have to worry about her because we knew she was being taken care ofI recommend Sunrise at Holladay!

I have worked with Sunrise for 8 years and I have to say this is the absolute best place to work! The team is so caring and hands on. They are all-in! It is an absolute joy to serve our residents here. This is a company that doesnt just have nice sayings, but truly cares about seniors. It is an honor to work for such a fine company and to do work that truly matters.

The staff is very attentive, helpful, respectful, caring, and really like working there. Parking is at a premium, so plan accordingly or in the garageMy grandparents were here for 10+ years and moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and were then moved to the assisted living side of the building. My grandmother died here about 3 years ago in care of a hospice nurse. My grandfather was very old and had been using a walker and was coming in from outside and the automatic door knocked him down to the ground, he died in pain 9 days later. The staff tried to comfort him and checked in on him at all hours, for he was loved by all and will be missed greatly. They have since replaced the director here and it is a very nice facility, but there are minor issues that they need to attend to, the main one would be the transoms in between the floorings, there are literally ridges which are not something that you would want for people in their 80s, 90s, and 100s in wheelchairs, walkers, and shuffling of feet.

Beautiful place and exelent care for the residents .
July 2019
Good staff, lots of energy and seemed very attentive. Facilities are nice, food is very good, and many of the staff members have been there for awhile, as in years. That gave us a sense of experienced personnel, which was important. Places with high turn-over in staff and management have a different feel about them, to me of course.

Ive been able to see several different senior living facilities in the valley, and Sunrise at Holladay simply cant be beat. From their care team to their to their activities, they are fantastic. Many places make promises, but Sunrise can actually back them up.

As a geriatric Nurse practitioner, I am a frequent visitor to assisted living and senior living communities. This is hands down, the best of the best. The staff, from executive to the maintenance team, are caring and competent. I could not recommend Sunrise senior living more highly than saying, this is where I would, and hopefully will, spend my golden years.
