My Mom has called New Haven her home for 11 months and absolutely adores the staff. The director has taken on my Mom’s personal issues (like going to pick up Rx when I was out of town). The activities director celebrates every holiday and makes my Mom feel well loved. The cooking staff has meetings with the residents to make sure food is to their liking. The nursing/meds staff helps keep her multiple Rx managed and delivered with love. In my Mom’s words…”I love it here!”

We moved my mother-in-law into New Haven in May. The facility is very nice with only 16 rooms which we liked because of the individual personal care each one receives. The new manager, Yasheca is doing a great job. We are especially fond of Kinyata who keeps everyone smiling and Karen one of the nurses who takes such good care of our loved ones.

Since I have been working in new heven Assisted living I have never seen a person like my administrator before .She is so nice,kind ,generous down to earth. She take everybody the same way she take herself resident's family's can testify .May God keep her for us and the resident she takes care of.

My Aunt moved here and she loves it!! We are so proud of the Improvement she has made here, also the Administrator and staff are so nice and helpful my aunt says the food is so good the cook is Awesome! The Community is very beautiful and homey

My aunt has been a resident at New Haven for 18 months. During that time she has been very well taken care of. The people are friendly and work to keep the residents healthy and happy.

Had the pleasure of working with the new Administrative staff and Caregivers at New Haven, both Michele and Dana have been so responsive and awesome advocates for the residents here. Their hands on approach is so nice to see! Great changes at this community for the residents and their families. Love seeing the residents smiling during visits!

New administration is not in it for the care. Families are moving out left and right and staff is walking out.. Cooperative is at fault!!!😡🤬

My dad was diagnosed with Dementia 3 years ago. His behavior continued to be more aggressive. The siblings decided that it was best to find a memory care facility that would know better how to manage him. So I began looking for one in the area.I spent several hours on the phone setting up appointments to visit different facilities. New Haven was the only one who could meet with me that day. Stephanie answered the phone and told me to come on over for a tour. She was so kind and never acted like it was a bother to answer all my questions. I left New Haven and called her back to admit dad. She waited on me to return. We did the paperwork and admitted dad the next weekThis was the best decision I ever made! Stephanie was so patient and caring.The care givers have become part of our family! The way they take care of the residents is amazing! Most of the days the residents are a handful, but because of the love of their jobs, they are so patient and kind! It is a pleasure to see them everyday.I would highly recommend New Haven to anyone having to make the difficult decision of having to place a family member.

January 3, 2020 went to visit a family member at the New Haven Assisted Living and I was very impressed with the facility. The staff members were super nice, courteous and the food they serve at lunch look very delicious. Keep up the good work. Laszlo
