My aunt has been a resident at New Haven for 18 months. During that time she has been very well taken care of. The people are friendly and work to keep the residents healthy and happy.

Had the pleasure of working with the new Administrative staff and Caregivers at New Haven, both Michele and Dana have been so responsive and awesome advocates for the residents here. Their hands on approach is so nice to see! Great changes at this community for the residents and their families. Love seeing the residents smiling during visits!

New administration is not in it for the care. Families are moving out left and right and staff is walking out.. Cooperative is at fault!!!😡🤬

My dad was diagnosed with Dementia 3 years ago. His behavior continued to be more aggressive. The siblings decided that it was best to find a memory care facility that would know better how to manage him. So I began looking for one in the area.I spent several hours on the phone setting up appointments to visit different facilities. New Haven was the only one who could meet with me that day. Stephanie answered the phone and told me to come on over for a tour. She was so kind and never acted like it was a bother to answer all my questions. I left New Haven and called her back to admit dad. She waited on me to return. We did the paperwork and admitted dad the next weekThis was the best decision I ever made! Stephanie was so patient and caring.The care givers have become part of our family! The way they take care of the residents is amazing! Most of the days the residents are a handful, but because of the love of their jobs, they are so patient and kind! It is a pleasure to see them everyday.I would highly recommend New Haven to anyone having to make the difficult decision of having to place a family member.
