My aunt was here recovering from covid, and doing dialysis. The staff there is friendly, caring and kind. The transport team was on point and so catering . The team work those 2 girls have is amazing and shows alot about a company. The way they were so patient and gentle with my aunt still has me in awe. Who does that? Terah and Sylvia you girls keep on doing what you do and making a difference in the lives of all those around you.

My wife Tera has worked for this company for almost 3years. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The residents are absolutely amazing. Its like family away from family here. Highly recommended. I will not hesitate to refer people to this facility. More facilities need to have compassionate and caring personnel like this facility.

This place has the best food I've ever seen in a nursing facility, rehab or otherwise. As a probate lawyer for 35 years, I've been in a LOT of nursing homes for all kinds of reasons. I've been in fancy, expensive ones and ones that could barely stay open and were "not nice". This place has the best food on a consistent basis. It's reasonably clean and well kept. I know this because my mother was in West Side for over 8 years. She came in at age 90 with rehab from surgery and stayed 9 months, then went home. West Side was suggested by one of the hospital docs, so I went out there on a Sunday afternoon to see it. I thought it was pretty good, and the rehab wing where mother would be is quite good. Home three weeks, and she breaks some other bones and has more surgery. So then she's back at West Side and stayed until she passed last week. The staff was always understanding and mostly cooperative. As a chronic manic depressive, my mother could be argumentative, rude and stubborn. She was usually very sweet when on her meds. She was never as monitored on her meds-and therefore generally not depressed or manic-as she was at West Side. She got excellent care there and wouldn't have lived as long elsewhere. I know the food was good because I watched her be excited about her meals and eating them many, many times. It's not perfect-ALL nursing homes smell strongly of urine, feces or cleansers sometimes and have disturbances from other patients, plumbing problems, A/C and TV outages, etc. that can upset the patients. It's hard for any of them to keep staff. West Side isn't a new facility. But it's the best I've seen for a place to put a loved one if you're on any kind of budget. They handled Covid exceptionally well in my opinion. They were very aggressive and defensive for their patients. If she were alive, she would still be there.

With mom at dialysis, I met a young lady and I couldnt help but notice how gentle and passionate she was with her patient. I began to ask her tons of questions and was blown away with all the nice words she had to say about her nursing home she works for. I hate to even think about placing my mom in any other place than home with me, But if I must Id definitely want this quality of care. Thank you Tara for your words of comfort and for the kind soul that you are. Keep your eye and ear out for moms arrival in the future, and please keep doing what youre doing! People like you make a difference!

I am currently working here, and I am impressed by the hard working team here at West campus. Everyone cares about the residents living here. Very clean environment very impressive nursing and physical therapy team. The New administrator is Awesome, Human Resources Vanessa is Great. Liz the staff coordinator is wonderful with a sweet spirit. Rosetta is one of the best Don in the world. I can say honestly that they really care about their staff. You will feel very safe placing your family member here. My husband and I chose this place for my mother in law to live, and she loves it. And my husband is very impress with this facility. I give West Campus 5 Stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

My daughter really likes living in this facility. She is special needs and The staff is very friendly and helpful with her situation. We have never had a problem like weve had with other places.

Westside has come such a long way! Jackie has always been so kind. Rosina, the DON, has been helpful in answering nursing questions. The administrator is helpful and knowledgeable. It has been nice being able to build a relationship with a facility that loves their residents and the community.

I have worked with this facility for almost 2 year. I like to give credit where credit is due. The staff in this facility has a visual caring spirit. You can feel the hospitality when you walk in the place. I notice how every staff is smiling and saying hello when you walk in. The residents are smiling and saying hello as you walk through the building. I have noticed on different occasions on my visits to Westside that the residents are being entertained or enjoying a good meal, and even enjoying the nice weather on the patio. Staff are always engaged with the residents, smiling and making the best of each moment. Keep up the good work Westside. I feel everyone should know your commitment to improving lives!

My sister Yolanda was in there for quite some time, and she is a hard person to get along with, they were very patient, and tended to her needs even when she refused to allow them to, the staff was very friendly and nice and they did talk to me about her health and a plan to continue to do the best they can for her so I want to say kudos to you guys.

Most of the families at the facility were very appreciative and praised the staff for doing such a great job. The only family members that complained were the ones who felt guilt about not being able to provide the highest quality of care at home that the staff provided. The staff embraced them and helped those families overcome their guilt. We all worked together to help the families and the residents reach their best potential!! LOVED MY JOB!!!!!!!

My mother has been at this facility for rehabilitation the last several months. The staff is attentive and caring. Not only do they look after mother but they are kind to the family. The food is good and the atmosphere uplifting.
