I don't know where to begin. Every member of the staff is excellent. From admissions to housekeeping to nursing, they are outstanding. My mother was in skilled nursing following a hip surgery and they really spent time with her and worked with her. When it was clear my mother was not progressing, they helped us find options. We moved to the long term care part of Reunion and also received excellent care. My mother was always in fresh, clean clothes and clean and comfortable. I can't say enough. The care and compassion shown by the staff is absolutely a step above.

We are with songahm martial arts academy. We made homemade Christmas cards. Also care packages and stuffed animals. We loved comen here and seeing there faces light up with the kids handing them the cards. It was a true blessing to come there. We will make more arrangements to come back there to see the residents. I'm very disappointed in this place. I had heard it was one of the better nursing homes, but my aunt is not being taken to the restroom as requested. She is hungry many times when we go. Not enough flow up for services/questions we have asked. Cleanliness was ok, but all the $$$ that is paid by patients each month obviously doesn't go towards the staff or they are not very motivated to help. Get more staff & pay them more.

I worked through agency and this was a fantastic home!!! They are friendly, helpful and best of all excellent at their jobs. The residents love the staff and are happy there. I woll gladly work with their team again!!

It's not that Im not thankful and I know you're always short staffed and I appreciate what they have done, but when it's regarding my love ones, I'm very upset with the care for my bother. I know my brother is not always right about some things, but I have seen some things for my self wasn't right and it was some serious situations. I had to ask them to call 911 on several occasions!
