I was employed as a parttime bus driver...The residents were wonder...but the management was very unhonest mainly HR and Transportation. Mantanace managers I am older and was treated very poorly yelled at in front of residents often also I asked for a monday off snd was Told that would be ok and to make sure I put in for use of my 8 hrs of personal pay...When the day I had asked off came and went.I wasn't there on the Monday I had been approved to have off They told me a day later I was terminated for a no call. no show..I explained that I ask my supervisor one week earlier to have it off...so why did this happen?? My supervisor lied and said he thought it was for another day and HR after I explained i had asked for it off a week earlier gave me a run around and had already terminated me with out calling me or anything..I had worked there 4 months... I have never in my life been treated so unfairly. I ask myself why? They just had to troup up a reason to fire me....I am shocked that people have no integrity and really don't care about their employees

Garden Estates has been such a blessing for our family. My grandparents are now able to live in a safe, friendly environment while maintaining their independence. The location is perfect so they can venture out to the grocery store, garden center, or have dinner with their friends. Having peace of mind is so important when you live away from your loved ones. I can’t brag enough about the staff at Garden Estates. They genuinely care about their residents.

I have a couple of friends that live at Garden Estates and they love it! It has enriched their lives in ways they didn’t expect by giving them the socialization the crave, fun activities to keep them busy, and a community that has become like family. The beautiful and comfortable facility, dedicated and caring staff, fun activities, and family-like community is what I would want when looking for an Assisted or Independent Living facility for my loved one!

Food is not for Seniors! Too much carbohydrates and desserts that do not suit people with health issues and diabetics! There happy hour does not suit all seniors especially the ones that don’t drink alcohol!!!

Mom was there just a short time due to her passing. She enjoyed the activities, friends she made etc. However the office manager needs to go, anytime a boss has to belittle an employee in front of others, that is unacceptable! Her business etiquette is sub par as well as all she said to me was she’s the one I give moms apartment keys too when move out. No I’m sorry for your loss etc. just awful! Surely Garden Estates can do better in hiring someone who has a heart! Every time I went to sign in, I felt welcomed by Susy and Mandy at the front desk. Any concern I had was addressed by Brad. The food could use a little help. Many times meat was tough, overcooked, other selections on the menu were not diabetic friendly. Not a wide selection of vegetables or fruits, lots of carbs and starches. The residents deserve better as they are paying for the meals, it is as the food quality is government subsidized unfortunately.

What a Great place to Live! My mother lives in independent living and has enjoyed every minute of it. The staff are so helpful, friendly, and courteous. My mom enjoys gardening, art, and dancing. She also loves the full size kitchen in her apartment because she loves to bake and cook. She has meet new friends here and consider this her home.

I do like their assisted living, but would have to move again if my Mom needed memory care or nursing care. That could throw someone with beginning stages of dementia into a loop. Had to choose another care center. They are nice for what they are setup to do.

I want to thank all the employees at Garden Estates for helping my mother make this difficult transition from her home to assisted living. My faith was truly challenged as we tried to find a facility she would be happy with. And then we found Garden Estates. Each time I visit I see residents sitting at the front door greeting us as we arrive and in the lobby mingling. Sometimes I am not sure if I am waving to a resident or someone who is visiting a resident! They seem lively and happy here. And most importantly, my mother seems happy now. Yes, it takes time to adjust but the staff stays positive and encouraging at all times. They know their business and they are GOOD at it. They care. And I will never, ever be able to thank Keisha enough for being kind and interested in my mother. I admit I did not believe my mother would be happy anywhere but at her home. I am so glad I was wrong and it is only because of an outstanding staff that took extra time to make my mother feel welcomed and loved. Thank you all so, so much.
