My mom has been a resident at the Atria Copeland for 5 years. When we needed her to move to a different room, they bent over backwards doing everything they could to accommodate. This staff is friendly from top down. They were patient, and went above and beyond to make sure this went off smoothly. Thank you Rebecca, Roxanne, Teresa, Sylvia and Hayley. Great team. I highly recommend this facility, their personal touch and empathetic caring makes a comfortable place for my mom.

Recently made a visit to atria Copeland, the community and grounds was absolutely beautiful the ED was so welcoming and informative as well as all staff I encountered on my visit everyone introduced themselves and was willing to help in anyway. Was overall very pleased and would highly recommend Copeland to anyone looking for their loved one. Overall best facility I visited in the area.

We have been very happy with Atria Copeland for the past 2 years. The grounds are beautiful, our dad loves the food, his room is perfect for his needs, and the best part is the staff. This facility is top notch! Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Klaire was wonderful. She explained the process and showed such genuine concern for finding the right place for my father. We ended up choosing another Atria property, but I will highly recommend Atria Copeland to anyone.

I have lived at Atria Copeland since January 2021 and it the perfect place for a retired person to live. The staff is caring and helpful. The food is delicious and Chef Lisa works with us to provide what we want to eat. LaChaka is our activities director and she plans fun, educational, challenging things for us to do. She also plans live entertainment nearly every week. The Housrkeeping staff is so helpful and willing to help with extra chores if we ask them. The maintenance crew is always ready to help when needed. Sharon is our director and her door is always open. Klaire is also always available. The front desk personnel are welcoming and always greet us with a smile. If you are looking for a safe, fun place to retire, come on to Atria Copeland and meet us and see for yourself what a great place it is.

I was able to spend an evening at this facility speaking to the staff and residents about personal safety. I have never seen a more professional and caring staff than I have at Atria Copeland. The residents are cheerful and very complimentary of their home. I highly recommend this facility to anyone searching for a loving and caring environment for themselves or their loved ones. My mother Joy Fielding has been a resident in a one-bedroom apartment there for a year-and-a-half ....the employees and everyone there are very considerate and caring individuals and very passionate about their jobs. My mom is 87 and pretty self-contained but the ease of Mind of knowing she is surrounded by all those great people and a special shout-out to HOLLY she has really been a kind soul and very attentive to the needs of the patients there, AND family. ...would highly recommend this facility to anyone that's looking for a place where you know your loved ones are being cared for and watched over when family members cannot be with them twenty-four/seven. Keep up the good work you ALL do!

Atria has been a godsend. They have shown extreme professionalism, and downright love, in caring for her as her condition has changed. My worst fears have vanished and, instead are replaced with awe and gratitude.

All of the employees that work for Atria Copeland are exemplary. My first encounter was with Debra, head lady in the dining room, who gave me a welcoming hug. This told me that I was moving into a very friendly and loving home. My next encounter was with Tanisha, who didn't hesitate one minute to offer to take me on tour of the premises and promised to find me if I got lost. They are all hard working people who have assorted duties, but are all willing to stop what they are doing to lend a hand. I'm sorry that I can't name one person as my favorite, as I love and admire them all and I might miss a name if I tried to list them all. I hope I have expressed how much these people mean to me.
