After viewing several assisted living centers in our area, I was pleasantly surprised by Tomball Retirement Center. The team there has gone above and beyond to help me get my mother situated and they have made the transition easy. The residents here are genuinely happy and there are plenty of activities to chose from. Something for everyone. The food not only smells amazing... my mom says it is delicious. I'm very happy that I chose this facility for my mother.

I highly recommend this retirement home! My mom and stepdad moved there in 2013 and they loved living there and they loved the staff as well! They were treated like family and when my stepdad passed in 2017 the staff treated my mom like she was their grandma! They all watched over her and spoiled her and our family didn't have to worry about her we knew she was being taken care of! My mom lived to the age of 98 years old and passed on October 10th! She was sick and in and out of the hospital the last 5 months of her life and the staff went above and beyond to help make her as comfortable as they possibly could! They became our angels and our family will always hold them near and dear to our hearts! From the family of Mirtie Duffee we say Thank you and God bless to the staff of Tomball Retirement Center!

There's not words to describe what a blessing Tomball Retirement is to our family!!!! They always go above and beyond. We get updates on how my parents are doing and suggestions to make their stay even easier. We were even advised about opportunities for my dad to get better VA Benefits. Tomball Retirement is part of the family.

My 88 year old mother has been at the Tomball Retirement Center for over a year. She is extremely happy there! The staff are so kind and caring that she feels like part of the family. The facility is nice and she has a spacious apartment which is always clean. She always tells me "you could not have found a better place"

My husband and I moved into a two bedroom apartment in independent living because he suffered from Parkinson's and with the help of Hospice I was able to care for him. The staff is very caring and helpful. After he passed away I stayed and moved to a smaller apartment. It just feels like home.

My 86 year old mother recently decided to move to Tomball Retirement Center. We had a great experience with the management and staff as they prepared the apartment for move in. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Mom really loves the place now that she's moved in. She always speaks highly of the staff and the friendly atmosphere. And, she LOVES the food! I haven't been able to try it but apparently the kitchen staff can cook up some great stuff. All of the staff have been attentive to her - even when she doesn't ask for it. It gives me comfort to know that she is being looked after so well and that she is comfortable and enjoying living at TRC. Thanks everyone!

Helps to type update before posting. I just want to once again share the love I have for TRC. Mom has had a big health challenge recently and without TRC support, love and guidance, I'm not sure how I would have gotten through it. Mom is now getting rehab at Conroe Healthcare Center (wonderful sister property) so she can hopefully get back home to TRC. All of the aides in AL, I cherish you. Your love and dedication are AMAZING. You are a lifeline for me. I am so happy whenever I help momma with something and she says, "that's not how TRC does it." Dietary, thank you for always cutting up momma's meats and putting up with last minute changes! Housekeeping, beauty salon, maintenance, security, activities (Laura); you go above and beyond those roles, thank you. Cleo (a.k.a NASA Control), Jim, Katrina, Allie and Shelly; always there for me to help however possible. Whether to listen like a therapist or guide in the right direction, I thank you. If I forgot anyone, it's not intentional. I love you all!!! TRC is the best. They have taken great care of my momma! She will have lived here 2 years come April. Her aides love her like family and during Covid that has been beyond important and I am forever grateful. No gesture big enough to thank them. Momma had a fresh baked blueberry muffin this morning and she is on cloud nine! We look forward to pre - Covid "normalcy" because it's not only momma's home, but it's my home away from home too. Everyone here makes us feel loved.

This place is awesome! They are SO helpful getting everything started! Allie and her staff are so nice and welcoming. They really do make it feel like home! It's very cozy and nice!

We just moved my mom in and everything at TRC was perfect! The AC wasn't functioning properly and was attended to immediately! Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. And my mom actually liked the food - usually if it's not her cooking, it's "terrible" We are pleased and blessed that TRC exists!

We have been very pleased with TRC. They have been extremely helpful with our Mom, Mom-in-law. The staff have been wonderful, especially Becky and Jim, who have gone out of their way to accommodate any needs or concerns we have encountered, especially since Covid19 lockdown!
