Prior to having my mom become a resident we toured the location many times and brought her here as well. Yesterday was her first day of care and it went amazingly well. I trust that she will be cared for as needed. Building is dated but the you can tell they are well cared for.

Tomball heights staff is super friendly and I love how you have to get checked in to visit someone and they made sure everyone is not sick to keep residents safe. They also are aware of who is in the building always.. me and mu4 kids checked in and they knew right away to tell our friend we were there and made sure we waited in the right area. It is clean and everyone is nice. I’m thankful they take good care of their residents there. Thank you!

When I first arrive to the location I rang the bell for entrance upon entering the facility I saw all these beautiful flower arrangements I was then met by a stunning woman who was the social worker for the facility she guided me to the front desk she asked is this your first visit to the facility to see a love one, I respond yes mam she walked me through how to register my self for security reasons once I finished she escorted me to the hall where my love one was I was looking for the room , I observed how clean the facility was how helpful and friendly everyone was, this was very refreshing. My mom stayed at the Heights of Tomball for rehab after hip surgery. She said the food was very good. The nurses and staff that cared for her made her feel welcomed, comfortable and well cared for. They were sympathetic and available to her when she needed them. The physical therapy was valuable and she progressed from a wheelchair to her walker. The administration was available to me when needed (or got back to me within 24 hours) and answered my questions honestly. The Heights of Tomball also provided transportation to her surgeon's appointment during her stay. Overall it was a pleasant experience during a difficult time.

For the first time ever I have found a place that treats my handicapped brother like a person. He has been so abused and neglected at other nursing homes. They keep the facility clean and make sure his needs are met. I would highly recommend this location. Will and Jennifer are both absolutely wonderful with him.

I came to see a friend that will be there for 6 weeks! The short time I was there the staff was very considerate and kind! Your place is very beautiful with a great sitting area for family to visit and not have to stay in the patients room! There were several patients sitting outside enjoying the beautiful day! This facility is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. I have to give a SHOUT OUT to Bridgette, one of my mom's nurses, she actually got my mom to eat, which is a big relief. She went the extra mile and called me to let me know. I appreciated it very much.

My niece is at this beautiful place. It is such a upgrade from her previous location. So clean, friendly and professional. I am so happy to have her being cared for here. I only wish we had found it sooner. She is a stroke patient with left side paralysis. I feel her recovery would have had a much better chance of success. Bless all of the dedicated worker.

If you are able to talk with administration they will work to make things flow much better. Still working on some items. There are some great workers there if you are lucky enough to get them on a daily basis

My dad is extremely sick still young 65 liver disease and strokes and he said he feels better being at this location. Everyone seemed nice. Place is very nice and well managed too.

I am giving this place the benefit of the doubt but seem to having trouble getting someone on the phone to sort out my mom's transportation from the hospital. Time between 4 and 5 PM today and I am now physically driving there to find out what's going on as my mom can't seem to get a straight answer out of anybody and she's stuck at the hospital. Like I said, I'm giving this the benefit of the doubt considering that they're using some type of transportation. I'm not sure if my mom needs an ambulance to get her from a to B because she's no longer hooked up to IVs or anything like that. If I don't get any answers or I can't reach anybody there I don't know what I'm gonna do because this is very scary for me.

This place was clean friendly and the staff was amazing with my mom. She just had surgery and only been there one day so far, but they are making her feel at home. As soon as we arrived, nurses have helped get her in and settled in her bed and in her room. I am beyond grateful for taking the time and effort to get my mom better.

The staff are all pleasant however some long term residents are bossy and territorial. Their attitudes create a hostile environment so i dont even care to get out snd even attempt to socialize. That isn't the facilities fault its due to residents personalities which cannot be changed however unpleasant some residents are the staff is exact opposite. They are all pleasant and attentive. Mngmnt is always professional and the facility is clean and in good shape. In contrast to the facility where I came from. This place is a breath of fresh air. If u place your loved one here you will expect them to be happy and well taken care of.from what I hv seen of the community everyone seems clean and put and content.
