My mother has been a resident here for roughly 6 months now. In the beginning and at first glance the facility seems nice, it's always clean and has a pleasant fragrant aroma. The nurses on my mothers hallway seem to be very nice, caring and patient. But the administration staff, the front desk receptionist and whomever answers the phone is extremely rude, very condescending and by their brash and hateful tone there is no doubt that they have better things to do then deal with the family of a patient. Lastly, the meals they prepare for the patients is absolutely horrible. My mother has lost weight since arriving here because the food is so bad she just can't seem to choke it down some days.

My mother has been a resident for over 5 yrs now & I can honestly say that when I walk out the door to go home there is no fear or second thought of lvng her there. She is so loved and well cared for in such a special way that I know I could not have given her all she needed at home w me. The staff love her as one of their own family & love and care for me in that same loving way. I am so blessed to have mom in such a loving home atmosphere w 24/7 care !

I have been to this facility numerous times and the staff is always pleasnt and efficint. The only complaint my friend, who lives here, mentioned is the food.

The Heights has an exceptional employee on Cypress hall- Ms Erica. She has helped our mother and made us feel comfortable regarding her rehabbing at the facility.

Nice facility But got a little worried to see that most of the patients were coughing alot Even my Aunt couldn't eat in peace for coughing so much. Then I heard that there was Covid present in the facility. Other than that everything was fine.
