If your loved one requires Personal Care Level 4, DO NOT move them here. My wife was left unattended in a soiled diaper for 2-3 hours resulting in her being admitted to the hospital twice in one month. We moved the following month. When help was required, I frequently had to go in search of someone. At times I was unable to find someone. I believe they were understaffed and management was responsible. Once we left, no one would return my texts, emails, or phone calls and did not respond to a letter I hand delivered. Be careful and beware.

Lauren Glenn made the entire experience seamless, and Madisen along with the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Every detail of the facility was perfect”clean, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for residents. It’s exactly the kind of place you’d want your parents to be when the time comes. The atmosphere felt warm and caring, and it’s clear the staff genuinely love what they do. Kim at this facility was super helpful with a wealth of information even though she knew 2 minutes into our conversation that we could not afford their services. If this was in our budget, I would check my aunt in immediately.

On behalf of my family, I am writing this with much gratitude. We moved my parents into Inspired Living (now Laurel Glen) in June of 2023. It was a big transition for them, but we were overall okay with things. I will say once Laurel Glen took over, we noticed a substantial change for the better. The staff is highly organized and stays on top of things. Unfortunately, we lost Mom in December and now it is just Dad there. I have been blown away with how caring everyone is there to him. They seem to care about him just as much as my family does. I cannot tell you how much this means to me and my family. I hate to just mention a few of the folks there by name because everyone is great. The head nurse Jodi has been awesome as well as Ty. The whole kitchen staff including Kathy, Shay, and Yill are a joy to be around. They are in constant communication with us, and this really gives us some peace of mind knowing he is cared for. It can be overwhelming when choosing a place to put your loved one, but we have no regrets and are happy with choosing Laurel Glen!

It is time for my Mom to move to an Assisted Living space. We looked at a few other places, and we choose Laurel Glenn. We are tentatively scheduled to move in on the 24th of Feb. We got invited to the Maris Gras dinner last night. WOW, what an event, if the food and staff are 1/2 as great as last night my mom will LOVE this place! The food was excellent, the staff were very attentive, and the grounds are fantastic. The outside pool, pond, gazebo are great. I think we have found a 'home' for my Mom. So far so good.

My grandmother was moved here as our previous location was way to expensive, and we absolutely love it. Officially moving her this monday. The workers are amazing, the environment is gorgeous and completely safe! The rooms are big and diverse for all. Thank you so much 🙂

After living with my husband and me for 8 months, my 99-year”old Mom said my house was boring. We scheduled a 2-week respite and by the end of the first week Mom wanted to move in permanently! It has been the perfect place for Mom to still have her own apartment for independence and the socialization to thrive. The Care Staff have been so warm and gentle with Mom and the other residents are welcoming. Any hiccups that have occurred have been handled promptly and efficiently by the staff, both day-to-day and management. Highly recommend Inspired Living.

For the most part Inspired living is great, extremely clean, helpful staff, the nursing staff really does a good job keeping me aware of any issues with Janelle, they serve excellent meals also. Any concerns or questions are answered quickly. I highly recommend this facility

I moved my 80 year old father into Inspired Living, Sugar Land 3months ago.....this was not an easy decision, Renee and Laura made this transition for me a smooth and successful one!! I have heard of many horror stories about Sr. Living places, but none of that is true with this facility.....from the administrative staff to the nurses and caregivers, they are all incredibly kind and compassionate. My only regret is that I would have made this move much sooner, but it is done now and I would HIGHLY recommend Inspired Living, Sugar Land for your Sr. loved ones!!

My 83-year-old dad moved into Inspired Living Sugar Land almost a year ago. He is one tough bird and the staff are always so patient, thoughtful and kind! They have wonderful activities to keep residents engaged and active and I know my dad is looking forward to the field trips restarting after Covid. It hasn't been an easy time having a loved one in a care facility with all the Covid restrictions, but Mario and the staff have done an excellent job of keeping family members updated on policies, restrictions and the goings on of residents. Renee could not be more caring and is always a great go-to resource for information. Shirley and Regini do a fantastic job with classes, games and entertainment, and even took on hair cutting and nails during the Covid lock down! My dad was living with us for 6 months prior to moving to Inspired Living and we questioned if assisted living was the right choice. 11 months later I would say, absolutely!

I moved my 100 year old mom to Inspired Living - Sugar Land in the middle of the pandemic a couple of months ago; that decision shows you how comfortable our whole family felt about the care she would receive there. We looked at several other places and knew this was the one for us. The facility itself is beautiful and the staff members have been great; Renee is the best and is always upbeat and cheerful. We visit mom often through her window but can't wait until family members can go visit inside again.

We are preparing for my sister-in-law to move in next week. The whole process from our initial visit to present has been a very positive experience. They have a well organized system, offer a number of activities and provide all the desired amenities. Most importantly, the staff are nice and seem to genuinely care for the residents. Renee Wagner, the Sales Director, has been wonderful! She has helped so much not only to answer questions and accommodate requests, but she visited my sister-in-law several times while in rehab to bring her favorite foods and get to know her better. Rosalyn, the receptionist, has also been so nice and helpful while we are moving in furniture and seeking assistance. We are extremely pleased and grateful for the attention and support we have received. My sister-in-law is looking forward to moving into her new home.

So happy and relieved to have my Father at Inspired Living. He came to them in horrible shape, had lost 40 lbs. and was very down. Since the move he's gained weight and is in MUCH better shape. The staff is always welcoming and helpful when I have any issues or concerns. Truly the best thing I've done for my Father was to move him to Inspired Living.

A very positive experience thus far since using this facility. The staff from our initial visit, through admittance, registration, on boarding, and now care of the residents has been top notch. If issues or concerns arise they listen and follow up. From the different sites that we visited and inquired about, Inspired stood out as the best...and has proven to be that for our family. Extremely clean and well kept in addition to scheduled programs to make life enjoyable once there. Would recommend that if your looking for a facility for a family member that you visit Inspired before making a final decision elsewhere...

My Mother In Law has been living at Inspired Living since March, 2018. We looked at quite a few other places when it was clear she needed more help than independent living. This facility is the best. From the moment we first met Karen, the sales director, we knew we found the perfect place for my MIL. The staff is very caring and always smiling. The apartments come in various arrangements and the finishes are beautiful. The food and dining room staff are wonderful. The building and grounds rival a nice hotel. If you are looking for a new place for a loved one, I highly suggest making an appointment to tour this facility. You won’t be disappointed.

This facility is gorgeous and full of life. You will not meet greater caring, compassionate people. Karen and Renee are amazing. They do so many wonderful things but one of my favorites is the wrist bands everyone wears. It makes it super easy to know where you're loved one or staff member is. Really a beautiful caring place!!

Impressive!!! Much of the memory care is staffed by Registered Nurses and LVNs. Their technology and electronic charting system is innovative and reduces the risk of medication errors. The caregivers are loving and highly educated on dementia and Altzheimers disease. Our 91 yr old mother will be safe and treated with dignity.

I am so impressed and so excited about this new community! I am looking for a new memory care facility for my father and Karen came to my rescue. My experience with her was overwhelmingly comforting. She took the time to explain the community to me and educated me on many areas of Alzheimer and Dementia. Karen truly made a big impact on my decision! The community is brand-new will have a swimming pool and a pond stocked with fish so that you can fish with your loved ones. I cannot wait to move my dad in, he is going to absolutely love it!
