moved out 3 months ago left apartment clean however I've still haven't received my deposit several other i know experienced the same thing everytime i call I'm told they will call me back so be prepared for some [language removed] about your deposit when you move and you will want to move

I am a 7-year resident at PQV, and I LOVE Patricia Said, our phenomenal housekeeper. Patricia is like my daughter, and her expert housekeeping services are always 100% perfect. Patricia is the reason I continue to renew my lease. I will be here as long as she continues to be a Parawest team member. I am amending my revriew to include my deepest gratitude to Jose, PVQ Maintenance Manager, is very professional, confident, considerate, and friendly. Jose is my go-to guy and I greatly appreciate him as our maintenance manager. Mr. Hido is also a welcome professional to have here at PQV. THANK YOU.

I love coming here and visiting my non blood sister. We always have a great time. On Wednesday they meet at 5pm at pool for social hour.

I just moved in on April 2, 2024 and I have nothing but good things to say about Ms Mary, Ms Sandra, and Tina. They are so attentive and helpful. I have had great response to the couple of things I needed looked at In my apartment from the staff and especially Roland. It has been a total surprise to me how much better this arrangement has been over living in a much larger home. I feel very lucky that my daughter insisted on making this change.

Moved my Mother here in Nov. from Ca. so that she can be closer to our family. The best decision I could have ever MADE! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is SUPER accommodating with all of the amenities! My mother is NOW THRIVING.. If you are thinking about moving here or moving a loved one here... THERE'S NOTHING MORE TO THINK ABOUT!

I have lived here at Plantation at Quail Valley for over 10 plus years. The environment here has always been exceptionally pleasant. The staff headed by Mrs. Sandra Holley and her team try their best to accommodate the residents needs in a timely manner. I would like to personally thank P@QV for that service. I would recommend P@QV if you are looking for spacious living.

It has been a wonderful experience since we moved to Plantation at Quail Valley. The entire staff has been welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. There is a real sense of community here with my fellow residents along with the various activities planned. Thank you all!!

My Aunt and I live here and have only been here since January 2024. They are very clean, very nice, quick response to a broken toilet, super friendly, and a quiet community. They have been so helpful and supportive since I lost my job end of March and am looking for new jobs and on unemployment. It is a great community!

Management staff is always courteous and friendly. Request and inquiries are handled in a timely manner. The facility places priority on the needs of it's residents. The community is always clean and welcoming. Planned activities are selected with the residents in mind and are conducive to building friendships. Nice place to live.
