My mother has been at this facility since April 1st 2021. Moved her from a facility in Tomball and she and I both love it. Great care and Brianna and Don are the best at taking care of the residents.

New Spring has relieved our concerns about placing my parent. We love the fact that it isn’t a big facility that resembles a hospital but that it feels more like home. The staff has shown us and Mom patience and affection. We haven’t lost our parent but have gained a family.

I was amazed by the facility and how much of it looked like home and not a “nursing home”. I got a wonderful tour from Brianna. She was wonderful in helping us with what we thought were hard questions but she seemed to answer everything we gave her. Couldn’t ask more from a place we only heard about but now are considering it home for our Dad.

Finding a new home for a parent with dementia isn’t easy. After touring New Haven in Spring, we knew we found the perfect place for Mom. New Haven literally rolled out the red carpet for Mom, making her feel welcome even before she walked in the door. The facility has a maximum of 16 Memory Care residents, so everyone gets very personalized attention. Most rooms open onto a very short hallway, or close to the large, open living area, so residents don’t have to navigate long, dark passages. The kitchen where residents’ meals are prepared is also open to the dining and living rooms, providing an airy, clean, bright feeling of home. Mom loves to sit in the sunroom and look at the roses. Admins Brianna and Sarah provide quick answers to any and all questions and make the admission process easy. Activities Director Mitzie is super-friendly and engaging. Caregivers Virginia, Jamyah and Jessica and are upbeat, responsive and always happy to help with anything. The wonderful meals, daily activities, medication management, housekeeping, laundry service and even outside field trips all combine to make Mom so happy every time we talk and visit. That gives our family peace of mind.

My father-in-law has been in the Spring location since the end of September. My wife and I visit him twice a week and every time, without fail, the entire staff have been extremely friendly. I've always heard the horror stories of homes but this facility is always clean and odor free. We have had meetings with Brianna and she has answered all questions we have had. She has made us feel very comfortable with our decision.

My mom moved in a week ago. I have been impressed with management and staff and how their philosophy of residents first is demonstrated in their daily activities. The food is great and the facility is beautiful, neat and clean.

This place is amazing. It is the second home for Grandma. Moved to New Haven in February after paying $8,000 a month at Silverado. Definitely wasnt worth it. New Haven is almost half that amount and the experience is so much better.Mark and his team is outstanding. I often see them at the facility very late in the evening doing housekeeping or whatever needs to be done. They are truly focused on my Grandmas health. The communication is great and the facility is so clean and spotless. They have a big van and take the residents on trips often. The activities are impressive and I think are better than SilveradoIt is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for an amazing senior living value in the Spring, Woodlands area.

I found New Haven Spring last summer when I was looking for another assisted living for my sister. She has been there since the end of the summerIn all of the months that she has been there, I have always found the facility immaculate! Everything is pristine and the meals are outstanding. Every time I take my sister to her Doctor she tells them how delicious the meals. Ros(Chef) is one of her favorite people.Mark Bearden and Loraine are outstanding..... they always have time for her! Whenever I need to talk to them; they are always accommodatingEven though I know they are very busy.The clients and their families are also very nice. When I set in the Great Room I feel as if I am in a nice hotel lobby. I feel so fortunate to have found this lovely cheerful place.Thank you Mark, Loraine and Lita. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Who would have known a hidden treasure right in our back yard. Years ago I worked in a nursing home as a housekeeper thats all I did. I was so surprised to see the workers do it all and then some at New Haven. Every time I visited there the girls all seem so happy and all the residents look happy and right at home. I always look forward in visiting my aunt, she always have good things to say about the staff. She just love the cook and the fresh meals. She say how funny the activities lady is. Ive seen the nurse lady a few times on the weekend when I come, my aunt said she take good care of her. I see they have two house leaders now, which she adore. I love to see new changes for the best which Ive seen a lot since the administration Mark got there, hes so personable. Thank you Mark for turning this place around. My aunt is happy there. I will be referring my neighbors because I see it look like its only a few spaces left in this hidden treasure.You rock,Rose
