My mother and I had a first rate tour of Harbor Chase. One of the highlights was a gourmet lunch, which was served by Kat, the bartender. Kat has a personality and sense of humor as big as Texas- the state she identifies with and obviously loves! Thanks Kat!

The staff at Harbor Chase truly care about the residents. They go above and beyond to ensure that my mom is safe and cared for. The Directors and Care Partners are responsive and helpful. The dining room staff are amazing. The Director of Health, Wendi, is always accessible and gets things done. Nurses Andrea and Elaine reach out to keep me informed. Linda, the Director of Beauty, is a sweetheart. On the business side, Karen is proactive and very helpful. Special kudos to Anna Bukovich for taking time away from her regular sales work to sit with my mom for a while when she needed a friend.

When my mothers husband passed away unexpectedly, we needed to find a memory care community quickly. Sara at Harbor Chase made the process so easy and stress free. She went over and above to help us move my mother during a pandemic and the whole process was flawless. Cyndi, Director of memory care, and her staff have taken such great care of my mother. I love, love, love this place! We moved my grandpa in there a little over eight months ago from another facility that he was really struggling at, but Harbor Chase of Southlake has went above and beyond to make this transition as smooth and easy as possible for my dear grandpa. The facility is beautiful the staff is great and the management is absolutely amazing! Chris and the rest of his management team really seem to have a heart for what they do!

The facility and the people here are amazing! I wish this facility was open when we first had to find a place for my mom. All the staff from the Executive director, Mindi Willis to the servers in the dining room are some of the most giving people I have ever met. You cannot go wrong with choosing Harbor Chase in Southlake. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother when she first got there and in the last few days before she passed.
