New Haven Schertz is the best place, staff are always go the extra mile, food is delicious, cooked right in front of you. The administrator Vangie is attentive and always available. Tracy the nurse keeps us informed of any health issues that need to be addressed. Activities are fun and engaging. Love they take care of their residents and always caring.

As a hospice worker, I have had a patient in this facility and have seen nothing but great care. Everyone from administration on down has provided great communication and understanding. The facility is excellently kept and gorgeous!

EXCELLENT FACILITY!!!! Great activities for residents, loving staff that truly cares about each resident, GREAT meals, clean facility and so much more!! Its hard to put in words all that New Haven Assisted Living, Schertz, has done for our Mom. She went from being lonely and moving very slow to staying busy all day, making new friends and now very mobile due to exercise program, having a great place to walk every day and wonderful meals.

The administrative staff is striving to assure that everybody is safe and healthy and everyone is happy. New Haven Assisted Living Memory Care in Schertz, is a TOP TOUCH facility! They do a great job with their residents, and really try to set a standard of excellence. I highly recommend this AL and Memory Care to several community members when the time arises. GREAT! Leadership is one key component to a successful business. I want to compliment the great teamwork between Holli Stacye. I had a placement that I began working Late Friday afternoon! Both ladies went above and beyond my expectations, basically giving up their FRIDAY night! Together, they were able to process the referral and get the client admitted before noon the following day! I would have given them a TEN STAR rating, but five was the limit! Again, I cant thank the team at New Haven enough....I look forward to working together in the future!

Very nice facility. Kitchen is central so aroma infiltrates the hallways and facility! Staff was very helpful and interaction with residents was pleasant. Rooms were sufficient and the facility itself is smaller (more intimate). Hallways are wide and brightly lit, had a very homey feel to it. Nice and very convenient to us living in Schertz!

The facility was very nice and seemed like the residents were comfortable and well taken care of. I did not like that it was so small and the rooms were very small, like a hospital room. It was not what I want for my mom at this time. They did not have any openings in Assisted Living.
