My husband has been in Juan’s care now for 10 months. The experience we have had at the Garden Ridge assisted living has truly been a five star. My husband is always clean, well fed and truly cared for. This season has been the hardest season of ours families life. But knowing my husband is being cared for in all ways, absolutely helps make this ending a lot more bearable. It is a home setting so we have been able to get to know the staff on a personal level.. we feel so blessed the door opened up for us to be able to have my husband here. A true blessing.

For more than twelve years, I was the main caregiver for my mother while she lived with me at our home. It was a beautiful experience that I’ll never forget. At the end of her life, we had become sadly aware that we were not able to take care of my mother properly without help. Thank God for Juan and Norma Lopez and their entire staff and operations for stepping in during the most difficult times of our lives. They treated my mother with the highest respect and gave her love and attention that can only equate to being family members. The entire staff were so wonderful to my mother and kept her safe while away from home. The facility was always clean and need. They had activities for the residence to do and kept everyone happy. Please read this review with the understanding that if you have to make that hard decision of placement for a loved one, the Garden Ridge Senior Assisted Living facility would be your best choice for you and your family.

Our experience with The team at The Gardenridge Assisted Living has been very positive . They extend compassionate care to their patients and provide a homelike environment. The place is welcoming and inviting not only to their residents, but to their families and visitors. The nurses care for their patients as they would members of their own family. We highly recommend them for long or short term care.

This facility is a very nice, clean and well maintained house where my mother has lived for the last year and a half. Even when they get new staff, everyone is pleasant and caring in their interactions with her and the family. They make sure her needs are met and alert us if there are any issues. The owners are there regularly and take an active role in making sure residents are well cared for.

I am the riverboat piano player I play in over 70 different care homes and I promise you this would be where I put my loved ones their attention to detail is unbelievable thx for all this family does when it comes to taking care of their resedence.

My dad needed extra care and were blessed to find Garden Ridge Assisted Living. He was treated with great kindness, love, and respect. This facility is more like a home setting, clean and comfortable, with freshly prepared meals, enriching activities, and a staff that is kind and loving. Unlike other larger facilities that we experienced. Garden Ridge Assisted Living is focused on providing exceptional care for the few patients they have.

My Mom moved here after the facility she used to live in closed down. I have seen a vast improvement in her since the move. The staff is amazing and you can't beat the caregiver to resident ratio. I feel very fortunate I was able to find this place for her. They treat her like she is family.

I moved my family member to this facility in November from a facility that was giving him poor care. I was amazed at the cleanliness of the facility and the attentiveness of the staff. I also have observed him enjoying the meals that he is served, saying it is delicious. He had been complaining about the food at the other facility I moved him from. The most amazing difference I see with this facility is that they keep family informed of what is happening. Not only that, but he is being cared for so well that everyone that visits states he looks great! Juan and his staff have gone above and beyond for my family member. I would recommend anyone needing care for family to check this facility out for themselves.

My family has had to deal with several nursing homes. We were so Blessed when a friend told us about Garden Ridge Assisted Living. We saw a difference right away. The place is beautiful and well kept.There are not enough words to express the loving, caring and professionalism of the staff . We are forever grateful and appreciate the care they gave to my Mom. My Mother passed away last month and to know how well she was loved and taken care is such a comfort. If you or anyone you know needs their services..Please give them a call. This is a very heartfelt and personal review. My mother passed away in March 2020 and was a resident here three months. This facility (it really feels like a warm and loving home) is incredible. I reviewed many places and was so fortunate that my mother was a resident here. Juan and his wife, the owners, are very involved daily and expect perfection from themselves and the employees. Juan, an ER RN, was responsive to all phone calls and spent time explaining all situations. This is a Christian family and business - they live their belief every day with patients and families. The caregivers are wonderful - hard-working, knowledgeable, and loving. They treated my mother with dignity and love every day. Patients are always clean, content, well-fed, and supervised. The home is beautiful and the backyard is beautiful and peaceful. Trust your loved one with this family and group of caregivers - you will not regret this decision - these wonderful people blessed my mother in her final days and they will do the same for your loved one. I would go 10 stars if I could put another 5 down.

there is no better place anywhere - I live in Maine and my parents have resided at both of their facilities and I Have NEVER had to EVER worry about my parents care. My dad passed in November 2018 and my mom is at the end of her life at 92. Actually I am waiting right now to get the phone call of her passing. I can sit here calm and at peace because I know the owners and staff will give my mom love, respect, dignity and hold her hand and stroke her head as she slips away - I cannot travel now due to the Pandemic but Mom is getting what she needs.
