After having my mom in 3 other facilities, and 4 trips to the ER resulting in long hospital stays, Seasons has been a welcome change. Thank you to the staff and administration for the care you provide your patients. My mom is presently a patient under your care. In all fairness, when a problem arises, and problems do arise, the CEO, Mona, is very instrumental in addressing our concern with the necessary staff. Our concern was resolved. Thank you. The staff is very professional and caring when dealing with patients and their families. My mom is very happy here and feels as home. Sandra Martinez

My mother was a resident of Seasons for 5 months. Unfortunately, she passed away on Saturday. I want to recognize the Staff at Seasons for their incredible care and compassion for my Mother in her last days. I would like to recognize two amazing individuals who work there. Haidyn Heinz was my Mother's hospice nurse and is truly one of a kind. She was always keeping me informed and provided such amazing love and compassion for my Mother. She was a huge source of strength for me and is a huge asset for the building. Anne Rodriguez is nothing short of amazing. She cared for Mom the last 2 days of her life and I can tell you without hesistation that she is one of a kind. The love she demonstrated for my Mother and all the residents is amazing. She was a huge comfort to me and my family and I am so grateful for her. Seasons is an amazing facility with staff that truly epitomize the fundamentals of care and compassion.

I have been to 4 other facilities for respite care, paying more in 3 of them. I wish I could get into your heart and share what I know. I know I can't believe a place like Season's Memory Care is available. It is not a facility to take care of your loved one, it is a HOME. Most of the employees care deeply about their new family away from home. How is it possible to get so many people in one place with hearts of gold? If you are able to find a spot here in one of the 16 beds, please grab it as quick as you can. When the clock strikes closing time, they don't close. They are always open, just like a home. Can you understand that is not anywhere near the case in the other 4 facilities I visited. The care I received was room and board. My dad needed much more. All of the other 4 facilities took my money, gave my dad a bed and food and when I picked him up, he was a mess. Do you know what caring looks like? If not, go to Season's. Wish I could be so happy and positive. It is infectious. When you have sometimes 5 people taking care of 16 people there isn't the stress associated with being overloaded, so the employees get to relax and care about their resident/family. I called a few times on weekends at night to nurses, the owner and the building manager and they wanted to answer. I called at the other facilities and they never answered and even had an answering machine one time that was no taking messages. The outside isn't extravagantly nice like the other places I took him. I want beauty on the inside and I got it in the hearts of the family/employees. I hate to reference something negative, but I feel like I want to share about someone who wasn't satisfied in the reviews here. They complain about their loved one falling a lot. I believe them and am sorry of their experience. Even with all the help at Season's it happens. I believe that they eventually found out the only way to keep something like that from happening is to tie the resident down and that is not allowed. Unfortunately, falling is the outcome sometimes. They are not a corporation and money is not their priority like all the facilities I experienced. Care comes first. The owner is a genius to pick the right people and create the environment of caring that makes for outstanding service with as little cost as possible.

My kids and I have been volunteering at this center for a little more than 2 months and I cannot say enough good things about them. The staff are so sweet to the residents; they treat them like friends, not just patients. Every week we go in the staff have a different activity to do with them like painting, dressing up for story time, board games, and more. The patients are always clean and well dressed, as is the center. We also help set the table for dinner and the food looks really good everytime. KB, the activity director, is so kind and patient with my kids and always includes them in art time when we come and volunteer. They really care about these wonderful people and have amazing, kind hearts. I am glad that I chose here to volunteer with my kids and to teach them the compassion for people that the staff here have.

My mother in law is there at Seasons on Nacogdoches Rd in San Antonio. She has been there since 2017 and is very happy there. It is a smaller facility than some I have seen, which is great because there is a family like atmosphere between residents and staff. They have daily activities to keep the residents stimulated and involved and the staff treat the residents like family members. It is a clean, well run facility with home cooked meals as opposed to institutional type food. My mother in law was in several other places that were either too big with no one really paying attention to her or the residents were physically cared for but had no stimulating activities to allow them quality of life. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their family member.

My good friend is a resident of Seasons Care and Assisted Living, and I would like the San Antonio community to know what a supportive staff and facility this place is. Whenever I drop in to visit, she is surrounded by people who keep her engaged in activities and conversation. Sometimes we go to her room to have quiet conversation and lunch, and even then the staff checks in regularly to see if we need anything. The staff also makes an effort to lift her spirits by seeing that she wears the bright colors she loves and by keeping pretty flowers in her hair. Extra touches like these truly make a difference for the resident and their family and friends. Whenever I leave, I feel she is in capable and caring hands.
