This is the cleanest rehab facility I have ever seen. Employees need to answer patient calls quicker and Physical therapy needs to be more pro active in getting people to walk again and not just leave them in their room on wheelchairs they have not been taught to use. The food was great!!

My Aunt broke her hip and I went to go visit her and I was pleasantly surprised. The place smells clean, the staff waa friendly and informative.They actually have a receptionist. She was going to give me instructions, but since my other aunt liver in a nursing home I am already familiar with that type if system. You have to be let in and out for the security of the patients which is a plus!

My father stayed here while in recovery from major surgery and they took excellent care of him! I was so afraid to leave him with strangers but he quickly grew to love the staff members and they loved him tooHis stay was filled with activities and engagement that he genuinely enjoyed. Rooms fill up so fast there and now I understand why lol It's really one of the best care facilities in town. On behalf of my family and father, I'd like to thank the wonderful staff at Legend Oaks for the compassion and empathy they showered him with during his stay. He really loved you all so much! I do not have any family at Legend Oaks, I went to do my clinicals for my class and it was nothing like I expected, it has a very peaceful calm atmosphere upon entering, the staff was very friending and caring and the residents that I visited were all in good spirits. It truly is a place that I would recommend to anyone needing a rehabilitation or long term care home.

I was here for a month,I loved everyone,they were nice and respectful!! I was always happy to play Bingo and do activities with other people!! I think ,that I made a few friends from,Auri,Lauren,Rodriguez,Bethany and many others,on the weekend is was Ashley and Rudy...and the O.T.and the P.T. people,if I forgot anyone Please forgive me!! Jeanette was very helpful on my release!! The only person that wasn't any help was Linda Davis,she never told me that I was going to get released, I called her,my husband and my sister went to her office, but it looked like she was on the phone!! I called to the appeal office and they said it was Still Pending!! Until at 3:00 pm ,I got the call that I lost my appeal,so we only had a few minutes to get everything I had put it in bags!! I left without help,No wheelchair...Nothing!! We had to drive to Alamo Downs ( Culbera and 410)by 5,:00 pm.We got there a d I got my wheelchair!! Next time Please let us know in Advance!! I really Loved Legend Oaks and all it's employees whom I am forever grateful!! See you again,when I get my knee done!! Lol.....

Highly impressed and recommend, well kept exterior areas. Easy excessive-able wide parking spaces. Biotech security screening system with multiple layers of protection. My father was a resident here for only a short time. He got admitted late in the evening and my sisters and I were not able to be there, so we showed up early the next morning. When we walked into his room we were pleased to see his nurse Ari already answering questions for him, getting him blankets and filling his water jug. She answered our questions multiple times either in person or on the phone. Her heart and compassion as a nurse really shined through and we were comfortable with his care when she was on shift. The CNAs were attentive and knew what they were doing. Our dad never had to wait long to be put to bed or taken to the bathroom. Juan is outstanding. I didn’t get the name of the social worker but he was an incredible help while we figured out next steps. Thank you to the staff here. If your loved one comes here you will not be disappointed.

I would have given a higher review as everything else was excellent except the mess up with my medication and the lack of response getting it all straightened out. From day one. It's concerned to very important medications. Even though they tried to straighten it out, it was never accomplished until the last two and a half days I was there. I ended up bringing in my own medication to make sure I was receiving the right dosage of both my meds

My loved one has been a resident at Legend Oaks for a little over 2 weeks now. We visit her daily at different times of the day and can say that we are highly satisfied with the level of care and concern for the residents. The facility is comfortable, welcoming and clean. The staff gives residents the attention and are consistently engaging. Therapy is given consistently which is crucial for the healing process. The case manager Linda , an LVN. is professional, curtious, extremely knowledgeable and is clearly committed to the care of the residents. The moment you walk in you're met with warm greetings. I don't have many experiences with other Nursing facilities but am aware of the reputations and horror stories however, Legend Oaks is quite the opposite. I am satisfied with our decision and choice in allowing this staff to oversee the care of our granny.

If I could leave a ZERO i would. The administrative staff is HORRIBLE staring out with their so called DIRECTOR of NOTHING [name removed]. She is the most unprofessional, bribed, rude, uncaring, egotistical so called leader I have ever seen. Sure the place is nice but the inside of it is chaos and unmanaged. The care given to my father was atrocious. Bed sores, dirty, food caked on his face, soiled from bottom to belly. He told me the call light was taken away because he used it too much. He is not demented. He asked for more water and was told that there were other patients that needed to be seen and he could wait. When [name removed] was approached she literally rolled her eyes
