My AC went out and maintenance Daniel and Art were very helpful and even put a temporary AC to help me stay cool. I'm very thankful to property management Joann as she kept in constant communication with me through this issue even though she was on crutches. Thank you I want thank Carolina SSC for everything she does for all the residents and she is always doing something special for everyone, especially this Saturday taking time to come in and serve all the residents a BBQ plate and pastor grace and her church Lakeview Baptist church for thinking of us and serving us.

father lives at Bexton Place and I see a lot of young people during the day that are supposed to be providers doing nothing sometimes I don’t know who is the provider and who is the resident which I understand these providers get paid from the government and us tax payers are being deducted from our pay check for them just to sit around and do nothing. As per the manager Ms. Jo Ann Montelongo is doing an outstanding job with 2 properties and has an amazing staff that people are so miserable with their lives. That’s why they talk bad about others. If they’re so miserable about their family members why would they have them living at Bexton or Darson Marie? I wouldn’t. I think it’s just jealousy because she is doing a marvelous job doesn’t sit around and play. She takes care of her paperwork. That’s why she made it for manager of the year.
