Walked in and smelled really clean ,Jake was awesome on our tour and nursing was really kind ,my family member was here for 5 days and very thankful we had no problems and my room was cleaned very well daily and food was amazing thank you huebner creek if my family member needs care again I would be comubg back .thank you again

I had a friend that lived there named Henry and my Step sister in law's mother lived at Huebner Creek. This are I great place. They have so many activities for the residents and take such good care of them. I used to do puzzles with Henry.

I never been to a rehab before but after my knee replacement I ended up with an infection and it was so painful I couldn't walk it's been almost a year sense I haven't been able to walk so I was sent to Huebner Creek Rehab didn't think much about it but now that I'm close to getting released I want to thank the Lord for helping me find this place because the wound nurse Estela gave my knee 100 percent attention and I no longer have the infection WOW she is awesome and the Therapist Brian Elsa n Wendie are real professional and nice people they worked with me and I can honestly say i can now walk with out a walker the food was great all this people treated me with me respect they are professionals doing what they love.I just wanted to give a shout out to Huebner Creek Health and Rehabilitation for having me here now I can go out and be a real father to my kids and a real Grandpa to my grand kids I recommend this place if you want to change your lif

Huebner Creek has some of the hardest working staff I've ever had the privilege of meeting. From the loving care they gave to my family, to the amazing food and dietary staff - I can't thank them enough for the memories made there. Sandra always managed a great kitchen staff, Dana had the best activities for the residents, Alice, Art and Blanca as well as countless others really changed my perspective on how crazy and tough being in nursing really is! I still visit from time to time when I'm in the area.

I would consider Huebner Creek as a lousy facility of new young non professional staff (they should have classes on how to respect be humble and kind to family members). The DON ( director of nursing) Morgan Castillo her personality and attitude is ridiculously RUDE she isn't concerned about your loved ones care. My mom fell out of her wheelchair twice there in a week and her head got bumped by the door because the nurse opened the door but she was there on the floor and the reason she's there is because removal of a brain tumor they didn't do anything but say her vitals are good. The only person that seems to show interest and concern in the patients and family at Huebner Creek in the front offices is the social worker Rosemary thanks for comforting me when Morgan Castillo continued to be rude.
