My Dad lived at Brookdale Camino Real for the past 10 months. The staff was first rate. Emily, Tammy, Sylvia and Nee to name a few were so increadibly kind to him. The facility is well managed, maintained and kept very clean. I visited Dad many times per week during his stay and felt like the staff had the residents best interest at heart. My grandma moved in here a month ago, and I really couldn't be more happy with the quality of service! All the staff are professional, kind and excellent. The place is clean and homey. It's also quiet and peaceful here unlike many of the other options around San Antonio. It's the happiest I've seen my grandma in many years. Thanks guys!

I have visited this facility three times recently checking for my mother. I have been very pleased and impressed with the staff, especially Nicole, Roland and Aurora. My mother will be moving in soon. The entire staff is loving and caring. They are upgrading the rooms for a more modern and comfortable environment.

I moved my father into Camino Real / Brookdale about a month ago and have been very pleased overall. The staff is very caring and professional and always has my Dad's best interest in mind. The facility is clean, the food is good, and the staff is friendly and professional. If you're looking for a place for yourself or a loved one, you should give this facility consideration.

I have been visiting here for years and my experience has always been pleasant. The staff is so friendly & helpful. I see patients that always talk so highly of the great care they receive. Patients seem so happy! Veronica is one of my top favorite staff members there. She is always working hard to assure that all her patients are in a safe, clean, and healthy environment. The staff here is very polite here, super nice, very concerned about our health, whenever there is something new, they are very updative, never fall behind, hard workers and one last important thing is they staff is incredibly alert when it comes to emergencies!
