It has taken me some time to write this, but I truly cannot say enough positive things about The Springs! My grandfather was here for a little over a year before he passed. Although it was a difficult time for our family, the staff always made us feel a little more like home. Honestly, it is hard to even consider them “staff” because they became more like friends/family to our family! The facility itself is absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to ensure that your loved ones are in a safe environment that is very much centered around those with memory care needs. However, it was the staff that truly made the biggest difference. My mom would jokingly (or possibly not so jokingly) say that she would still have chosen The Springs based on the staff, even if it was just “tents set up in the parking lot.” The staff, our new friends, made all the difference in the world! It is apparent from the time you walk into the door that the individuals who work here truly have a passion for what they do, and a big heart for not only those they care for, but for their families too. My family and I will forever be grateful for their love and support.

I have worked at The Springs Memory Care here in San Angelo for 6 years now. I started as a carestaff member and worked my way up to Activity Director. I honestly love my job and the residents, family and staff I work for and with. We have a great team here at The Springs. I personally, 100% recommend The Springs. We are a beautiful community and I recommend anyone who is looking for a Assisted Living Memory Care here in San Angelo to come and check us out. No appointment necessary. Just come and see us. I would have no hesitation recommending The Springs. The caregivers and staff are very loving and supportive of both the family and their loved one. Having had four years to experience their care for my husband, I can say it was the best. The atmosphere is homelike, the rooms nicely appointed, the food excellent, and they endeavor to make the journey meaningful.

MY MOM HAS BEEN AT THE SPRINGS FOR 2 YEARS. SHE HAS ADJUSTED VERY WELL.. SHE ENJOYES ALL THE ACTIVITIES THEY OFFER, AND THE OUTINGS THEY TAKE THEM ON.I APPRECIATE THE TIME AND PATIENCE THEY HAVE KEEPING MY MOM BUSY AND FILL AT HOME.SHE REALLY LIKES KRISTEN AND THE STAFF. THEY MAKE HER FEEL SPECIAL. THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF GOES OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE SURE HER ROOM IS KEPT CLEAN AN THE LAUNDRY DONEI WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE SPRINGS MEMORY CARE.

The second best decision I made in my life was bringing Hank to The Springs. The first being saying yes to him 50 years ago.Each resident is treated with compass, love, patience and most of all dignity. Even in difficult situations are resolved as quickly as they arise recommend the facility to everyone I meet for the best place for memory care.
