I am looking for long term care for my Grandfather who is a veteran. I am very impressed by the cleanliness of the building (especially compared to several others that we have toured in the area). The building didn't have that "nursing home" smell. I was very impressed with the Admissions Director - Shanna, she was very kind and informative when giving our family a tour of the facility. This place definitely stands out amongst the competition!

My visit and care was very enjoyable. The Physical therapy Dept. had so many loving and caring people. The building was very clean and decorated for Fall. The Nursing Staff were very professional I have been in facilities were the food was almost inedible, however the food was very good and homemade tasting. I truly enjoyed my 20 day stay. I would highly recommend RegencyHouse to the care of anyone. Thank you Regency House for all my care!

This place is amazing! My mom will be staying here for 20 days, to do her physical therapy before she goes home. Everyone has been very welcoming and caring towards my mom and the family that's visiting. They even made all of us a dinner plate for free. My mom has felt at home, with no complaints

The staff here was amazing in caring for my bother on hospice for a short period! They have also taken great care of my mother who is a current resident. They address concerns immediately!

Our mom was a resident at Regency House. She had very difficult health issues. Regency embraced her and gave her amazing care. They were also very helpful and kind to our entire family as we faced her medical issues. The facility was always clean and happy. We will always be grateful for their wonderful care.

The people from administration to housekeeping were caring, compassionate and helpful. The bldg was clean and smelled fresh.

The staff is very friendly and actually care about my moms health. The nurses are very thorough. I had a lot to learn as far as what is allowed at a LTC facility, but they have been patient with me. Also their rehab has helped mom a lot. She resists but they persuade her to get up and work out. They encourage her to eat in the cafeteria and interact with other residents.

The Administrator, Lindsey Killion, is doing a great job. She shows pride in the facility and cares for the residents and their family members. She cares about the employees and respects and values our opinions and feedback. She works hard to keep the facility operating at it's top potential and holds us all accountable to perform at our best.

There are very nice and competent people working here, but there is a high level of disorganization. Finding anyone for assistance or information was consistently frustrating. This is usually a sign of poor management and should be addressed at that level. Get these issues addressed and this will be a nice facility.
