Senior Helpers has been an invaluable resource for our family. Since September 2019, we have utilized their caregiving services in various capacities, ranging from overnight shifts to weekly part-time care, emergency situations, transportation to appointments, and, most recently, full-time 24/7 care for our elderly mom. The agency has consistently delivered reliable caregivers, even on short notice and throughout the challenges of the pandemic, and they have always shown remarkable attentiveness and adaptability. Amber DeLima, Client Care Manager, has been particularly attentive and considerate, showing genuine concern for the well-being and happiness of our mom and ultimately our family. She far exceeded our expectations in her role and always tried her best to accommodate any special requests we had. Ashley Harper has also been instrumental in supporting our family through a very difficult time, making necessary adjustments and providing effective communication and adaptability. Amber and Ashley exhibited tremendous patience in helping us build a dedicated team of consistent caregivers who provided diligent care for our mom in her home while on hospice. Milka, Joleen, Triny, Felicia, and Jessica formed an exceptional team that cared for our mom 24/7 over the past four months. We are deeply appreciative for their presence during this critical time, as they consistently demonstrated reliability, kindness, patience, and compassion. Living out of town, it gave me great peace of mind knowing we had this wonderful agency in place to help us. We would not have made it through the last 5 years, and certainly not the last 4 months, without the professional and personalized care they provided. I used Joleen for home care for 3 nights after hip replacement. She is wonderful! Proactive, kind, helpful, had to run to 24hr pharmacy for me, did laundry, packed suitcase for next hospitalization, and all around warm & caring companion. Highly recommend this agency.

I am so happy we chose a partnership with Senior Helpers for my Mom. For now, they provide a driver twice a week for 4 hours. The helper stays with Mom for the entirety, and takes her to medical appointments, run errands, walks with her and spends time at the BACA Senior center playing games with her. It has been a great help to me by giving me a break to focus on what I need to do for this time. Amber and all the staff are flexible with any concerns or scheduling needs we have. As time progresses and needs change, it really helps knowing that they will continue to be with us for whatever the future holds.

Highly recommend!! We found Senior Helpers through my grandmother's hospice team during the last few days/weeks of her life -- I only wish I had found them sooner. All care givers we Very good. My current, and longest assigned, care giver (Connie) has been outstanding. Connie was very empathetic, competent, knowledgeable, and most helpful. She worked consistently and provided much needed companionship, guidance, and daily services. My wife passed away from lewy body dementia. Throughout the final year Connie was invaluable and most reliable. She helped facilitate my emotional and functional transition to living alone. I am in a better position now to move forward. Both my parents in their late 70s have been cared for by Senior Helpers for a little over two years. Trisha, their part-time caregiver, became a part of the family. She is patient, kind, SOOO clean, attentive, and so much more. She is truly another daughter that my mom has claimed and truly loves as if she was one of her own. In addition to receiving top-notch care from Trisha and other caregivers for respite time off- the management team, especially Ashley, was just as amazing and helpful. Its obvious they truly care about the Seniors receiving care from their company. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend this company and will continue to refer family friends to them.

Some of the caregivers were not physically able to assist my Dad. Some of the caregivers had very poor work ethics and wanted to sit around instead of provide care. If a care plan was made, we were not aware and never saw it. Instead of finding caregivers to meet our needs we were told our needs needed to be adjusted. Unfortunately we would be hesitant to recommend this company.

Ive had numerous agencies and even private caregivers in our home to take care of my wife 7 days per week. She has late stage dementia and is quite a handful some days.Moire and the care team at Senior Helpers is the best. I needed a driver to take me to and from an outpatient medical procedure and to wait onsite during the procedure. I had no immediate family or friends available to do that. Senior Helpers of Central Texas arranged that for me at a reasonable price. The driver was prompt, personable, and caring. I would certainly reach out to them again under similar circumstances.

We first started using Senior Helpers when my wife was living in an assisted living facility. We felt the facility staff was not adequately taking care for her. Senior Helper provided compassionate caregivers to assist with getting her out of bed, showering and dressing. Because of the quality of the caregivers Senior Helpers provides, after about four months I felt comfortable with letting my wife return home. A caregiver comes every morning to help her out of bed, shower and get dressed. A different caregiver comes every night to help get her into her gown and into the bed. This allows me to get out of the house more and to be her husband and not a full-time caregiver We have been very fortunate because there has been very little turn-over in caregivers. The evening caregiver has been with us since my wife returned come. Two share the mornings; they are both very compassionate and caring, and take excellent care of my wife. Finally, their staff has been great to work with. I feel like we are a team all trying to take care of my wife. Jackie does a great job of tending to my wife who has dementia. She comes twice a week to bath and dress her and keeps her entertained. She also cleans the bathroom, kitchen, and floors while here. This gives me time to run errands, get groceries, and go to gym.

The caregivers arrive on time, are neat in appearance, always have a smile on their face, are ready to interact with my Mom, are observant of her needs, and notify the facility staff when needed. They are kind, respectful, understanding and caring to my Mom, and she is always happy and in a good mood when I arrive near the end of their shift. They make sure her hair is combed, her hands and face are cleaned before and after meals, and her room is kept neat. I have had various scheduling needs, and Ashley is always able to provide a caregiver. I appreciate the calls from the office in the rare instance that a caregiver is late for her shift or needs to cancel at the last minute. Communicating with the office at any time is easy and there is always a quick, satisfactory resolution to any inquiry. In addition to being wonderful for my Mom, knowing that Sr. Helpers is with her has relieved a lot of my caregiver stress.
