I am highly pleased with my mother's transition from Sage Valley to Volante. Nate, Jenny, and Debra form an exceptional team. They treat the facility as if it were their own home. The atmosphere is inviting, nurturing, and filled with compassion. They are diligent and responsive in meeting the residents' needs. Integrity and outstanding work ethics are among their many admirable traits. I rest much easier knowing that my mother is comfortable and receiving excellent care… and she enjoys the meals! A special acknowledgment to the chef!

We have lived at Sage Valley assisted living. Many promises, but all of them were broken. We stayed for 6 months, but it continued getting worse. Chef Charly was wonderful, but promises were made, and only one was kept. Several of the Sage Valley employees left and came to Round Rock. We are now treated well, the rooms are slightly larger, and several of the former Sage Valley people moved to Rolling Rivers. It seems to be more established than Sage Valley was, and we were thrilled to be able to find a larger apartment, with many more devoted personable employees, better meals, larger apartment, larger rooms and much better for everything. We were very happy to move, and better staff and scheduling, more access to doctors, more appointments have been made and we feel cared for, even dentists have been scheduled. All of these things have been accomplished smoothly and with compassion. We are so happy we moved here! Fran Steadman.

My parent has been with Rolling Rivers for a little over a year in Assisted Living. The management has worked very closely with me in assuring she is given the personalized care she needs: including a special diet, movement from one activity to another and constant caregivers coming to her room checking on her. The director recently met with me within an hour over a sensitive personal need that was professionally met with empathy and a mutual thoughtful solution. Flo the activity director is kind hearted and creative, Kevin whom helps in numerous ways on maintenance, always has a smile and a hello, Debra is thoughtful and kind and helps the residents and family feel heard and secure. The caretakers have always behaved in a professional manner. The building itself is well maintained, modern, beautifully furnished and the food is very good. I recommend Rolling Rivers.

Franklin Park now Rolling Rivers has been a great place to work. I have been working there for about a year in a half now and I appreciate Franklin Park. We love our Residents dearly. It truly hurts my heart when I see unkind posts . It really only hurts our precious Residents.

We moved my mom from Arlington, TX, to have her closer to us. I researched all of the communities near us, in Round Rock and will say that from the first time we walked into Franklin Park, it would be the best home for mom. The facility is much like a resort, it is just that nice. The staff were amazing, and many referred to my mother as "mom". After a short time being there, we had to move mom for the Assisted Living section of the community to Memory Care. The staff treat every resident as if they were their own family member. Many of the care givers called my mother "mom", which was so touching. My final comment, is that it was so nice to have both Assisted Living Memory Care in 1 building, not to mention it is 1 floor, and is easy for residents to get around. Having all the rooms in a big "circle", vs. multiple wings which can confuse residents and they get lost, demonstrates that Franklin Park was well thought out. It made the move for mom so much easier. There are not many facilities that allow for transition like this, which is so important at this time in their lives. If I had it to do over again, I'd definitely choose Franklin Park.

I have worked in many community's, in many different settings, and Franklin Park is the most amazing, family oriented community I have ever worked in. I felt at home from day 1 that I walked in the building. The staff are one big family, in and outside of work. They would never hesitate to help a coworker out if they can. I love it here at Franklin Park! I resigned from a community I was previously at for seven years to gain employment at Franklin Park, and waited patiently to be called into work. I feel so blessed to be a part of this amazing family!

This is a fantastic place for your family member with memory care issues. We moved my dad there the end of April 2022 and they took wonderful care of him. The caregivers and management are all Christian and care for the residents as if they are there family members. My father passed May 30 2022 and they all were living and caring with us thru the whole five days my dad took to pass. He is now with Jesus in heaven at 91 where he wanted to be. Courtney, Charisma, Belinda, Nora, Courtney all the caregivers and the management staff Debbie, Meg and Belinda plus all the concierges at the front desk all took wonderful care of dad and our family. I highly recommend Franklin Park memory care and assisted living as a fantastic place to place a loved one. Ps. If I missed any employees it was not on purpose because they are all fantastic.

Dad was at Franklin Park for a month & a day before his passing. He was very happy there. He loved walking the halls & chatting with the staff ( Debra, Brenda, Charisma & Courtney) to name a few. He got to know a few of the other residents & they shared cookies together. I would highly recommend this facility. The staff are very loving, & caring. They give individual care based on what the resident needs & it feels like home. They were always very kind & caring towards myself & my family when we visited. I think the sign at the front desk says it all, Caring for those who cared for us! Thank you Franklin Park!
