Clayton Oaks is a wonderful facility. The staff and directors work hard to please everyone’s needs and make this place peaceful and a great environment. I personally have volunteered for different events at this location. I love the atmosphere and the residents and will continue to volunteer here at Clayton Oaks.

After much research and almost a year of residency at Clayton Oaks, our mother is absolutely thriving. She is treated with respect and shes challenged, both physically and mentally. She enjoys participating in organized activities that keep her as busy as she chooses. She LOVES the food and the comaraderie of the people with whom she interacts on a daily basis. The best assisted living administrative team I have ever worked under. Need to get rid of some of these med techs, staff from other competition facilities (sabotage). From receptionist to upper management, owner is always encouraging, approachable & professional. Beautiful facility. Wish i lived in the area to work. Great environment to work not hostile like other nearby facilities. Staff goes above & beyond for the residents. Residents are treated with care & respect. Majority of residents here are extremely independent and always seemed happy. There are activities that are interactive and residents are given room to feel independent in very comfortable & spacious apartments. Alzheimers unit is the best Ive seen. -L.Pierre former employee)

Moved my mom here in September. She loves it! Pearlie and the entire staff was such a help getting all the paper work done to get mom moved. So many activities in the Memory Care unit to keep mom busy. Thank you Clayton Oaks for making mom feel so welcomed.

All the staff has taken their time to insure we had all the information we needed and they made moving an easy transition. The communication between the staff and myself if great. My MIL is doing much better in this social environment than at home. She was reluctant because she isnt a very social person. The other residents pulled her into the group and she is participating without complaining - lol. Thanks to Pearlie for her great assistance with moving. Kendra has been a blessing with information and communication.

A week ago I moved my Grandma into Memory Care at Clayton Oaks. I can not say enough GREAT things about their entire staff. Pearlie and Natalie were so helpful and caring during this sad and stressful time. Every time we need anything, Pearlie is there!!! So glad we chose Clayton Oaks and I will always highly recommend!

Moving my father to Clayton oaks has been a great experience, Pearlie Fordyce in marketing was the biggest help organizing dates, doctors and everything that was needed. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Clayton Oaks delivered the peaceful, caring and beautiful environment we were looking for when we could no longer care for Dad at home. Clayton Oaks was welcoming and we have enjoyed many family visits and activities there in the past. The Clayton Oaks team ensured Dad felt comfortable in his new home and continually encouraged him to participate in activities.

When you first walk into Clayton Oaks there is this Wow factor. It is a beautiful, very clean and well cared for facility. It has been a pleasure working with all the staff.They all have been very helpful with making my mother feel welcomed and loved. I know my mothers final days at this facility were difficult for the staff but they all worked with our family and assisted Hospice in making my mothers last days as comfortable as possible.Thank you.

Very friendly place for my mother. Pearlie went above and beyond to help make this move happen during these trying times. My mother has only been there for a short time but she is very happy there. The whole staff is very accommodating and friendly but I have to put in another good word for Pearlie. Shes my hero.

We have had our Mom here for 3 years. A year ago I would have given them 2 stars, however the new management that has taken over has done wonderful things with this facility and really upped the game. There is a feeling of happiness when you walk in and the management listens to cares and concerns and actually addresses them. I dont ever give places 5 stars but this place would be a 4-5. Check it out!

My Mom and Dad have been at Clayton Oaks for over one month. The management team and staff have taken every step to properly care for them, but still provide adequate space for their privacy. Since they came from their own house, the transition was a substantial adjustment. The compassion shown by the friendly staff has made it an easier transition for them, and for us.

I sing with a community choir and have been in almost all of the retirement homes in Houston and I found along with many of the other choir members that Clayton Oaks is at the very top.I have now been a resident for almost two months and find it an excellent community with all my needs easily met.The staff are very caring and will quickly attend to any of your questions or problems.The location is very convenient to both shopping and medical needs.

Moved my Dad in recently from another assisted living facility that was a disgrace. Extremely impressed with overall appearance of facility as well as pleasant, knowledgeable personnel from executive director to all we have met. All came to his room after move in to introduce themselves and have been prompt with his requests. He is very happy and noted glad we got him moved here. HIGHLY recommend if looking for a facility for your elder parents!

The owners and staff all go above and beyond what is necessary to make things comfortable for the residents. Aziza at the front desk is the best, very polite and accommodating. Someone from the dining from comes to my Mothers room daily to ask what she wants for dinner. The staff is available 24, 7. I could not ask for a better place for my Mother.
