My husband has been in Brookdale Assisted Living on Glenview Drive for 2 months. I cannot say enough good things about everyone working there. Madison, James and Blake have been great. I have asked so many questions, and they are always glad to answer, never rush me. They are always smiling and genuinely care about everyone living there. I told them my husband would stay in his room and not participate, but they have him exercising, playing bingo and going to dining area for meals. The best thing is he is happy.

There are not enough words to express the gratitude I have toward the staff and caregivers at Brookdale Richland Hills TX AL Clare Bridge.There are a hundred different ways the staff demonstrate their caring and patience with the residents. I have communicate with Rebecca, she does an excellent job of keeping me informed regarding my mother's care and needs. Although I single Rebecca out, EVERYONE there is excellent.My workload is very heavy, and I cannot visit regularly, but it did not matter what day of week or time of day I arrived, the facility was clean and residents were groomed and doing some type of activity. I went one early one morning, a young lady was vacuuming, and one of the residents was swaying back and forth in her wheelchair. The young lady turned off her vacuum, started singing and and dancing for the resident,. The resident was laughing and clapping. I thought wow... most places someone vacuuming would just want to finish the job, but here the person took a couple of minutes to brighten this person's day and clearly this is a regular event. It was such a sweet scene. During one visit, my mother proudly showed off her fancy new nail polish they had given her a manicure. There really are too many instances of small acts of kindness I have seen here that I cannot mention them all.I would not consider any other place for my mother and highly recommend this facility.

Excellent care for my dad. A few turnovers after a stable first year, so some schedules have been a little disrupted last few months. But the heart and soul of this AL is the dedication the Med techs, the chef-chef assistants, and the Resident Assistants have towards the residents. They all take good care of Frank and know his schedule, likes, dislikes and they have respect for all residents.

As the new Dining Services Coordinator, I can say that this is a wonderful place to work! The carestaff really shows every day they love what they do. The management team, Kim, Angie, Karina, Julie, George and myself, look forward to providing the best possible care for your loved ones!

I have had both my parents at both Brookdale Richland Hills, Tx facilities. The staff at both buildings are the finest around, they treat my parents as if they were their grandparents. The staff is always attentive and when my mother passed recently, they went above and beyond expectations on care and communications. I would always recommend these facilities to put your loved ones in.

This is the 3rd assisted living we have moved my dad to this year. We truly feel as though the staff CARES. They are about his overall health, comfort, and happiness. Stephanie in sales went above and beyond to help us get my dad settled and had a kind and caring ear when we met. Rebecca and Christina - the health directors that I work with are amazing. They are so kind and want the best quality of life for the residents. The employees who work with the residents daily are always so calm and kind. I am so glad that we found this place, they have allowed me to take the caretaker hat off and enjoy visiting with my dad and not having to worry about the rest. And best of all, my dad will tell anyone who listens that he is happy here. Thank you, Brookdale staff.

We chose Clare Bridge as the next home for our father who experienced accelerated dementia after hed been put under anesthesia. He was in a skilled nursing facility and experienced Sundowning. This skilled nursing place didnt understand the disease at all. My father began involuntarily yelling out Help me day and night and often without even being aware he was doing it. We began to realize that the cocktail of drugs the nursing home was giving him was actually making it worse. He lost his ability to walk from the drugs. So we began to look at options. Memory care was our primary focus as we considered a new home. I fell in love with Claire Bridge from the moment I stepped into the door. It has more of a homey feel instead of a skilled nursing home. All they do are dementia and Alzheimer patients there. I quickly noticed their response to behavior was different. This is a horrible disease - the long goodbye. It manifests in ways Im learning to understand every day. Not much surprises me anymore. But their calm and nurturing environment allows the residents to feel safe and much more secure. The order and consistency is there which is so important to those suffering with this disease. The staff on their worst day is better than the staff from his past home on their best. They hire kind and gentle folks who are compassionate and caring. Its mostly a thankless job and they do it with grace. The way they treat the residents takes skill and has a calming effect on the patient. They dont stuff drugs down their throat at the first sign of a behavior. They instead try to look at the bigger picture and find another solution first. If you are looking for a safe place for your beloved parent, I cannot say enough good things about Clare Bridge of Richland Hills. They have made my life easier. I feel like I can actually relax and not worry all the time, sleep at night and enjoy my husband, children and grandchildren more because I know they are caring so consistently for him.
