I admitted my grandmother here and she has been here for 6 months I actually forgot the number to the building and looked on google and saw the low star rating. I don't know what everyone experience was in the past but the staff there now is great to me and my family member. I did tour before I admitted her and was pleased with how clean and fresh it smelled. The day I toured the vice president Dawn was there and she was very interacted with the staff and everyone who walked in the doors. It didn't feel like one of those dead nursing homes. I talked to the activity director and was please she showed me a list of fun things that my grandmother would do and some she wouldn't like but I'm sure the other residents are going to. I read a comment about roaches I personally didn't see any and if you are reading this before visiting like I did it was one of the things I kept my eye out for. I can say I'm glad and can sleep comfortably at night to know my grandma is there and she is being taken good care of

I am an employee at Cottonwood Creek. Nursing staff is so helpful, attentive, compassionate, caring, and accommodating to the needs of the residents. The dietary staff prepares eye appealing meals with love. Environmental staff are always visible and the building is clean and smells amazing.The activities Director/ Assistants are so hands on with all the residents. They have wonderful activities for them that are ever changing. I would recommend to all that Cottonwood Creek Healthcare Community would be an amazing place to live and work!

I give the place a 3 star but the employees are awesome Mr. Brandon Woodard has gone beyond his expectations to make sure that I'm informed on my mothers conditions and everything he is very polite and helpful every phone call, all around nice guy and since he has been there hard worker.

April 17th 2023 I have been a resident of Cottonwood Creek Asst Living for a little over a year. Prior to this I was at a Nursing Home in Ft. Worth for 1yr and 3 months. I moved because this facility is closer to family and I grew up not too far away. I also have a private room. Please note,yes there is a big difference between assisted living and a nursing home. Please use caution when touring this facility or any other place. The grass is not always greener. What may be great here may be lacking at other places. Most importantly take some of these reviews with the knowledge that some of the information is outdated. Any reviews written over a year ago should be considered old news. Covid comes and goes. It has changed everything. Several reviews are written by "employees". Either they are paid to write positive comments or they are totally fake. As the saying goes,let the buyer beware. This facility isn't perfect and never will be. I'm only 64 but I do plan to keep making things better for myself and others. Employee turnover is an important factor in making things happen

I was very impressed with this team. I got a personal tour with the new Administrator, met several directors who were incredibly enthusiastic and have pride about their work. I am most inspired by the faces I saw, residents and staff alike. Each was cheerful, welcoming, and just made me want to go talk with them. Every phone ringing was answered, no room alert light was on. I have visited some other communities that give a horrible feeling deep in your soul, you know the feeling, that makes you turn on heels to leave the very moment you open the door. This is not one of those buildings.They are in process of getting upgades and remodeling done, but it takes time. I hope it will be as beautiful as the feelings inspired by the care teams.

I recently had my Grandmother that was admited here from the hospital after COVID. I was scared to place her in a facility because she always was independent and lived at home on her own. It was rough on her at first to adjust but the staff there made it a smooth Transcition. Grandmother enjoyed the activitues and she always complimented the staff for showing their concern. My grandmother was there 4 months until shs got better now she is back home and i dont think she could of did it without CottonwoodCreek

We are family here and I appreciate all of the team members from Dietary to Administration. I chose this facility because of the care they have given to my patients in the past. It has been an excellent experience so far, they are living up to my expectations. It's not the largest facility in the area, and not the fanciest, but their patient care is turning out to be the top.

I can't say enough about my appreciation for this home. They took my mother in on very short notice, & made the admissions process very comfortable. Each and every member of the Cottonwood Creek team nursing, dietary, custodial, activities, office and physical therapy treated my mom with the utmost of kindness, good humor, and at times, unlimited patience. I can never praise them enough.

Wow the customer service of this place was amazing.. I called to set up a tour and everyone was so friendly and informative..One of the nurses there I believe her name was Yalanda she was AWESOME she put my mind at ease about the care my great aunt would be receiving her and made mind up right then this was the place for her. Thanks to your team you guys really know your stuff...I looked at about 11 places and did not receive the attention I got here..thanks again I know my aunt will be in good hands!!
