I wanted to say thank you to the staff ay Wyndam Court for a fantastic Mother's Day luncheon. The good was awesome and very well planned. My mother has been taken care of very well and is very caring and thinks about her dignity in her day to day needs. I truly enjoyed seeing so many people take time out of their day to be with their loved ones as we are the one's that keep the spirit alive and thriving. Wyndham Court does a fantastic job keeping the residents engaged in activity and socializing. After 3 previous places I feel we have found a home for mom that is equipped and has knowledgeable trained staff for all her needs. I live this place. Thanks again for the fun afternoon.

The Mother's Day brunch this week was perfect! Everyone made the residents and families feel so special! Special occasions such as this are celebrated and families are included! Wyndham is a great place for your loved ones! Most important is that everyone is always smiling, willing to help and they know all the residents well. The facility is pretty and always extremely clean! We're so happy that we found Wyndham!

My mother has been in your assisted living facility for over three years and every year she is there she seems happier and healthier. Just amazing. Mom was originally downstairs but as her memory became more impaired we moved her upstairs to memory care. My original reason for placing her here was that the management staff let me know that this would be the last place she would need to go as she ages and her health declines. This was a big plus for me as I did not want to move her again. The staff both upstairs and down are phenomenal including not only the nursing care staff but hospitality and the service folks. The pricing of course with all assisted living are high but this one is reasonable; and remember that it's not just renting a room but getting meals and 24 hour care. When my mom lived alone and then with us for several years, we just could not provide the increasing care she needed. Wyndham Court changed all that. My mom is very happy and so am I. Thank you to all the excellent staff and caretakers. You are a first class organization.

This place has been great for my mother. She went first to the sister facility in Irving 9/2019. After the big freeze 2/2021, she came here to the Plano facility. The staff have all been knowledgable ,kind and attentive. She was in the memory care unit. Great place. Thank you

Just had an early Mother's Day Brunch hosted by the staff at Wyndham Court of Plano. It was well attended by families & all had a great time. Food was good and there were many choices of yummy things to eat. This was the 2nd family event we've attended since my 96 year old mother became a resident. So nice of the staff to host "parties" for residents and their families.

My 88 year old father has been living at Wyndham Court since January of 2020. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The recent limitations due to the COVID-19 virus has changed our visitation routine but the staff continues to provide loving care and flexibility to insure the health and spirits of the residents. It is now 2024 and my dad is doing great at Wyndham. We appreciate his continued care. Today I attended a Mother's Day brunch sponsored by Wyndham Court. It was well organized, beautiful and delicious. They treated all mothers and their loved ones like queens. Thank you very much.

The Wyndham Court of Plano is an excellent facility. I worked with Adelaide with finding a new home for two of our patients. The staff are professional and really care about their patients. The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean.

I would recommend Wyndham Court Plano because Shannon is one of the best nurses I've ever met. I would trust her and her staff to care for my family or friends. I have seen the care they provide and the cleanliness of the building. The staff is very welcoming and always smiling. It has a very home like feel when you visit compared to others I've visited. Wyndham Court of Plano is a well run Assisted Living and Memory Care. The staff is wonderful! The level of care that residents receive is top notch. Shannon, the nurse at the community, is wonderful and has a compassionate heart for the residents. If you're looking to move or place your loved one in a community you can have confidence in, I would definitely recommend Wyndham Court of Plano.

Shortage of staff because of low pay and a condescending attitude toward staff members. Upper management does not really have any contact with residents. The only time that I’ve had any contact with Rebeca is her coming to my room to tell me that I broke one of their rules, which I was unaware. I’ve had money stolen from an employee, to my knowledge nothing has been done in this regard. While renovating going on I was without hot water to take a shower. No compensation was ever considered.

As a visiting nurse, I feel this facility does a great job taking care of their residents. The building is very nice, is kept clean, and makes an excellent home. The staff, and management, is caring and provides attentive personal care. I would recommend Wyndam Court to anyone needing assisted living, or a memory care home.

Upper management is very professional and nice. most the other staff are probably really pleasant as well, but one particular staff member in the memory care unit displayed a level of unprofessionalism and unwarranted opinionated interjections like it was going out of style. I rarely write negative reviews but I felt compelled to under the circumstances.btw, seems a nice place to stay.

My 90 year old mother has been at Wyndham Court of Plano for nearly four years and we love the staff! My husband and I are local so I usually see her 3-4 days a week and she is so happy to be there! This is a small community so my mom is known and loved by all! She is so involved in the daily activities and I am so happy to have the support from this friendly staff! It is so important to be a part of your parents life even when they dont remember things short or long term. They taught us patience at an early age and we should reciprocate! This residence is a blessing to my family!

Its the perfect place for your loved one. The caregivers all REALLY care & that is very important. The atmosphere is very warm & welcoming & everyone from management down to the cleaning lady are always friendly & willing to help in any way they can. I would highly recommend Wyndham Court even in these hard times with the Coronavirus. They are taking all precautions.

Brookdale Plano is a unexpected treat! The Staff (Ms. Jenkins) and residents were very accommodating and made Us feel very welcome when I visited My Aunt. Game Night was a blast! It gave Us a peace of mind to know that all of the staff are hands on in caring for her and our family. They made Us feel like they are part of Our Family. again Thanks for Caring.

The staff here is very attentive and personable. Im always impressed at how almost all the staff seems to know all the residents by name and know something about them. If recently got a new executive director And he is personable and very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. And their sales and marketing people are just a pleasure to work with! Ive also had the opportunity to eat here a couple times and each time the food was excellent.

My grandfather lived at this community for 4 years in memory care. The care was exceptional. The nurses, managers and staff truly care about each resident and their individual needs. Our family was very happy and would recommend this community to anyone.

My mother had Alzheimerss and during her last year lived at Brookdale Plano. She was beautifully taken care by the entire staff. She thought she was living in a hotel and became so fond of the staff she tried to tip them. The food was nicely prepared and presented for those with dementia who have special requirements in their food prep. Great care was taken to provide nutritious and colorful meals which they would willingly eat. Meals are the highlight of an Alzheimers patients dayThe staff made sure their patients were served with care and placed where they would be the most comfortable.My mother was very proud of where she sat and was accommodated accordingly.I loved sharing mealtime with her after work! Many times it was the highlight of my day too.There was something to do during every single hour of the day. Morning was about exercise. After lunch was game time or art class. Many times there were sing alongs. Im compulsive about cleanliness. I rejected several other places because of smell.Not once did I have a complaint about Brookdale.I, occasionally, would party with the people in assisted living.Card parties, singing, dancing and trips were the order of the day.I loved Brookdale Plano.I miss them.
