Prestonwood Court – Reviews
May 2022
I highly recommend Prestonwood Court. My soon to be 99 year old father has lived there for the past 2 1/2 years. For the years prior to his move there, he always detested the idea of going into an assisted living facility. But I can tell you that he is very happy at PWC. The current Director, Dani, is stellar! She cares for the residents like they are her own family. Anytime I have a question, she answers me almost immediately. I feel like my dad is safe and secure at PWC.

We're so happy we found Prestonwood Court for our mom. The caregivers and staff and entire team have gone above and beyond these past two years of Covid to make sure everyone is safe, not only cared for, but cared for with respect and dignity. Highest praise goes to Dani, the Executive Director, who encourages a text or phone call and promptly answers any question or concern. So many times during lockdown, she checked on mom and even put together a puzzle table I had ordered because I couldn't be there. We feel very fortunate to be able to relax and know everything's being taken care of.

I think diversity, staff wise is what separates Prestonwood Court from some of the other local living facilities. Its nice to witness the dedication to resident care, eveytime I stop by here.

My mother was a happy resident of the memory care section of Prestonwood Court. The staff was very caring and awesome in all respects. The lady in charge of that segment of PC, Carol Tabor, took a special interest in Mother because they were both from California. Each morning, before the rest of the residents had risen, she came into Mothers room and announced, Mary Margaret... time for us California girls to have our morning coffee. Mother would grumble but reluctantly, she got up, and the 2 Californians had their special time together. All the staff in Memory Care were like that. They quickly became part of our family, as did the families of the other residents. The final proof that staff, family was synonymous, was that several staff, family asked to be allowed to participate in the prayers around mothers bed as she was passing over. It was an amazing experience which seemed RIGHT because these were the same people who enriched our mothers life each and every day. THANK YOU.

Very caring professional staff. Lots of age appropriate activities. Each meal is a dining experience. Food and service are great. Staff worked closely with my moms doctors to get her well and back on an even keel. Totally removed the stress off of my plate. So thankful.
