I can't thank the team of Acute enough for looking after my mother who had foot surgery. They were so professional, kind, caring, and very supportive. I would like to thank every team member especially the OT Jennifer for going the extra mile to help and support my mother. She is indeed a star! Also, I would like to thank Michaela H who was always smiling while doing her job. She has tons of energy and devotion to her duties! She is full of knowledge and conveys it with ease! She is also another star! Thank you Acute!

Great Rehab Hospital. Their Physical Therapy staff is top caliber and the nicest people - especially Victor. He worked with my Senior friend who fell and broke her pelvis in 2 places. He had her up and walking without the aid of a walker or cane in under 8 weeks. He gave her the confidence and therapy she needed to get back to her normal life. Both she and I can't thank him and the rest of the staff enough for their superior care. If you have a choice, choose Acute Rehab Hospital.

Victor has been great for the PT. He is very patient and shows real concern. I also worked with Nicole on Speach therapy, shee was great and helped me organize my thoughts so I could talk.

My grandma was recently at Acute Rehab after she broke her wrist. She is struggling with dementia and can be difficult. The therapy staff did an exceptional job with her! They were incredibly patient and personalized her care to fit her needs. The nursing staff and techs were kind, attentive, and compassionate. We thought my grandma would have to go to a nursing home after discharge, but the case management team advocated for her and were able to get her back to her memory care/home. Overall, we had a great experience at Acute Rehab, and I would highly recommend it!

This is the best facility experience I've had. I would truly recommend this place to anyone that needs to have therapy, either inpatient or outpatient. Everyone has been so sweet and has been a blessing to me!

Never got up and walked enough. Got blood clot. Had to go out of city to get medicine for blood clot checked. Nurses didn't respond to my needs

My 92 year old Mother was in Acute Rehab to address mobility issues as a result of her heart failure and afib and a few other issues. The physical therapy staff was able to assist and encourage especially McKala. Multiple doctors also addressed issues ongoing. Place was clean and pleasant.

Couldn't have chosen a better place for my rehab. Really nice people! I would have chosen any person here to work with, but Michaela is tops! Don't want to have to come back, but if I have to come to any place, it will be here. Hope everyone will choose this place if they need help. And my PTA Michaela is the best I've seen, and I told my family I was thrilled to be around her. I've been to several other rehab facilities and this place topped my other experiences.

I highly recommend Acute Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano. I had a stroke and I couldn't have asked for a better place to get me on the road to recovery. From the hospital staff to the PT team I just don't think you can get better anywhere else. I wouldn't wish my situation on any body but if you need rehab this is the place for you!

The therapy department at Acute is absolutely phenomenal! It is obvious that each therapist genuinely cares for their patients and wants to see them through achieving their goals. I've never seen a team that supports one another the way that this team does. You can definitely tell that they have fun and want to create a fun therapy environment for their patients. I would absolutely trust my friends and family in the care of these amazing therapists!
