Visited facility was told they could get my wife in few days just had to fill out paperwork and get information from doctor. We went home and packed up her things to move in the next week. They had me give them payment and sent me contract to sign via Docusign.. Due to issues with getting doctor records was almost two weeks before got everything straighten out, because of the delay I had to continue with alterative day care and continue with her medical care. They refused to work with me and sent bills charging me for services starting with contract date even when they never provided any services and never informed me of possibility of the delay. They refuse to refund any money and I had to turn over to attorney. Glad I found out type of people I was dealing before leaving my wife in their care.

I only wish nice memory care facilities were this nice and close knit when my late grandmother had dementia. I know she would have LOVED it.

In a pinch, this group brought it! Everyone from Samantha to Jennifer and Roxanne, everyone has been top notch professionals. We moved our father out of one place on Thursday and he was ready to go at Auberge on Friday if we were ready. After a few days of evaluations and recommended 1on1 care giver for 72hours, my father has now found a safe environment. This could not have come together without a team that is on top of it! This team at Auberge Plano is just that! Thank you!

Needing to find memory care for your loved ones is so awful, emotional, and full of angst. My siblings and I made the decision to move our parents after many years of cognitive decline. We originally believed we would just pay for around the clock care, but it was alot to manage and our mom is pretty difficult so it is not an easy environment to work in for caregivers (which also makes home care more difficult to manage). We visited so many places. The staff here knows every resident by name and is very skilled in handling dementia. The facility is bright, and all the animals and activities makes it a vibrant community. The staff has been so communicative that it has made this terrible process easier to endure. It is still not easy, but having confidence that our parents are well-cared for is providing a peace of mind that we haven't had in years.

The best thing I can say about the Auberge is that my dad is always happy to go back when we take him out for outings, dinner, appointments etc....he looks forward to seeing his new friends again and feels as if the Auberge is his home!

After moving our parents three times in the last year from independent living into continuing care, we have finally found a place we can call home. This is a beautiful, calm, friendly community. The leadership team has been together for a while and they are very active and very visible. Staff are well-trained for helping people with Alzheimers and other dementias. They are kind, friendly, and seem pleased to be of service. Plus 2 house dogs, 2 house parakeets, and happy hour every Friday. This is a HAPPY PLACE! Moving your loved ones into a memory care community is tough, no matter what. But when you find a place like Auberge, it makes things so much easier and less stressful. I'm very grateful we were able to move mom and dad here.

I have been looking to place my mom in a community setting. With a little advice from my family and friends they encouraged me to just pop into communities to see what it is really like and I was not disappointed at all! I didn't have an appointment and the Team at the Auberge Plano treated me with open arms. Samantha was quick to come get me and we started our tour. The community is so beautiful and very active. Each resident had a smile on their face and the staff was very attentive. I met many of the management. They were all so helpful and knowledgeable. I can not wait to show my family. This is the perfect place for my mom!

I deliver meds to this facility. Its in a very up and coming area of Plano. Fairly new facility so its very clean and sanitized. And the staff are very attentive which always shows me how much they love their jobs. Hard to do, especially when they have to be with our loved ones in the last years or months of their lives!! Plus 2 resident dogs that I enjoy seeing every night I deliver there.

Moms SECOND placement in assisted living, Auberge was the perfect choice - Arden Court had me hire a sitter at $14, hr plus pay their almost $6k monthly fee when her aggression and agitation spiked after being there 3 weeks. After a 10 day psych hospital stay, the Auberge was recommended. Since she has been in this beautiful facility (2, 14, 2020), no more aggression, better medical care; she is happy and the staff truly like her. Incredible care during the COVID lockdown, took Mom to the cancer center; I get calls from the nursing staff letting know that her happiness and safety is important to them. Many fun activities, generationally appropriate. Less expensive, SPARKs-trained employees; I couldnt be happier because Mom is happy. There are no crooks at this property. My mother has terminal cancer but I dont know when she will see the Lord; I hope and pray it is before any great pain.

The Auberge at Plano is a high quality memory care facility that cares for my mother-in-law who suffers from Vascular Dementia. The facility is very clean, and I have never experienced any of the odd odors that I have smelled in other facilities that care for the elderly. It is bright and cheerful, and the staff is so patient and kind to the residents. The food is very good, and there is entertainment every day of some kind and activities presided over by staff members to encourage socialization, motor skills, balance and movement. I drop in all the time to visit or pick up my mother-in-law to take her shopping or out to eat. I have never felt like the staff is trying to conceal anything from the families. Most importantly, Mom feels like she is at home and loves it there. This place allows us, the sandwich generation to spend time with our children and grandchildren, travel, and live our retirement years as normally as possible. We know Mom is being well cared for and is happy where she is. We feel very fortunate to have this place available to us!

My mom is so happy here! First, the building is absolutely delightful!. As you enter, It has an impressive corridor that looks like Main Street. Mom tells me she wants to go walking and she takes me there - she absolutely loves it! The best thing about this facility isnt the building though, it is the staff. Everyone from the person at the front desk to the people who clean and tidy up the rooms (but especially the caregivers for the residents) are extremely warm and loving people. Plus they are so very kind to the residents family members and make us feel a part of the community too. From the day she arrived, Mom has received the highest level of care. They have seen to her every need and made sure she was comfortable in her new environment. They were even able to talk her into having her hair cut and her nails done in the salon they have there. (This is something her previous residence could not do, and by the way... she actually loved having it done!) If youre looking for an incredible home for a special loved one, I can only tell you that I am extremely happy with my moms care here. - Kimberly

My mom has been at Auberge, Silverado for two and a half years. My dad made the very difficult decision to entrust her care to professionals when he could no longer be the primary care giver. The results have been wonderful! Auberge, unlike other facilities I visited when we selected a facility stood out because of the staff to resident ratio, the constant activities they have for the residents, the kindness of the staff towards the resident and so much more. During Covid-19 it became very difficult on the families due to lack of visitation, the residents and the staff. Auberge handled the situation with professionalism and creativity.I hope you never need to use their facilities, but should you have to, please know I feel like my mom is in good hands and being treated with kindness.
