The auberge is a beautiful facility! Sasha, the nurse, is absolutely wonderful! They bring very special events to their residents! Everything from billiard parties to golf! Dance parties and live music! This is truly a one of a kind facility!

The AUBERGE has been a blessing to my family. They have all been a blessing when I think of MS.Favour when I think of MS.Felicia the Med tech, when I think of the Nurse SASHA they work so beautifully as a team to take care of my mother Barbara Mackey and all residents. My grandmother Barbara Mackey is at Auberge and Ms Favour has overseen my grandmothers care since she moved in. She always gives my grandmother extra care and makes sure she has a shower because she can’t do anything for herself. She helps to train everyone who is going to touch my Grandmother as well. My family loves Ms. Favour and her heart.

This is a beautiful place, recently renovated. Lots of activities for residents. The common areas and residents rooms are very clean and staff members are very caring and nice to residents and visitors. I have a family member staying there and I highly recommend the facility to others. Sasha, the new nurse, is exceptional. Visited facility was told they could get my wife in few days just had to fill out paperwork and get information from doctor. We went home and packed up her things to move in the next week. They had me give them payment and sent me contract to sign via Docusign.. Due to issues with getting doctor records was almost two weeks before got everything straighten out, because of the delay I had to continue with alterative day care and continue with her medical care. They refused to work with me and sent bills charging me for services starting with contract date even when they never provided any services and never informed me of possibility of the delay. They refuse to refund any money and I had to turn over to attorney. Glad I found out type of people I was dealing before leaving my wife in their care.

This is a gorgeous property, home for my Mother. Misti was so kind and proffesional explaining the entrance procedures. Jennifer went above and beyond to secure a spot and treat my Mom with such personal care. She is very knowledgable concerning the resident's requirements. The other staff went above and beyond to accommodate my mother as well. Would highly recomend this gorgeous place for a loved ones care!

We have had an amazing experience at the Auberge. Dad is well taken care of and well loved. The staff has been warm, patient and kind. They make every effort to create a positive environment for the families and loved one in memory care. Nothing is perfect, but Auberge is the best place for my wonderful dad. Dad is very happy there and he calls it his home and that is all we could ask for.

In a pinch, this group brought it! Everyone from Samantha to Jennifer and Roxanne, everyone has been top notch professionals. We moved our father out of one place on Thursday and he was ready to go at Auberge on Friday if we were ready. After a few days of evaluations and recommended 1on1 care giver for 72hours, my father has now found a safe environment. This could not have come together without a team that is on top of it! This team at Auberge Plano is just that! Thank you!

The Auberge has been everything and more than we could have asked for in a facility for my dad, mainly due to the hard work and caring of the staff members. It was a very hard decision to place my dad in April of 2020 due to his mental decline. We immediately felt that the Auberge was like "home." The staff is friendly, responsive, patient and go above and beyond in their care for my dad. They do a fantastic job in engaging the residents in activities throughout the day! My Dad's favorite is their version of volleyball! The outside area is beautiful and has many areas to sit and walk around. The staff and caregivers all know my dad by his name and greet him when they see him. The best thing I can say about the Auberge is that my dad is always happy to go back when we take him out for outings, dinner, appointments etc....he looks forward to seeing his new friends again and feels as if the Auberge is his home!

I have been looking to place my mom in a community setting. With a little advice from my family and friends they encouraged me to just pop into communities to see what it is really like and I was not disappointed at all! I didn’t have an appointment and the Team at the Auberge Plano treated me with open arms. Samantha was quick to come get me and we started our tour. The community is so beautiful and very active. Each resident had a smile on their face and the staff was very attentive. I met many of the management. They were all so helpful and knowledgeable. I can not wait to show my family. This is the perfect place for my mom!

We placed my mom at The Auberge of Plano at the beginning of the pandemic after being her caregiver for 10 years. I put a lot of trust in the staff knowing I wouldn’t be able to go in and visit. 2 years later and I am happy to leave a 5 star review for this facility. All of the staff are so kind and caring. Every time I visit mom, there are multiple staff members from housekeeping to management that come by, greet mom by name, give her a hug, and dance with her. She is well cared for and happy. I couldn’t ask for more. The communication from caregivers, nursing, and management has also been great. We’ve been very happy with our care at The Auberge at Plano.

I deliver meds to this facility. Its in a very up and coming area of Plano. Fairly new facility so its very clean and sanitized. And the staff are very attentive which always shows me how much they love their jobs. Hard to do, especially when they have to be with our loved ones in the last years or months of their lives!! Plus 2 resident dogs that I enjoy seeing every night I deliver there.

Throughout our mom's stay at Auberge, the staff partnered closely with her doctors and our family. They listened to our goals and tailored her care to meet them. We were fortunate in that our mom's stay was intended to be temporary for the purpose of stabilizing her medication. With the help of the staff we were able to successfully navigate a challenging situation with our mom's care. Mom left Auberge much healthier and happier than when she arrived.

Mom's SECOND placement in assisted living, Auberge was the perfect choice - Arden Court had me hire a sitter at $14/hr plus pay their almost $6k monthly fee when her aggression and agitation spiked after being there 3 weeks. After a 10 day psych hospital stay, the Auberge was recommended. Since she has been in this beautiful facility (2/14/2020), no more aggression, better medical care; she is happy and the staff truly like her. Incredible care during the COVID lockdown, took Mom to the cancer center; I get calls from the nursing staff letting know that her happiness and safety is important to them. Many fun activities, generationally appropriate. Less expensive, SPARKs-trained employees; I couldn't be happier because Mom is happy. There are no crooks at this property. My mother has terminal cancer but I don't know when she will see the Lord; I hope and pray it is before any great pain.

The Auberge at Plano is a high quality memory care facility that cares for my mother-in-law who suffers from Vascular Dementia. The facility is very clean, and I have never experienced any of the "odd" odors that I have smelled in other facilities that care for the elderly. It is bright and cheerful, and the staff is so patient and kind to the residents. The food is very good, and there is entertainment every day of some kind and activities presided over by staff members to encourage socialization, motor skills, balance and movement. I drop in all the time to visit or pick up my mother-in-law to take her shopping or out to eat. I have never felt like the staff is trying to conceal anything from the families. Most importantly, Mom feels like she is at home and loves it there. This place allows us, the "sandwich generation" to spend time with our children and grandchildren, travel, and live our retirement years as normally as possible. We know Mom is being well cared for and is happy where she is. We feel very fortunate to have this place available to us!

My mom is so happy here! First, the building is absolutely delightful!. As you enter, It has an impressive corridor that looks like "Main Street." Mom tells me she wants to go walking and she takes me there - she absolutely loves it! The best thing about this facility isn't the building though, it is the staff. Everyone from the person at the front desk to the people who clean and tidy up the rooms (but especially the caregivers for the residents) are extremely warm and loving people. Plus they are so very kind to the residents' family members and make us feel a part of the community too. From the day she arrived, Mom has received the highest level of care. They have seen to her every need and made sure she was comfortable in her new environment. They were even able to talk her into having her hair cut and her nails done in the salon they have there. (This is something her previous residence could not do, and by the way... she actually loved having it done!) If you're looking for an incredible home for a special loved one, I can only tell you that I am extremely happy with my mom's care here. - Kimberly
